Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of learning information systems. The method used is the literature study method, namely by collecting material, data and information from books, journals and articles relating to the issues discussed. The results of the study, with a good SIM, developers with the implementation of computer-based SIM learning activities can be completed quickly and precisely in order to achieve organizational goals. This is due to the fact that computer-based management information systems have advantages in managing information, namely speed, quantity, repetitive, complexity, high accuracy, and other advantages so that it can support the development of an organization, Conclusions, management information systems can support the development of learning. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of supervision in developing the quality of teachers in teaching. This research is a qualitative research with the subject of the school principal and teacher. The results showed that the principal in leading was unable to enforce rules and discipline to all teachers, only following the decisions of their members. When there is a learning process and teaching devices that are lacking there is no sanction or reprimand from the school principal, teaching at this school only follows each other's rules. But when there is inspection from the supervisor or UPT there is new communication between the teacher. The existence of an unexpected meeting resulted in disruption of the teaching and learning process, because the teacher's meeting made the students did not supervise, so the students wandered. Conclusion, in the end the learning process that has been arranged well in the learning device is not carried out properly, because the teacher who teaches will pursue the hours of study used during a sudden meeting, as a result students will find it difficult to understand the lessons given by the teacher. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the selection and process coaching that is given to outstanding national-level teachers at Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Bekasi West Java. Using approach qualitative with the case study method. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques data using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study stated that the selection of outstanding teachers was carried out in stages starting from the level of the education unit, sub-district, levels district/municipality, provincial and national. Conclusion, outstanding teacher selection consists of academic, administrative and special requirements. Prospective teachers are given guidance and training by education stakeholders ranging from school principals in units education, KKG, education offices, local government, supervisors, LPMP, Higher Education, and P4TK. Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of academic advisors lecturers in increasing the motivation of college students MPI STAIN Curup. The research method in this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that management carried out by academic advisor lecturers in increasing student motivation for STAIN Curup Islamic Education Management students is by making planning (lecturers and students jointly make student study plans), organizing (division of balanced academic advisor lecturers), actuating (Academic advisors are more active in carrying out their duties), and controlling (Academic advisors supervise students). Conclusion, Supporting factors for academic advisors in increasing MPI student motivation are divided into two, namely encouragement from within (desire, individual traits, awareness, past experience) and encouragement from outside (praise and prizes, rules / regulations, coercion, coercion, role model, knowing the results, competition / competition), while the inhibiting factors are time management, space, busyness, parents, and students. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership and school principal communication on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The results of the study, through regression calculations, obtained the calculated F price of 9,246 while the F price of 5% table in db (53-2) was 4.11 and the F price of 1% table in db (53-2) was 7.35. So the relationship between participative leadership and principal communication together with teacher performance, is significant. In conclusion, there is an influence of participatory leadership and school principal communication with teacher performance. Keywords: Participatory Leadership, Communication, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine classroom management in the SMA Negeri 2 Model Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview and documentation. To determine the validity (trustworthiness) of the data required inspection techniques. There are four criteria that can be used to test the validity of data, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependability and the certainty of data and research results, data analysis techniques using techniques; editing, category, displaying data and interpretation. Conclusion, classroom management in Lubuklinggau City Model 2 Senior High School is quite good, this can be seen from the classroom atmosphere and students' motivation in learning quite well and then also adequate facility support in managing classroom management. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to manage an android-based lecturer performance database. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with a waterfall model. The steps in developing the model are; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, the results of the database expert validation include; study programs, lecturers, courses, classes, students, and reports are appropriate to use. Website expert validation is carried out on 5 indicators, namely; a) content, b) readibility, c) speed, d) technological sophistication, and e) access worth using. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of admission of new students at SDIT Ki Hajar Dewantoro. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. From the results of the study, management analysis of new student admissions uses SWOT analysis. By looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so the school knows and can be used as input for the coming year, so the number of new students increases from year to year. In conclusion, school management plans all school activities and programs including; the existence of a school program as a hallmark of a superior school / program, school promotion, how schools implement their long, medium and short term work plans, and collaborative efforts in school management between school principals, teachers, parents, students and the community so that schools can be managed effectively. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze studies on the effect of teamwork on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents, while the sampling technique uses probability sampling method using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the teamwork variable was obtained by t count (13,170)> t table (2,011). Then the teamwork variable partially influences the employee performance variable, with a sig value of 0,000 <from the value of 0.05. With the value of R Square obtained results of 0.783, this means that teamwork variables influence the change in Y of 0.783 or in other words the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is caused by other variables not included researched within a research framework. Conclusion, the value of the Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) obtained a value of 0.885 shows that there is a very strong joint relationship between the independent variables of Team Cooperation to the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. Abstract

The study aims to determine the implementation of the BM scholarship program. This study uses a qualitative case study method by analyzing program implementation according to criteria. The results showed that the implementation of the BM program was in accordance with the planning criteria for the program. The program manager structure has roles in accordance with its tasks and functions. The mechanism for selecting program participants, fostering program participants, monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting on program implementation went very well. In conclusion, the program implementing HR is very supportive of BM so that the duties and responsibilities of program managers are very well realized.
