Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi mahasiswa AMIK BSI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi dengan tingkat ketuntasan mencapai 86,67% pada siklus II. Aktivitas belajar siswa dari 40,00 % pada siklus I menjadi 60,00 % pada siklus II. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa AMIK BSI Jakarta semester 1 tahun 2016/2017, membuktikan bahwa pendapat yang menganggap bahwa pelajaran akuntansi itu sulit dan tidak disukai mahasiswa ternyata tidak benar.

Abstract

The background of this research about the effect organizational culture and leadership roles through knowledge sharing. Organizational culture is a common perception held by organization’s members (Robbins, 2005). Leadership roles are classified into eight types; monitor, coordinator, director, producer, innovator, broker, facilitator and mentor roles (Yang, 2007). Knowledge sharing as the action in which employees diffuse relevant information to others across the organization (Bartol dan Srivastava dalam Yang, 2007). The objectives of this research was to find out : (1) the influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) the  influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) the influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing. This research uses survey method and questioners as the tools in collecting the main data. This research is conducted in PT. Pupuk Kujang, with respondent amount 130 personnel of employees. In this study, all variables were analysis with Multiple Regression. The results shows these following result : (1) there is a significant influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) there is a significant influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) there is a significant influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing.

Abstract

The development of internet technology is so rapidly today many gave birth to various types of social media. Social media is becoming very popular because it provides easiness in communication. In terms of marketing activities, social media applications have an important role, especially in the dissemination of information and promotion. In addition to easier, do marketing through social media applications faster and cheaper. In this research case study was conducted at MIN 18 Jakarta. The study used descriptive-qualitative method, where this method describes the phenomena that exist in accordance with the current state of research. Social media is very useful for schools, this application is very useful in the dissemination of information and promotion. The development of internet technology that also impact on the development of social media is quite well utilized by MIN 18 Jakarta as a means of dissemination of information and promotion.

Abstract

AbstrakIn all organizations some problems arises due to differences in purposes, interest, experiences, levels of education, personalities, perceptions, and motivation among individuals or groups in the organization. Those problems can cause conflicts, internal and external, that lead to negative implications for their organizations. Therefore, leaders have to apply conflict management to overcome the conflicts and find the best solution to undermine the spirit of organization. Through assertive communication, leaders can build sincere communication between individuals and look for win-win solution for all parties. Leaders are also expected to apply conflict management in accordance with the circumstances in the organization.  This study uses descriptive qualitative method.  The research proves that there is an influence between assertive communications towards conflict management in PT. Indonesia Power – Unit Bisnis Pemeliharaan in Jakarta. The calculation of determination coefficient is 0.745 74.5%meaning that the changing variation of conflict management influenced by assertive communication skill as much as 74.5% and the rest 25.5% influenced by other factors. The evident from the results obtained from the calculation showed that there is a significant influence partially and simultaneously of assertive communications towards conflict management. It concluded that the organization should have the skill of assertive communication, improve and implement it to attain the best way in dealing with management conflict. Towards assertive communication, leaders get highest opportunity to manage and solve conflicts in their organizations.  Keywords: Conflict, Conflict Management, Assertiveness, Assertive Communication Skill. Abstrak            Di setiap organisasi masalah dapat terjadi karena adanya perbedaan tujuan, perbedaan kepentingan, perbedaan pengalaman, tingkat pendidikan, persepsi, dan motivasi diantara individu atau kelompok di organisasi tersebut. Masalah tersebut dapat menimbulkan konflik, naik internal maupun eksternal, yang akan mengarah pada implikasi negatif untuk organisasi. Oleh sebab itu, setiap pemimpin perlu menerapkan manajemen konflik untuk meredam persaingan dan menemukan pemecahan masalah untuk memperbaiki spirit sinergisme organisasi. Melalui kemampuan komunikasi asertif, diharapkan pemimpin dapat membangun sebuah komunikasi yang jujur diantara individu-individu dan mencari solusi yang memenangkan kedua belah pihak. Pemimpin juga diharapkan menerapkan pengelolaan konflik yang sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kemampuan komunikasi asertif terhadap pengelolaan konflik di PT. Indonesia Power – Unit Bisnis Pemeliharaan di Jakarta. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,745 yang artinya variasi perubahan dari pengelolaan konflik dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan komunikasi asertif sebesar 74,5% dan sisanya 25,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi asertif berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pengelolaan konflik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan dan penerapan kemampuan komunikasi asertif sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan konflik yang baik oleh para pemimpin di PT. Indonesia Power – Unit Bisnis Pemeliharaan, Jakarta. Dengan kemampuan komunikasi asertif, pemimpin memiliki kesempatan yang lebih baik dalam menangani dan memecahkan konflik yang terjadi di dalam organisasinya. Kata Kunci: Konflik, Pengelolaan Konflik, Asertif, Kemampuan Komunikasi Asertif

Abstract

Abstract  –  Manage by the leadership style of a leader is the proper techinique undertaken to improve the quality of human resourcesin order to produce optimal performance in achieving a common goal. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style to the achievement of employee’s work at Departement of Archives and Regional Library of District Bogor. The methodology is primary quantitative methodology. Document were obtained through surveys and questionnaire, and  samples taken using saturated sampling where all employee at Departement of Archives and Regional Library of District Bogor to be respondent, as many as 45 respondents. Research methodology consist of the Scale Likert, Correlation Product Moment consist of : correlation coefficient, coefficient determination, regression equation, test statistic with SPSS 21. Correlation coeficient receive is 0,733 it means there is a connection between leadership style and work achievement. The coeficient determination is 54% influenced by leadership style and 46% influenced by onother factor. And reggresion equation test Y = 22,038 + 0,524X, analyzable first : if X = 0 or without any leadership style then the work achievement is (22,038). Second : if the leadership style rises 1 point that will be increase work achievement (22,562).

Abstract

Tanah Abang Center of Grocery is the most famoust grocery of  people, even local or international. There is so many trader of tekstile and Escada shop is the ones.  Because so many trader at there, so the compete is so tight. Therefore the trader must be demanded for willing the best product and give the best service. The kind of product or price can be the same between the trader. To take the consument the different is good service that make  costumer being satisfied and be glad when take a shop at  Escada. The costumer satisfied is the most important factor for every kind of business that must be kept, that the hopes and the needs of customer can be take over there.             This research is to purpose for knowing about product influence to take costumer satisfaction, and the influence of service to take customer satisfaction. Than product influence and service  in the same time to take customer satisfaction at  Escada shop. The methode of this research  is survey methode,  with take the simple sample random sampling.            Based of  survey result that have done, take the tabulation and data-processing with computer program SPSS 15.0 for windows. There is so significan between product and costumer satisfaction . It can be from test calculation t that t hitung about 3,410 bigger than t tabel about 2,011. so can be sayed that product varible   with costumer satisfaction variable is be significant influeced that the meaning is the willing of product can be make the customer satisfaction. The influence of service dan costumer satisfaction can be see at t that t is about 38,906 bigger than t table about 2,011. Can be sayed that costumer variable with customer satisfaction variable have a significant relationship, that means good service can be make costumer satisfaction can be better.

Abstrac- The journey of human life abstract-dalam of course, has always faced with a risk that happens and cannot be predicted before .Every human endeavour to divert the risk to the insurance company . Is to got the rights and able or to function optimally research methodology used writer is the descriptive method with a qualitative approach.berdasarkan the results of research on ajb the earth son of 1912 , then in the process of filing a claim refer to a insurance , especially the administration of an insurance claim as follows: 1 .Filing a claim which is made up of claims approved danklaim may be deferred , 2 .Checking documents , 3 .The process of approval, that a check of administration and financial, 4.penyelesaian payments.Documents that have already received approval and signed by the head of a branch and submitted to part a teller of for the withdrawal of funds claim . In the resolution of claim payments, done 8 ( eight ) working day.When in the process claims there are no obstacles, the finance division submit claim funds to teller for granted to customers, and receipts.As for the types of insurance claim; insurance claim individuals, consisting of a claim to death, a claim to the end of contract and a claim for redemption, while insurance claim a collection of consists of a claim to death, a claim to the end of contract, a claim to redemption, claims for medical expenses by the accident, a claim for in-patient care and surgical operation + outpatient.Also obstacles in payment implementation of insurance claim among other: delay in the process filing a claim insurance, do not bring completeness documents, customers forget check first completeness documents, and loss of policy and receipts proof of payment.

Abstract

Trends motorcycle online has increased in recent years with the increasing need for fast transportation in Jakarta. Ease and speed of motorcycles message via applications and the speed of travel (travel time) becomes a key factor many motorcycle enthusiasts online. Gojek as pioneers face challenges in maintaining quality service and win the competition. The marketing strategy is one way to determine the competitiveness of each force. Effective Use of SWOT can play an important role in determining the marketing strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by enterprise IT in maintaining the viability and continuity of the company. Issues to be resolved in this research is How to determine the internal and external factors which will affect the company's strategy and determine appropriate marketing strategy planning for Gojek? The research was conducted using the method of analysis of IFAs to analyze the internal factors, the analysis of EFAS to external factors, then, input into the model kuantittif ie SWOT matrix. Results of the analysis showed that, based on internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and external threats, four sets of strategic alternatives that may be taken by the manager of the company in the face of increasingly competitive.  Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited. The keyword list provides the opportunity to add keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title. Abstract

This paper investigates on student perception of characteristics lecturers. The lecture is one of the oldest and, maybe still, the most widely used teaching method in tertiary educational institutions. It has been a primary component in the teaching and learning programmes of Universities since the very early days of university education (Bligh, McKeachie in Marmah 2014). Perception is a process whereby individuals organize and interpret their impression of sensory impression to give meaning to their environment (Robbins and Judge, 2009). The character is understood as the level of power in which the individual is able to handle the condition (Koesoema in Manalu 2014). The research method used descriptive research method. Data collection techniques in this study by questionnaire. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique. This research is conducted in BSI Cibitung with respondent amount 49 personnel of student. The objectives of this research was to find out student perception of lecturers characteristics.

Abstract

Menjadi seorang pengusaha saja tidak cukup di era teknologi informasi saat ini. Dengan  melibatkan unsur tenologi informasi dalam memasarkan produk / jasa merupakan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memajukan usaha. Menjadi teknopreneur adalah pilihan yang yang harus di miliki seorang pengusaha dengan beralih ke  promosi aplikasi berbasis internet diharapkan menjadi solusi promosi untuk masalah usaha kecil di bengkel vespa ini. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggambarkan makna dari data atau fenomena yang dapat ditangkap dan dijadikan acuan untuk pembuatan artikel ini. Mudah-mudahan, dengan menulis akan lebih banyak teknopreneur muda yang mampu menciptakan banyak pekerjaan dan juga memanfaatkan internet.
