Abstract

Environmental services are activities to utilize the potential of natural resources by not damaging the environment and its main function. One of the utilization of environmental services is the utilization of water flow services and water utilization. Humans in their life processes use water for drinking, cooking, washing, and all other activities directly related to human welfare. This study aims to determine the factors that influence people's willingness to pay for environmental services, look for the value of Willingness To Pay (WTP), factors that influence the value of PAPs and the effect of the value of environmental service benefits on payments for environmental services. The willingness of respondents to make payments for environmental services is influenced by several factors, namely an assessment of the level of water quality, the amount of water needed in the household, and the average income in the household. This study aims to determine the factors that influence people's willingness to pay for environmental services, look for the value of willingness to pay (WTP), factors that influence the value of PAPs and influence the value of the benefits of environmental services on payments for the environment services. The willingness of respondents to make payments for environmental services is influenced by several factors, namely the assessment of the level of water quality, the amount of water needed in the household, and the average income in the household. The PAP value in this study is the value that will be given by respondents to the environmental services produced by the Lubuk Beringin Village Forest per cubic meter per household. The average value of PAPs for environmental improvement as water service services in the Lubuk Beringin Hamlet is Rp. 4,439, - / m3. The factors that influence the respondent's WTP value are influenced by the assessment of water quality level and average household income. The total value of PAPs from the population is Rp. 1,406,143 per month. The data shows that there are funds that can be used for 1 year of Rp. 16,873,716. The funds can be used to conserve the Village Forest area as an effort to maintain the environmental conditions of the Lubuk Beringin Village Forest as a provider of water use services by the community in the Lubuk Beringin Hamlet.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has become a historic momentum for the entire world which has almost weakened the entire wheel life. However, it does not weaken the determination to always try to improve a better life. Indonesia is a developing country making a pandemic a positive thing in realizing its goals sustainable development (Sustainable Development Goals / SDGs). The Sustainable Development Goals and Covid-19, reports that of the 17 SDGs goals, Indonesia has been able to realize the 10 existing goals, between other sustainable urban and community improvement, terrestrial and marine ecosystems, gender equality, partnerships to achieve goals. Covid-19 becomes an opportunity for the earth as well as to buildblue sky jernihand clear the air. During times of worldwide lockdown, the view of the blue sky creates a feeling community optimist for a cleaner and better environment. According to Arora et al. (2020) says that "Although the corona virus vaccine is not available, the corona virus itself is a vaccine for the earth and we are humans is the virus ”,. Although Covid-19 can help recover from climate change by improving better air quality. It is possible that Covid-19 is only a stimulus and trial for humans around the world and with the existence of Covid-19 the earth is a little better. Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang setiap pelayanannya menghasilkan limbah medis dan nonmedis baik cair maupun padat. Peningkatan pelayanan Puskesmas secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi laju timbulan dan komposisi limbah.Limbah yang dihasilkan Puskesmas ini apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menimbulkan dampak  penyakit dan pencemaran lingkungan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis apakah pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Puskesmas Kota Jambi sesuai dengan PERMEN LHK NO 56 TAHUN 2015 tentang tata cara dan persyaratan teknis pengelolaan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun dari fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan membuat model sistim pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Puskesmas Kota Jambi yang sesuai dengan PERMEN LHK NO 56 Tahun 2015.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Semua Puskesmas kota Jambi yaitu sebanyak 20 Puskesmas.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Puskesmas Kota Jambi mulai dari tahapan pengurangan pemilahan,penyimpanan dan pengangkutan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan  Nomor : P.56/MenLHK-Setjen/2015. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis hal – hal yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan sehingga akan dibuat suatu model pengelolaan yang sesuai dengan Permenlhk P.56/MenLHK-Setjen/2015 yang  aman,sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Jl. Pancasila Pondok Tinggi District is one of the districts in Sungai Penuh city which often experiences inundation during the rainy season. In this area, the performance of the drainage system is determined by the involvement of the community. Apart from that due to the lack of government operation and maintenance costs, the drainage system is mostly managed with community participation. Therefore drainage conditions need to be considered, evaluated with a sustainable drainage system based on community participation. This research was conducted to analyze the performance level of the drainage network on Jl. Pancasila Pondok Tinggi District Sungai Penuh city, the assessment parameters include physical condition, participation and institutional conditions (in this case the community at the research location and related institutions). This research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents, interviews with questionnaires and direct surveys to the research location to collect primary data on the physical condition of the drainage network on Jl Pancasila. Data analysis was carried out by providing an assessment of the physical conditions in the field based on direct observations. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. PLS is a variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical method. The results showed that the relationship coefficient between physical aspects of the variable on the sustainability of urban drainage had a positive and significant effect, the influence of social aspects on the sustainability of drainage in total had a positive and significant effect and the institutional aspects had a positive and insignificant effect on the sustainability of urban drainage. Abstract

Perbedaan infrastruktur antar daerah dinilai menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong terjadinya perbedaan ekonomi antar daerah. Bagi Indonesia, persoalan ini patut untuk dikaji, apalagi saat ini pemerintah sedang giat menggalakkan pembangunan infrastruktur di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika infrastruktur dan perbedaan ekonomi antar wilayah (provinsi) di Indonesia serta mengkaji keterkaitan keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu indeks Williamson, taksonomi Clarkson, analisis korelasi dan regresi. Metode ini diharapkan dapat memberikan ruang analisis yang cukup untuk menganalisis dan menyelidiki kecenderungan dan keterkaitan pembangunan infrastruktur dan perbedaan ekonomi antar berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa antara tahun 2011 dan 2015, ketimpangan ekonomi (PDRB per kapita) antar provinsi di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2011-2015, Tingkat ketimpangan ekonomi antar provinsi di Indonesia relatif tinggi (PDB per kapita). Ini tercermin dalam PDB per kapita Williamson (antara 0 dan 0). Kesenjangan yang sangat besar biasanya terkait dengan kurangnya infrastruktur di Indonesia. Hasil ini tercermin dari korelasi positif yang kuat antara kesenjangan GRP per kapita dan kesenjangan infrastruktur antar provinsi. Temuan ini sangat mengisyaratkan bahwa pemerintah perlu mempercepat rencana pembangunan yang berkeadilan dengan tepat, terutama di wilayah yang dianggap terbelakang, agar proses pembangunan infrastruktur tidak menjadi wilayah yang bias.

Abstract

Pembangunan perumahan bersubsidi sedang banyak di lakukan di Kota Solo yang merupakan kawasan ramai penduduk. Perumahan Subsidi Griya Bhina Karya membangun proyek perumahan di Mojosongo, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Solo. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui karakter sosial, budaya dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar perumahan subsidi griya bhina karya terhadap pembangunan yang dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitina yaitu metode survey. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan cara wawancara dan pengamatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan masyarakat sekitar perumahan subsidi griya bhina karya masih tergolong masyarakat pedesaan. Pembangunan perumahan berdampak pada kurangnya interaksi sosial antara masyarakat setempat dengan penghuni perumahan subsidi griya bhina karya. Masyarakat tidak mempermasalahkan atas pembangunan perumahan subsidi girya bhina karya justru menerimanya.

Abstract

Pembangunan selalu dikaitkan dengan adanya perubahan di kalangan masyarakat. Seperti pembangunan yang terjadi di Desa Plunturan, pembangunan dalam hal ini dilakukan melalui strategi event kebudayaan yang dilaksanakan setiap satu bulan sekali, event tersebut bernama “selawenan”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembangunan sumber daya manusia dan strategi pemerintah desa dalam melakukan pembangunan sumber daya manusia tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori fenomenologi Alfred Schutz. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembangunan sumber daya manusia dilakukan melalui adanya pelatihan wawasan dan keterampilan, untuk ibu-ibu pkk pelatihan diadakan setiap satu bulan sekali setiap ada perkumpulan ibu-ibu pkk dan dilaksanakan di balai desa, sedangkan untuk selanjutnya dalam hal kesenian adalah setiap dukuh an mempunyai budaya khas masing-masing dan pelatihan tersebut dilakukan dalam dusun masing- masing. Untuk strategi pemerintah desa adalah sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan selanjutnya membuat forum untuk dilakukan pelatihan.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID -19 telah memberikan dampak pada bidang kesehatan dan perekonomian di berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. Memasuki era Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) yang merupakan konsep lanjutan dari MDG’s kehidupan sehat dan sejahtera masih menjadi suatu permasalahan yang belum diselesaikan. Kasus yang terjadi diantaranya yaitu: upaya penurunan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB), pengendalian penyakit HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria serta peningkatan akses kesehatan reproduksi (termasuk KB), dan beberapa hal baru yang menjadi perhatian, yaitu: Kematian akibat penyakit tidak menular (PTM), Penyalahgunaan narkotika dan alkohol, Kematian dan cedera akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas, Universal Health Coverage (program yang memastikan masyarakat memiliki akses untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan tanpa harus mengahadapi kesulitan finansial. Hal ini ditunjang dengan pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan yang berkualitas), Kontaminasi dan polusi air, udara dan tanah, serta penanganan krisis dan kegawatdaruratan. Berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui program-program tertentu dalam menanggulangi masalah kesehatan terutama pada kasus pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi pada saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the water quality in Lake Sipin based on the physical quality of the water, provide information on the distribution map of water quality based on the physical quality of the water and assess the management designation of Lake Sipin. Lake Sipin water is one of the sources of air used by the community for daily life. The quality of water in cultural activities is influenced by the life of the surrounding environment. Water quality has different quality standards for each designation, so it is important to monitor and evaluate water quality. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling and using the Storet method and the Stepwise test was carried out. The parameters observed in this study were temperature, TDS, TSS, turbidity and pH. Results Based on the research, the quality standard results for each parameter are within the water quality standard. Calculations using the Storet method of water quality get a value of -4, meaning that the water quality of Lake Sipin is in a lightly polluted status. relationship between parameters that have a relationship from the results of the stepwise test. TSS and TDS have a relationship with the value of R = 0.661 with the assumption that if the TSS value increases, the TDS value decreases. Turbidity and TSS have a relationship with the value of R = 0.731 with the assumption that the greater the value of Turbidity, the greater the TSS value. pH and TDS have a relationship with the value of R = 0.518 with the assumption that the smaller the pH value, the greater the TDS value. The status of the water quality in Lake Sipin meets the water quality standards, meaning that the water quality in Lake Sipin is still good. The distribution map for water quality has a variety of distributions. The water in the Sipin lake can still be used according to the water class classification based on observations of air physics parameters.

Abstract

Floods are the most common disasters in almost all places, including Indonesia and Jambi City in particular. Areas that are directly affected by the threat of flooding are in the Watershed. Kenali Kecil watershed is one of the sub- watersheds of Batanghari which is administratively located in Jambi City and Muaro Jambi Regency. The Kenali Kecil watershed is influenced by the rapid growth of Jambi City. Land conversion is not the only cause of flooding in the Kenali Kecil watershed. Floods also occur because the discharge/volume of water flowing in a river or drainage system exceeds its drainage capacity. This study analyzes the level of flood vulnerability based on SNI 8197:2015 and Head of BNPB Regulation No. 02 of 2012. The approach used in the SNI method is landscape analysis which emphasizes the process of forming natural systems on the earth's surface. Analysis of the level of flood vulnerability based on the Regulation of the Head of BNPB is based on the results of flood simulations using the HEC-RAS hydraulic model. The parameters used in this model are the manning’s coefficient, data geometry, discharge plan and terrain. The terrain used in this research is DEMNas. Discharge plan are obtained using the HEC-HMS application. In making the discharge plan, rainfall data for the last 10 years is needed, to get the CN and Impervious values, soil type maps and land use maps are needed. Based on the procedure of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 8197:2015) the level of flood vulnerability in the Kenali Kecil watershed is in the medium level of 8.25 km2 (52.6%) and high level of 7.43 km2 (47.4%). Based on the HEC-RAS modeling for the 2-year return period (Q2), the flood area is 1.08 km2, the 5-year return period (Q5) is 1.2 km2 and the 10-year return period (Q10) is 1.3 km2. Based on the Regulation of the Head of BNPB No. 02 of 2012 the flood vulnerability level of the Kenali Kecil watershed is in the low level (<0.76) Q2 = 0.33 km2, Q5 = 0.31 km2, Q10 = 0.32 km2, medium level (0.76 – 1 ,5) Q2 = 0.32 km2, Q5 = 0.31 km2, Q10 = 0.34 km2 and high level (> 1.5) Q2 = 0.43 km2, Q5 = 0.58 km2, Q10 = 0.64 km2
