Abstract: Push Notification is a service that is widely used for the purposes of notification via short messages on the smartphone. With the Push Notification service, users can be helped in terms of short notice notification. In the implementation of Push Notification can be utilized in various daily needs such as attendance monitoring, latest news updates, and so forth. Application to be designed is an application that can send Push Notification which will be able to diembangkang in various fields according to user needs. Lack of knowledge in providing information in real time, resulting in information submitted is not up-to-date, so that in various situations and conditions of information provided has been obsolete. Push Notification is one service that can answer the problem so that no more information is not delivered the latest, with the use of this service every update information will be immediately sent as a message notification, so the latest information will not be missed. Push Notification Services are generally widely applied to mobile applications such as Android and iOS. For the use of the largest mobile operating system based on statcounter for 2012 to 2016 in Indonesia is controlled by the Android Operating System. Based on the data the application development Push Notification is applied to the Andoid Operating System as the largest market share today. Abstrak: Push Notification adalah sebuah layanan yang banyak digunakan untuk keperluan pemberitahuan melalui pesan pendek yang ada di smartphone. Dengan adanya layanan Push Notification tersebut, pengguna dapat terbantu dalam hal yang bersipat pemberitahuan secara singkat. Pada implementasinya Push Notification dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai keperluan sehari-hari misalnya untuk monitoring absensi, update berita terbaru, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengirim Push Notification yang nantinya akan dapat dikembangkang di berbagai bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. Untuk penggunaan Sistem Operasi mobile terbesar berdasarkan statcounter untuk tahun 2012 sampai 2016 di Indonesia dikuasi oleh Sistem Operasi Android. Berbasarkan data tersebut pengembangan aplikasi Push Notification ini diterapkan pada Sistem Operasi Andoid sebagai pangsa pasar terbesar saat ini. METODE WEIGHTED MOVING AVERAGE DALAM M-FORECASTING Akmal Nasution

Abstract: M-Forecasting or Mobile Forecasting can be interpreted as mobile-based forecasting. Forecasting here means predicting a situation in the future. The use of mobile technology in forecasting is considered appropriate to improve the efficiency of forecasting to be carried out, this is supported by the development of increasingly mobile technology, where digital marketing marketing research institutions estimate that in 2018 the number of active smartphone users in Indonesia is more than 100 million people. This fantastic amount can be utilized by the development of mobile-based information systems for forecasting. Predictions of a forecast can be realized by using several methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is one of them. This method provides predictions for the future by utilizing previous data and giving different weights for each data used. The level of confidence in forecasting can be determined by measuring the error percentage of the forecasting obtained. The higher the error rate can be interpreted that the forecasting results obtained are increasingly unreliable or inaccurate, and vice versa. This forecasting technique can be applied in various fields of work, including in forecasting rubber production. By obtaining forecasting data on rubber production in the future, of course, it can provide an overview of future work steps, so that it can increase the company's work productivity. Based on this, the researchers intend to build a mobile-based forecasting application system, so that it can be installed in a mobile device later, especially mobile technology with the Android operating system. Keywords: Forecasting, Mobile, Android, Weighted Moving Average. Abstrak: M-Forecasting atau Mobile Forecasting dapat diartikan sebagai peramalan berbasis mobile. Peramalan disini berarti memprediksi suatu keadaan dimasa mendatang. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dalam peramalan dianggap tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peramalan yang akan dilakukan, hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi mobile yang kian pesat, dimana lembaga riset digital marketing emarketer memperkirakan pada 2018 jumlah pengguna aktif smartphone di Indonesia lebih dari 100 juta orang. Jumlah yang fantastis ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis mobile untuk peramalan. Prediksi dari sebuah peramalan dapat terwujud dengan penggunaan beberapa metode. Metode Weighted Moving Average adalah salah satunya. Metode ini memberikan prediksi masa depan dengan memanfaatkan data-data terdahulu dan memberikan bobot yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap data yang digunakan. Tingkat kepercayaan peramalan dapat diketahui dengan mengukur persentase eror dari peramalan yang diperoleh. Semakin tinggi tingkat eror dapat diartikan bahwa hasil peramalan yang diperoleh semakin tidak dapat dipercaya atau tidak akurat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Teknik peramalan ini dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang pekerjaan, termasuk dalam peramalan produksi karet. Dengan memperoleh data peramalan produksi karet dimasa mendatang tentunya dapat memberikan gambaran untuk langkah-langkah kerja kedepannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi peramalan berbasis mobile, sehingga dapat dipasang diperangkat mobile nantinya, khususnya teknologi mobile dengan sistem operasi android.Kata Kunci: Forecasting, Mobile, Android, Weighted Moving Average.

Abstrak:Perkembangan teknologi di dunia berlangsung sangat pesat, termasuk perkembangan perangkatmobile yang sudah merambah dunia perdagangan. Melalui perangkat mobile, sekarang seseorang dapatmemperoleh informasi bahkan dapat membeli atau menjual produk di internet. Hal demikian sering disebutdengan istilah Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) yang berarti perdagangan elektronik dengan menggunakanperalatan portable/mobile. M-Commerce dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menerapkan konsepdistribution portal, dimana distribution portal adalah salah satu tipe dari business to business. Distributionportal berarti pemasok produk sejenis berkumpul untuk menawarkan produknya kepada calon pembeli,dalam hal ini berarti produk yang ditawarkan dalam M-Commerce yang dibuat berasal dari beberapapemasok produk yang sejenis. Hal ini bertujuan untuk saling melengkapi. Dengan penerapan konsep inidiharapkan kebutuhan pelanggan dapat lebih terpenuhi.Kata Kunci : M-Commerce, Distribution Portal, Business to BusinessAbstract:Technological developments in the world takes place very rapidly, including the development mobiledevices that have penetrated the world of commerce. Through its mobile devices, now a personcan obtain information, even can buy or sell products on the internet. It thus often referred to as MobileCommerce (M-Commerce), which means electronic commerce using portable/mobile equipment.M-Commerce in this study are used to apply concept of distribution portal, where the distribution portal isone type of business to business. Distribution portal means that suppliers of similar products assembledto offer their products to prospective buyers, in this case means the products offered in M-Commerce is madefrom several suppliers of similar products. Abstract: THT-KL Specialist Practice Dr. Julius Dariar is a practice that provides medical services and sells medicines for ear, nose, throat and head and neck surgery. The problem experienced is that drug preparation is still done manually, so it requires time, effort and a high level of accuracy and precision. This study aims to design an information system that can process incoming and outgoing drug supply data at the THT Specialist Practice-KL Dr. Julius Dariar by implementing Supply Chain Management. The result of his research is the design of a website-based Supply Chain Management application that can be used by users in managing drug stocks in the practice of THT-KL specialist Dr. Julius Dariar. Keywords: Practice; SCM; Specialist; THT-KL Abstrak: Praktek Spesialis THT-KL Dr. Julius Dariar merupakan salah satu praktek yang melayani jasa pengobatan dan penjualan obat mengenai telinga, hidung, tenggorokan, dan bedah kepala leher. Adapun masalah yang dialami ialah penyiapan obat masih dilakukan dengan manual, sehingga memerlukan waktu, tenaga serta tingkat ketelitian dan kecermatan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi yang dapat mengolah data persediaan obat masuk dan keluar di Praktek Spesialis THT-KL Dr. Julius Dariar dengan menerapkan Supply Chain Management. Hasil penelitiannya adalah rancangan aplikasi Supply Chain Management berbasis website yang dapat digunakan oleh user dalam pengelolaan stok obat-obatan pada praktik spesialis THT-KL dr.Julius Dariar.
