Abstract

This research concludes that language and humanity are inseparable needs, where language is a tool for thinking for humans. Language which is an expression of the meaning it contains and the ideas it captures come from the universality of universality, including humanity. This research uses descriptive analysis method, by concluding all the data presented in this study. Halliday as one of the basic arguments in writing this article also explained that the function of interactional language, where human interaction is intertwined, one of which is through language, in this context is Arabic. As language users, humans have the emotive and imaginative power to interpret what they hear, what they say, and what they see. When Arabic is released into the public sphere, the resulting meaning will have a contextual correlation, and this meaning also adjusts to the interpreter's conceptual reference. The meaning that is covered by the language rules is extracting humanistic values as a form of enthusiasm to contextualize language texts in a wider scope.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many contents of the elements of Indonesian interference in Insha 'students of the Arabic Language Education University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. The interference is caused by the lack of students' understanding of syntax rules. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop Arabic syntax teaching materials as a solution to overcome Indonesian interference with Arabic. The method used in this research is R&D by adopting the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, develop, implementation, evaluation). This research produces Arabic syntactic teaching material which is presented through a comparison between the rules of Arabic and Indonesian, and contains material that emphasizes the aspect of function, which includes the material formation of sentences as well as variations and complement. After going through the validation stage with a very valid qualification of 89.1%, the results of the data analysis state that the developed teaching material is able to improve the learning outcomes of students in the course of nahwu (Arabic syntax) which certainly goes hand in hand with increasing their understanding. This increase has a significant effect as a solution to minimize the level of interference. This is proven through further analysis by comparing the results of the pretest which reached an average of 57.26% and the posttest which reached an average of 79.03% so that it can be interpreted that grammatical errors due to interference factors can be overcome.

Abstract

This article is a study of Arabic Language Education students at the University of Muhammad Malang concerning spelling errors in writing Arabic characters. Orthography or Arabic alphabet spelling is a system that is generally used to realize the sound description from spoken language to written language in a language community, in this case Arabic. But in practice not everyone is able to describe the sound of language into writing correctly. Including students in the Arabic Language Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This research is a descriptive type, in collecting data using observation techniques, documentation techniques, and interview techniques. The data analysis uses the orthographic equivalent method with basic techniques (orthographic sorting techniques) and advanced techniques (comparative correlation techniques). While the presentation of data uses informal variety. The results showed that the forms of orthographic errors or Arabic characters were first, one type of error consisting of adding vowels, reducing vowels or consonants, reducing consonant punctuation, and changing letters. Second, two or more types of errors. The factors underlying these mistakes are in terms of sociolinguistics and psycholinguistics.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to find out the syntax evidence (adillah al-nahwu) in the book Syarh Kitab al-Kawakib al-durriyah ala Mutamammimah al-Ajrumiyyah, how to use the evidence of syntax (adillah al-nahwu) in its book, and what are the effects of syntax evidence (adillah al-nahwu) in grammatical rules. The purposes of the research are to find out the syntax evidence (adillah al-nahwu) in the book Syarh Kitab al-Kawakib al-durriyah ala Mutamammimah al-Ajrumiyyah and to explain the evidence of syntax (adillah al-nahwu) found in its book, and to know the effects of the evidence of syntax (adillah al-nahwu) in the grammar rules. This research used library research where the data were collected through document analysis. The results of the research that the most adillah that used Ar-Ruainiy were sama or naql, ijma, and Hadith. Dalil al-Sama of the Qur'an used in the book Syarh Kitab al-Kawakib al-Durriyah ala Mutamammimah al-Ajrumiyyah were 102 evidences, dalil of Hadith were 12 evidences, dalil of the words of the Arabs were 60 evidences, 1 dalil of ijma , and 4 dalil of istishab al-hal. The syntax evidence (adillah al-nahwu) in the book Syarh Kitab al-Kawakib al-Durriyah ala Mutamammimah al-Ajrumiyyah affect on availability for the understanding of the grammar rules.

Abstract

This paper discusses the contribution of neuroscience in the development of the Arabic language curriculum of the modern era with the development of a very strategic and practical reconstruction. One of them is the emergence of integration between nation, brain based learning, and character building using a neuroscience approach. The basic point of this study is the right brain functional statement as the basic for developing the Arabic language curriculum. The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding that the learning process of Arabic can be integrated with the neuroscience approach. This type of research used library research with content analysis in the form of descriptive analysis using primary sources in the form of bibliographies and scientific journal articles. The results showed that the application of neuroscience can be implemented in the formulation of Arabic curriculum development with a series; 1) optimization of the right and left brain nerve system; 2) integrating the role of the brain into the educational and psychological basis of cognitive aspects (Arabic substance), psychomotor (mastery of Arabic language skills), and affective (attitudes, values, and characters) into Arabic learning; 3) interconnecting these three aspecs into the nature of the objectives, methods, strategies of learning Arabic. On this basis, neuroscience can be implicated in the standard development of Arabic learning curriculum in the modern era.

Abstract

The issue in this research what is the evidence of the various difficulties of the Arabic language for West Bengal students, it is the language full of words that suit the conception of its construction. It has become necessary to facilitate the teaching of the Arabic language; it is a difficult language, as educators believe that the difficulty of learning Arabic is a serious problem especially for non-Arabic speaking students. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. The state of West Bengal in India is a non-native speaking country, so this article discusses the idea of discovering the true and accurate causes that astrology student’s encounter in speaking, reading and writing, and the difficulty lies in the methods and technical process in teaching. But through research and study, it is possible to reach several ways to teach the Arabic language in a short time and in a reasonable way and to analyze the language treatment appropriate to their weakness. The difficulty of learning Arabic differs according to the age of the students in their environment in which they live while learning the language. Besides, the difficulty also differs in different phonetics, semantic, grammatical, morphological, and lexical. One of the most important problems facing non-Arabic speaking students when learning Arabic is that it is affected by its mother tongue, just as Bengalis are affected in Bengali and Hindi, which creates a barrier in the teaching of the Arabic language, and finally, solutions, suggestions and recommendations that are involved in overcoming these problems are dealt with. However, this study will focus on some of the problems that non-Arabic speaking students in West Bengal state in India face when learning Arabic. Then we will try to explain and develop the appropriate treatment for them.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the forms of grammatical interference that occur in graduate students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Interference is a language disorder that often occurs for language learners. Interference often occurs in all four language skills included in writing skills. Without realizing it, in writing scientific works students still often experience the first language interference, especially in the grammatical field. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive research type. The results found in this study indicate that the grammatical interference still occurs in the writing of graduate students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Researchers found 11 grammatical interference with details, 1 interference in the use of isim maushul, 5 interferences in making idahafah, 4 interferences in the use of fi’il (morphology), and 1 interference in the use of hurf.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the place where the research is conducted based on the needs of the High School Science of the Qur'an (STIQ) Amuntai on teaching materials and to develop Arabic learning material using Istifham verses, and also to test the truth of the design of teaching material compiled by researchers. The formulation of the problem of this research is as follows: how is the design of the speaking skill learning material by using Istifham verses in the Surah al-An'am and al-Mulk for Amuntai High School Science of the Qur'an (STIQ), while the purpose of this study is to know how to design learning materials speaking skill by using Istifham verses in surah Al An'am And Al Mulk for students of the Amuntai Qur'anic High School (STIQ).The research method is the Reseach & Development (R&D) method with a Quantitative approach and Qualitative. While the data collection tools used: Observations,  interviews,  Questionnaire, Test trials. The design model in the design preparation uses the Borg & Gall model using 5 design steps: Requirement Analysis, Product design, Trial/ product evaluation, Product revision, Product trial test. The results of the study both from the trial and questionnaire results are as follows: Istifham verses used in the design of teaching materials for the material of speaking skill in surah al-An'am and al-Mulk namely are contained adawat Istifham: الهمزة (ء), هَلْ, مَا, مَنْ, مَتَى, كَيْفَ, أَيْنَ, كَمْ, أَيُّ, أَنَّى. (2) The results of responses and assessments by material design experts in terms of the content of the material indicate the level of "very good" is “90 %”, and from the lecturer/ teacher the teacher shows the level of "very good" is “82,5%”, while the students show the response of the level of assessment of "sufficient" is “50,86 %”, While the effectiveness of the use of maharah kalam learning material design by using Istifham verses in the Surah Al An'am and Al Mulk for Amuntai Qur'an College (STIQ) students obtain significant results or are worthy of use.

Abstract

This article studies about aspects of al-iltifat al-mu’jami as one style of language in the Qur'an.  This study aims to reveal the secrets of meaning behind the use of two synonymous words interchangeably in one or more plots of speech. This type of research is a library research with an interdisciplinary approach. In data analysis using content analysis by examining the basic meaning of words that experience al-iltifat, then confirms the meaning through balaghah, syntactic, morphological, and semantic analysis. The results of the research show that there are two different styles of al-iltifat al-mu’jami in the Qur'an, namely: first, the transition of the use of a word to another word that is synonymous in a verse or series of verses in a plot of speech; and second, is the use of two words that are synonymous in a separate surahs in the same speech theme. The transitional use of the word among others is aimed at emphasizing a concept, emphasizing the difference in quality and quantity of something, affirming the nature to be highlighted, expanding the concept being talked, or perfecting the concept that is the theme of the speech. The benefits of studying about al-iltifat al-mu'jami are helping to understand the message of the Qur'an, dismissing the assumptions of the language of the Qur'an, understanding the other side of the miracles of the Qur'an, helping in carrying out a mindfulness towards the Qur'an, and developing insights on various approaches that can be used in developing Qur'anic studies from the linguistic side.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the psychological conflict that can impact the changes of Faris and Inayah attitudes when acting on novel Lail wa Qudbhan by Najib al-Kailani. The approach of this research is the psychology of literature that discusses of the psychology aspects of figures in the work or is called the textual approach. The theory used to study the psychology of figures in this research is Carl Gustav Jung’s psychology theory and focused on the archetypes of the character’s unconsciousness. The research method used is a qualitative method, documentation technic with descriptive analysis of data analysis. There is also the result of this study found that the cause of the change in attitude of Faris and Inayah figures is their unconscious archetype. Faris’s archetype consists of a persona obstinacy, a shadow of killing and copulation, his anima is uncontrolled emotional, a great mother who brings destruction, wise old man who advise and teach patience, and Self want freedom of life and happiness. While Inayah’s archetype consists of a persona of a happy wife, a shadow of murder an indidelity, an animus of rational and stubborn thinking, a great mother who loves, wise old man who teaches patience, and Self want freedom and happiness.
