Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of online learning on students' psychomotor changes in writing short stories (Cerpen). The data sources in this study were students of SMPN 4 and SMPN 9 Banda Aceh. The method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study are test, observation, interview and documentation techniques.The data processing technique was carried out using the SPSS program. The results showed that online learning at SMPN 4 Banda Aceh had no significant effect on psychomotor changes in writing short stories. While the results of research at SMPN 9 Banda Aceh showed that online learning had a significant effect on psychomotor changes in students' short stories writing. The results of the interview show that online learning has positive and negative effects depending on the learning pattern.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management of extracurricular activities in improving students' non-academic achievement at MAN 1 Malang and MA Al-Khoirot Malang, with sub-focuses including: (1) planning extracurricular activities, (2) implementing extracurricular activities, (3) evaluating activities extracurricular, (4) non-academic achievements produced. This study uses a qualitative approach by designing a multi-site study. The data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Sources of research data include school principals, vice principals, and coordinator of extracurricular activities. The results showed that: The management of extracurricular activities at MAN 1  and MA Al-Khoirot Malang has been carried out well. This can be seen from the indicators of the management of extracurricular activities carried out and from the results,  the existence of extracurricular activity planning, implementation and evaluation, as well as the achievements he achieved in one year showed an increase. This is due to the well-planned and well-implemented management of extracurricular activities, as well as the gradual evaluation according to the program so that students experience an increase in their non-academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana hubungan materi pembelajaran kewirausahaan  terhadap semangat kewirausahaan siswa. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk  kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan semangat interpreneurship siswa  pada tingkat SMP Negeri Kota Banda Aceh. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas materi pembelajaran dan pengaruhnya terhadap semangat siswa setelah mengikuti pelajaran dengan menggunaka skala likert. Sedangkan pendekatan kualitattif digunakan untuk menemukan data-data yang akurat, tentang kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan pada siswa.  Mengingat jumlah populasi cukup banyak, maka data diambil dari 6 SMP negeri saja dengan total populasi 1400 orang, sampel diambil menggunakan sistem teknik cluster dan purposive sampling. sesuai dengan rumus  yang ditentukan  maka jumlah sumber data siswa 149 orang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembelajaran materi kewirausahaan dengan semangat inteprineurship  siswa SMP Negeri Kota Banda Aceh dengan kualitas materi katagori baik. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah minimnya waktu untuk pembelajaran kewirausahaan, Perlu ada kejelasan materi pembelajaran dan keseragaman pemahaman pada seluruh guru dan perlu adanya mata pelajaran khusus untuk kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implimentation the discipline in schools to improve student learning achievement during the Covid-19. The research approach is qualitative. The population in this study was the principal, teacher council board  and second grade students totaling 99 people. All data sources are research informants (total sample). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, documentation, observations and questionnaires which were circulated to each respondent who had been recorded as the research sample. The data analysis technique used descriptive method, with the aim of seeing the situation or facts that are currently developing. While data processing used non-parametric statistics by calculating the percentage of respondents' answers to each item and interpreting and tabulating the percentage formula. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that efforts to enforce student discipline can be carried out properly, with cooperation between teachers and parents, so that a student life can be patterned that is full of discipline and obeys school regulations, so that online learning in the Covid 19 era can have a positive impact on student learning developmen

Abstract

Limited human resources turn triage into an unavoidable solution in disaster management. Simple Triage and Rapid Treatment (START) is a triage method that is widely accepted and easy to use to handle disasters with a time of 30 seconds or less based on three primary examinations such as respiration, checking the radial pulse, mental status. This study aims to identify differences in the preparedness of nurses at the Puskesmas at Kaki Gunung Burni Telong Kabupaten Bener Meriah Regency before and after the health education method intervention (START). The data sources for this study were the nurses of the puskesmas at Kaki Gunung Burni Telong Kabupaten Bener Meriah totaling 20 people. The research design used a quasi-experiment "Quasy experiment”. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then for nurses were given the Health Education intervention (START). The results showed that the average knowledge and attitudes of puskesmas nurses before and after health education intervention (START) had increased in dealing with disasters, but there were significant differences in nurses' knowledge in handling disasters with unequal distribution.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the influence of job promotion policies and work productivity on improving organizational performance in Ministries and Government Agencies. The object of this research is the State Civil Apparatus who work in Ministries and Government Institutions of the Republic of Indonesia in the city of Jakarta and its surroundings. The research method used is descriptive, which only aims to describe and explain the characteristics of a situation at a certain time in order to provide an overview of the relationship between job promotion and work productivity with organizational performance. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, which was distributed incidentally to the object of research in Jakarta and its surroundings. The results of this study found that there was a partial effect of job promotion policies on organizational performance, significant and there was a positive relationship. Meanwhile, work productivity has no partial effect on organizational performance and has a negative relationship. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence between the policy of promotion and work productivity on organizational performance, but it was not significant, it turned out that the policy of promotion was very decisive in improving the performance of public organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate a student's final project using the prototype model for evaluation of  student's final project at AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. The method used is a quantitative approach in order to analyze the level of success of the Prototype Model to evaluate students' final assignments. Data collection for user needs is carried out using data analysis techniques through observation, interviews and also literature studies to collect data used in the evaluation of students' final assignments. the prototype model of student final project evaluation at AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh was measured using end user satisfaction (EUCS). The sample and function testing in this application is done by black box testing, all of which will work fine. The results of the prototype model of student final project evaluation at AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh are correct based on the evaluation using the Boehm Turner radar chart. The success rate of the application of the Student Final Project Prototype Model at AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh using the end user satisfaction (EUCS) at the level of satisfaction so that it can be concluded that the application of the student final project evaluation prototype model at AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh is very appropriate to be developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between togok flexibility and top service ability in volleyball games at SMA Negeri 1 Lampeuneurut Aceh Besar students. This research is quantitative descriptive, that descript the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Lampeuneurut Aceh Besar, amounting to 448 people. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling technique and obtained 25 students who got a minimum score of 8.5 in volleyball in sports subjects. The data collection techniques used in this study were: (1) togok flexibility was measured by bridge-up test (2) Upper serve ability was measured by volleyball service skill test. analysis of data obtained from the results of tests and measurements conducted on 25 samples, the data were processed and analyzed with statistics which aim to determine how big the relationship between variables. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between togok flexibility and the ability to serve in volleyball game

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know how the influence of knowledge, facilities, infrastructure and the role of teachers on the implementation of the School Health Program Program (UKS) in elementary schools in Simpang Kiri, Subulussalam City. This study includes survey research. Sources of data are all school principals and UKS totaling 30 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test approach. The results showed that the implementation of the program had a close relationship with the knowledge of teachers, facilities and infrastructure and the role of teachers in each school. This means that the better the knowledge of teachers, facilities and infrastructure and the role of teachers in each school, the better the implementation of the school health program program (UKS) in that school. In the implementation of UKS in the Simpang Kiri working area, Subulussalam City, several parties involved in the UKS program have not implemented their roles and functions optimally, as well as the available facilities and infrastructure are not adequate so that the implementation of UKS has not functioned properly.
