Abstract

The study aims at evaluating the school principal renewals management to improve teachers competence at SMP Negeri 1 Arga Makmur Bengkulu Utara regency. The study was an evaluative descriptive study. The subjects were the school principal, teachers and staffs. The techniques to collect the data were questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted through four components including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The finding showed that the school principal renewals management was in 'good' category with score ranges between 51- 62 out of the total score 75. In conclusion, the school principal renewals management was successful to improve teachers competence, particularly the competence of pedagogy, personality, social, and professional. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to evaluate the performance of study programs in higher education perspective balance score. The method used in this study is a mix of methods between quantitative and qualitative research methods. Program evaluation and quality assurance have become important elements in the efforts to continuously improve public rehabilitation programs and community-based rehabilitation organizations. higher education, (2) whether there is an increase in higher education performance, the study program is seen from the perspective of the balanced scorecard. This article is an evaluation model of program reviews in higher education services. In addition, the article shows the analysis of other related journals. This continues (1) the results of the higher education performance accreditation assessment process with 4 balanced perspectives that are visible (a) based on the perspective of the financial scorecard in a fairly good position (b) the perspective of the higher education customer is in the good category (c) in the innovation process, can seen as an emerging customer need, a university is a product or service to meet those needs. (d) the existing learning and growth perspective is going quite well. In conclusion, the results of accreditation conducted in general can reflect the feasibility and accountability of agencies in the management of higher education. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education personnel at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study, Recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, majors, study programs, the head of staffing and the general administrative body, the chairman and vice chairman. The recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education personnel in each study program, which is to meet the needs of the ratio of lecturers and students. Conclusions, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of madrasa principals in improving the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers. In this study, the authors used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach that is research that describes or illustrates the state or status of phenomena. The results of the study, several things that need to be done by the madrasa head include: 1) Knowing the condition / condition of the teacher in the background of environmental, social and economic life, 2) stimulating the teacher's work spirit in various ways, 3) maintaining the availability of facilities needed to develop the ability teacher, 4) increasing teacher participation in the school environment, 5) fostering a sense of family within the school environment, 6) strengthening the relationship of the school with the community, committee and student guardians. Conclusions, the management of madrasas in improving the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers (PAI) are: 1) involving teachers in training activities, 2) promoting discipline, 3) motivating teachers, 4) supervision. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine human resource management in the Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mathitiriyah Rupit District. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analytical methods, namely methods that attempt to systematically explain the discussion material originating from various sources for later analysis in order to obtain results as a conclusion. Research Results, principals are very instrumental in increasing and motivating teachers, staff / employees, in improving student achievement, which has been effective and conditional. In providing opportunities and opportunities for the teachers to take part in education and training held by the government and provide opportunities for teachers to continue their higher level of study, Conclusion, the head of MA Al-Mathiriyah carries out, plans, and professionals, as well as field experts, and able to give awards, and provide penalties, if it violates the teacher's code of ethics. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal in improving teacher performance. Research uses a field research approach (field research). The results of the study, the headmaster always supervises or supervises by going around the classroom to see the teacher. In addition to supervising the teaching of the madrasah head teacher also plays a role in the process of monitoring or evaluating the work of all staff in the madrasah including the teacher, the madrasa head tries to influence teachers and employees to encourage enthusiasm for work and commitment to the task objectives. The conclusion of this research is the madrasa head plays an active role in efforts to improve the work ethic of teachers, namely by establishing harmonious relationships with fellow teachers (teachers), providing welfare to teachers who accommodate, control and evaluate teachers in carrying out their tasks so that they can change mindsets in building the character of the teacher, so that the teachers helped build the madrasas to be the foremost in accordance with their vision and mission. Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership style in SMA 5 Lubuklinggau, how the determinants of leadership style principles The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses this type of procedure to develop materials. The results of the study, the environment greatly affects the principal's leadership style, with a good environment can support the application of the principal's leadership style. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to improve teacher performance in SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau, how is the principle of increasing teacher permormance. The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses a type of procedure to develop materials. The results of research on principals have implemented leadership strategies well, by discussing the conditions and conditions of teachers, creativity in applying leadership styles, having tips and having motivations that improve to improve teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that this study is used to improve the performance of high school students, and have high motivation to improve teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the principal as an administrator and supervisor. The design of this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers and staff staff at Megang Sakti Public Middle School, Musi Rawas District. The results of the study explained that the principal had applied his main tasks and functions as the principal. The conclusions of this study are that the Principal of Megang Sakti Middle School has made a good work program, this can be seen from school activities, both related to students and with educators and school education. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a direct positive relationship between teachers of public high schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. This study was designed using a survey method and in data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 38 teachers from Public High Schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive direct effect of transformational leadership on innovation. The conclusions from this study are the results of the transformation of effective principals, the innovation of high teachers. Keywords: Influence, Transparency of Leadership, Innovation, Teacher.
