Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the influence of economic growth on revenue (PAD) in Bangkalan, (2) analyze the effect of Micro Small Medium Enterprises to revenue (PAD) in Bangkalan, (3) analyze the effect of economic growth and Micro Small Medium Enterprises to revenue (PAD) in Bangkalan. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is economic growth, Micro Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and revenue (PAD) Bangkalan. The sample was economic growth, Micro Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and revenue (PAD) in 2004-2013. The type of sampling used in this study is purposive sample. The data collection method used adallah documentation method. While the methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the economic growth partially significant effect on local revenue Kabupaten Bangkalan. Small and medium micro enterprises had no significant effect on revenue Bangkalan. While the simultaneous growth of small and medium micro enterprises have a significant effect on revenue Bangkalan

Abstract

The research is in order to know the effect of creativity and motivation toward the learners outcome of productive marketing on Grade XI SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. The data analysis technique is using partial and simultanous statistical technique of multiple linear tegression shich gives significant effect of learners outcome. The resultof this research shows that crativity variabel and motivation gives effect on the learner’s outcome as 88,5% while the resst is effected by other variabel which doesn’t use in this research

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on the teachers’ performance in enhancing graduates’ academic achievement in internationally standardized senior highs schools in Sidoarjo. 60 teachers of grade XII teaching the nationally tested subjects were purposefully taken as the sample of the study. Data were gathered by using questionnaire and analysed by employing Partial Least Square Analysis (PLS) in the SmartPLS software. The finding indicates that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and teachers’ performance. It is predicted that job satisfaction play important role in enhancing the graduates’ academic achievement. Secondly, there is contrast relationship between the job stress and teachers’ performance. In other words, teachers still work hard in enhancing their students’ academic achievement regardless their job stress.

Abstract

This research to know socio economic status influence socio economic status and learning outcome economy by partial and together to literacy VIII SMPN class students economy 43 Surabaya. The research is quantitative approach. Total Sample as much as 176 VIII class student from population total of  314 students. Research result indicate that the economic and social status of the study results in significant economic literacy on partial and together, it means that parents and socio economic status in both high economic study results will boost the knowledge and economic literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the size of the influences of motivation, academic achievement, and job training on students’ creativity (Prakerin) for 3rd State Vocational School of Pamekasan. This study was using a quantitative approach with the level of associative forms of causal explanation. Population of this study was students from grade XII that take Prakerin class in academic year 2012-2013. Sample was taken by using purposive sampling for grade XII who follow the industry practice (Prakerin) in Production and Services Unit (UPJ) School with total of 68 students. Technique of data collection was using questionnaires technique, documentations, and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that creativity is influenced by motivation, academic achievement and job training by 44.9 % while the remaining 55.1 % are influenced by factors other than the variable motivation, achievement and training. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether there is influence the income level of parents on student achievement SMA in Bangkalan, analyzing whether there is any effect of parental education on student achievement SMA in Bangkalan and analyze whether there is influence the discipline of learning on student achievement SMA in Bangkalan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class X social studies in high schools in Bangkalan as many as 394 students. In this study the sampling used is simple random sampling, with a sample of 199 respondents. Technique or method of data collection is questionnaire and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are significant income level tuaterhadap learning achievement with significant value 0,036<5%, no effect of parental education on learning achievement with significance value of 0.561>5% and there are significant learning discipline on achievement belaja with significance value 0 , 21<5%

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether there is influence learning outcomes online marketing on the performance of online sales, to analyze whether there is influence learning outcomes of entrepreneurship on the performance of online sales and analyze whether there is influence learning outcomes online marketing and entrepreneurship simultaneously on the performance of online sales is applied to learners class 10 SMK Field of expertise Business Management, Marketing Package expertise in Surabaya. The research was conducted in the second semester of 2014 - 2015 with this quantitative approach, the students SMK Surabaya, namely SMK 10, SMK Negeri 4 and SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya with a sample of 135 learners. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the results of online marketing learning online sales performance, there is a significant effect on the performance of entrepreneurial learning outcomes online sales, there is a significant effect simultaneously learning outcomes online marketing and entrepreneurship learning outcomes for online sales performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of socio-economic status of parents on the learning achievement of economic and consumption behaviors of students. The sample in this study were students majoring in sosial studies in high school Jombang City Year 2013/2014 as many as 155 people with a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation. The results showed that the socioeconomic status of the parents have a significant effect on economics learning achievement. Socio-economic status of parents significantly influence consumption behavior of students. So also with the economic study achievement significantly influence consumption behavior of students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of modernity and the student learning outcomes of the economy to student economic literacy. This study uses a quantitative approach to associative design. Population in this study was students of grade IX of 3rd State Junior High School of Peterongan, Jombang for academic year of 2012/2013 with total of 224 students. Sample was 144 students, selected by using simple random sampling. Data analysed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant effect of modernity students to student economic literacy. There is no significant effect of economic learning outcomes to student economic literacy. There are significant effects of modernity and student learning outcomes of the economy to student economic literacy.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see the effectiveness of the concept of gamification that is applied in the learning process of the subject of Renewal of Economic Education Learning. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study are students of class 06PIEE001 FKIP Pamulang University. In this study adopted Marczewskis Gamification Framework concept which consists of 8 questions: 1) what is being gamified; 2) why is it being gamified; 3) who are the users; 4) how is it being gamified; 5) analytics are set up; 6) tested with users; 7) acted on feedback; and 8) released the solution. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that 1) the learning process in the course of Renewal of Economic Education Learning can be done with the concept of gamification by combining face-to-face learning in the classroom with online learning learning; 2) student response in learning process with gamification concept mostly interested because it is new for them; 3) there is a nurturant effect for as long as the concept of gamification is applied in the class
