Al-Idarah: Jurnal Kependidikan Islam, registered in p-ISSN: 2086-6186 and e-ISSN: 2580-2453, is a peer-reviewed journal of original research and writing on Islamic education management and education management in general. The biannual journal, regularly issued in June and December, aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulates knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscripts dealing with contemporary education management topics are openly welcome and highly appreciated. Abstract

The flagship program at Islamic educational institution aims to improve interpersonal and intrapersonal skills of the members, one of which is Moslem Scholar program at SMP Bina Insan Mandiri. The program is focused on teaching public speaking skill from early age. It is expected that the students will be able to deliver Islamic teachings, master Tsaqofah Islamiyah and have the ability to understand the sources of Islamic law well. Therefore, their religious knowledge will be beneficial for the society, both for social and religious activities. It is also expected that the society will understand human beings role as religious beings who have noble characters. This research was conducted by analyzing a case study of the Moslem Scholar flagship program at SMP Bina Insan Mandiri. This research method used descriptive qualitative research through observations and interviews. The results showed that the Moslem Scholar program at SMP Bina Insan Mandiri was carried out through a talent-screening program to accommodate students' interests. This activity aimed at increasing the quality of SMP Bina Insan Mandiri students as well as provisioning the skill to be implemented in the society.

Abstract

This research on motivation (self-transcendence) of MA Hamalatul Qur'an Yogyakarta teachers aims to determine the role of institutions or principal as motivators to optimize teacher performance at MA Hamalatul Qur'an Yogyakarta. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study included the teachers who teach at the MA Hamalatul Qur'an Yogyakartal. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The theory used is Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory where there are several levels of needs needed to increase work motivation. In this study, this theory was used to determine the achievement of the spiritual needs of teachers who teach at MA Hamalatul Qur'an Yogyakarta School. Also, this research studied whether all the needs contained in Maslow's theory can be met by institutions to increase the motivation of teachers. The results showed that the role of school principal in increasing motivation, facilities, and appreciation of teachers' performance is needed. However, there are shortcomings or limitations in terms of the allocation of funds and others that make several things at the level of these needs could not be met. Despite these shortcomings, the enthusiasm of teachers to continue teaching and sincerity in conveying knowledge is an important thing that embodies self-transcendence

Abstract

Teacher is one of the determining factors for the success of an education. In this case, teacher is assigned to educate the life of the nation. Many factors affect teacher performance. In this study, researchers focused on aspects of training, motivation, and organizational culture because they are relevant to the problems that exist at SDN Ngaliyan 01 Semarang. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of training on teacher performance at SDN Ngaliyan 01 Semarang, 2) the effect of motivation on teacher performance at SDN Ngaliyan 01 Semarang, 3) the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance at SDN Ngaliyan 01 Semarang. This research used quantitative research method by involving a population of 32 teachers. The questionnaire was prepared using a Likert scale of 1-5. The method of analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the analysis of the data obtained are training did not have a significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Ngaliyan 01 Semarang because the tStatistic value was 0.420 1.96 and P values 0.675 0.05, while motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Ngaliyan 01 Semarang with tStatistic value 2.209 1.96 and P Values 0.029 0.05, and organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Ngaliyan 01 Semarang with tStatistic value 3.008 1.96 and the value of P Values 0.003 0.05. The suggestions that can be given are the school leaders should conduct training of teacher performance, increase and maintain intrinsic and extrinsic motivation so that teacher performance is improved, maintain and improve organizational culture and service to customers, and minimize individualism and seniority among teachers so as not to affect their performance.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, perubahan dalam dunia kerja, budaya dan sosial, kemampuan mahasiswa harus lebih disiapkan untuk dapat memenuhi tuntutan zaman. Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka bertujuan menjadi jawaban atas kebutuhan tersebut. Kampus Merdeka merupakan bentuk pembelajaran perguruan tinggi yang mandiri dan fleksibel, menciptakan budaya belajar yang inovatif, mengalir bebas, dan berbasis kebutuhan mahasiswa. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan SDM PTKIN di Indonesia dalam menerapkan Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dan untuk mengetahui problematika dan tantangan PTKIN di Indonesia dalam menerapkan Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dalam proses pelaksanaannya memerlukan pedoman atau rekomendasi dari pimpinan PTKIN dan antar PTKIN. Beberapa PTKIN masih ragu-ragu dan belum memiliki kesiapan untuk mengimplementasikan prinsip Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka saat ini, persoalan yang dihadapi adalah perubahan pola pikir yang memakan waktu cukup lama. Problematika dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh PTKIN dalam melaksanakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka di antaranya, yaitu mekanisme kolaborasi antara PTKIN dan program studi dengan pihak luar, perubahan paradigma pada PTN-BH dalam bersaing skala internasional dan mekanisme magang di luar program studi.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, all are affected by the strong currents, including in the field of education. Facing the current of globalization, the world is also competing to create a system so that it can become a reference for education at the global level, as well as the human resources produced so that they can compete at the global level. Many Indonesian universities also organize internationalization of education, but judging by the world ranking of Indonesian universities, none of them are in the top 100 or even the top 200. So it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the causes of the failure. From various causes, it is hypothesized that there is a lack of human resource competence in the internationalization of education. So it is necessary to determine the criteria for evaluating policies related to HR, for further data on various alternatives that can solve existing problems. The policy alternatives are then analyzed for their achievements against the evaluation criteria so that universities implementing the internationalization of education receive recommendations to improve the policies that have been implemented so far. This research is a type of qualitative research, the stages of analysis used are; (1) verify, define, and detail the problem, (2) establish evaluation criteria, (3) identify alternatives, (4) evaluate alternative policies, (5) present alternatives and differentiate between them. There are ten policy recommendations that can be considered by managers of institutions that will use them.

Abstract

Many teacher performance issues include: Implementation of learning that does not go according to plan; teacher performance in lesson planning is still intermediate and low; The subject of this study was his SMP teachers. The research method is school action research. Consistent with the results obtained, it can be concluded that educator performance in learning planning was significantly enhanced by optimizing academic supervision through group and individual techniques. Based on our findings:Document completeness increased from 50%, 88% to 94%. PTS is planning a 90% increase to meet document completeness success metrics and stop the cycle. and four predicates for performance evaluation in cycle I, the predicate distribution is: 0% not good, 42% pretty good, 58 good, 0% very good. In cycle II, the predicate distribution is:Poor 0%, Fairly Good 8, Good 42 to Very Good 49. Predicate Good and Very Good 42 + 49 = 91%. Therefore, we can say that the predicate performance distribution before the cycle increased in cycle I.

Abstract

Manajemen program adalah penerapan pengetahuan, keterampilan, metode, alat dan teknik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan program. Manajemen program merupakan suatu proses yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dengan tujuan efektif dan efisien pelaksanaan program-program yang dirangkai di madrasah. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen program tahfidz Al-Qur’an di MAN 1 Lampung Utara yang memiliki tujuan meningkatkan dan memperbaiki bacaan peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara kepada pihak madrasah dan didukung dengan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan manajemen program tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian yang dapat ditunjukan: Perencanaan, berusaha untuk mengoptimalkan dikarenakan hafalan yang dimiliki peserta didik belum mencapai 80 persen. Pengorganisasian yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengkategorikan kegiatan tahfidz Al-Qur’an menjadi tiga yakni tahfidz khusus, tahfidz reguler dan BBQ dan didampingi guru tahfidz khusus serta dibuatkan struktur pengurus program dan penggunaan metode hafalan menggunakan setoran, fardi (mandiri), talaqqi dan muroja’ah. Pelaksanaan program tahfidz dilakukan diwaktu pagi mulai jam 7.00 sampai 7.30. Pengawasan program tahfidz dilakukan dengan membentuk koordinator tahfidz kelas X, XI, dan XII serta pengawasan kepala madrasah dengan tersebarnya CCTV di seluruh kelas dan ruangan masjid

Abstract

"Merdeka Belajar Program is a policy aimed at encouraging students to master competencies and knowledge that are essential and applicable as they enter the world of work. This article presents the Design Of The "Merdeka Belajar" Program for students of High School of Education, UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design, and data is gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data is then analyzed through the condensation stage, data display, and conclusion. Based on the results of the three-month implementation of the Teaching Campus program at Madrasah Aliyah Wuluhan Jember, it was found that Tarbiyah faculty students of UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember were able to organize the Campus Teaching Class XI program more effectively and with better preparation, particularly concerning the administrative system for students, field supervisors, and registered schools. All parties involved at Madrasah Aliyah Wuluhan Jember, especially the teachers, showed consistency and progress in the methods, media, and adaptations introduced for an interesting and effective learning process in line with current conditions."
