Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of family involvement program policies in the implementation of education at Pembina Sumber Kindergarten, Cirebon Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study model to analyze the implementation of the program according to the criteria. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews (depth interviews) and questionnaires which were first tested for validity with content validity techniques by experts (expert judgment). Data analysis was carried out by following the Miles and Hubberman model. The results showed that the implementation of the family and community involvement program in the implementation of education at the Pembina Sumber Kindergarten was carried out according to technical instructions. From the various planned programs, it is necessary to optimize the provision of library facilities in the form of a reading corner for parents. Empowerment of parents/guardians in inspiration classes as motivators/inspirers for students needs to be optimized. In conclusion, the family involvement program in the implementation of education at the Sumber Pembina Kindergarten is carried out according to Permendikbud No. 30 years 2017. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on the decision of the cadets to choose the Banten Shipping Polytechnic campus. This research method is a quantitative research method with a survey method conducted at Poltekpel Banten, starting from January 2020 to May 2020. The research process is deductive in nature with the research population being Banten Poltekpel alumni. From the population, 199 cadets were taken as samples. This study uses a questionnaire to measure the simulation learning media. The results showed that all CR values ​​> 1.96 and P < 0.05, namely, a) product satisfaction with cadets with a CR value of 2.765 > 1.96; b) the price for the decision of the cadets with the value of CR = 2,400 < 1.96; c) promotion of cadet decisions with a CR value of 2.563 > 1.96; d) the place or location of the cadets' decisions with a CR value of 2.801 > 1; e) people against cadet decisions with CR = 2,217 > 1; f) process for cadet decisions with CR value = 2.801 < 1.96; g) physical evidence of cadet decisions with CR = 2.480 > 1.96. The conclusion is that the product, price, promotion, location, people, process, and physical evidence have a positive and significant impact on the cadets' decision in choosing the Banten Shipping Polytechnic campus as a place to override education. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe, 1) the implementation of SWOT analysis in improving the quality of education in elementary schools; 2) supporting factors, and inhibiting SWOT analysis; 3) strategies for improving the quality of education by schools. This research method is descriptive qualitative with case study design. Collecting research data using observation, interviews, and documentation studies and then analyzed using data triangulation. The results of the SWOT analysis at SDN 7 Mataram are a) strengths, namely the first strategic location of the school (in downtown Mataram). second, the condition and completeness of good facilities and infrastructure; third, human resources (educators and education personnel have qualifications; fourth, a conducive, comfortable and beautiful school climate. Fourth, the fifth standard of the learning process, assessment standards are coordinated with parents and guardians of students; b) Weaknesses, namely from the external environment, namely the lack of concern for parents for the school environment; c) opportunities, namely student guardians facilitate the needs of students in terms of academic and non-academic, students have talents and achievements that often win competitions at the city and provincial level, relations with residents around the school run well and harmoniously; d) treaths (challenges), namely guardians of students who are very critical of the development of students so that teachers must be wiser in making decisions and attitudes. In conclusion, the supporting factors for implementing the SWOT analysis in SDN are human resources, namely stakeholders who are proactive in providing information, and carry out progressive development and principals in school evaluation and development, and strategic planning. The inhibiting factor for implementing the SWOT analysis in SDN is the lack of community support and public understanding of school management. Strategies to improve the quality of education at SDN 7 Mataram by increasing the Koran program, strengthening character education, adding extracurricular activities, creating excellent activities with school characteristics, and strengthening student counseling. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine madrasa management in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman interactive model, with the following stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification (conclusion drawing & verifying). The results show that Madrasahs have planned a tahfiz qur'an program by preparing supporting facilities such as tahfiz huts in front of the class, educators, and education staff who are fluent and memorize the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community. especially in supporting the tahfiz al-qur'an program. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Giriyoso has planned, organized, implemented, evaluated the tahfiz and English programs in improving the quality of graduates. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of KKM in motivating engine crew members on ships and to find solutions to streamline the role of KKM leadership on ships. This research method is a qualitative research method based on an understanding of the role of the Head of the Engine Room (KKM) to motivate employees or crew in MV. Greenville 168. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents through interviews. The results of the study indicate that a harmonious relationship between leaders and subordinates in the work has been well established because the KKM is quite informative. However, harmonious relationships are still limited to work, while outside work they are not. The KKM's authority includes providing work instructions only based on habits that can lead to unclear duties and responsibilities. Therefore, it is necessary to build interpersonal relationships between KKM and machine crew members. The role as a monitor is further enhanced, especially the delivery of testimonials to companies so that the career path is more focused. In conclusion, the delegation of tasks should be documented not only based on habits that can cause estrangement with subordinates. Keywords: Head of Engine Room, Leadership, Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, and strategic evaluation of high school inclusive education in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. The research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the internal data through three activities, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the study show, 1) Strategic planning, namely first, an analysis of the readiness of school stakeholders as providers of inclusive education. Second, the establishment of an inclusive education resource center. Third, the readiness of facilities and infrastructure; 2) Strategic implementation, namely First, Determine the input of human resources (educators, education staff, & students). Second, implementing a modified curriculum; (3) the strategic evaluation of inclusive education includes its aspects, namely input, process, and output which is carried out regularly and continuously. In conclusion, in general, the strategic management of high school inclusive education in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province runs sustainably, as can be seen from the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation carried out. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru dan komunikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Al-Wasliyah Pasar Senen Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Al-Wasliyah Pasar Senen Medan yang berjumlah 60 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Angket sebanyak 40 (empat puluh) pernyataan yang terlebih dahulu sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh variabel x terhadap variabel y. uji hipotesis (uji t) untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak pengaruh masing-masing variabel x terhadap variabel y dan uji hipotesis (uii f) untuk mengetahui pengaruh seluruh variabel x terhadap variabel y. dan yang terakhir koefisien determinasi simultan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak pengaruh seluruh variabel x terhadap variabel y. uji hipotesis simultan dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji f dengan df = n -1 pada α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel dengan hasil 144,063 > 2,77 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterim, Simpulan, ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja,dan komunikasi terhadap kerja guru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi supervisi dan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD di Kecamatan Batang Kuis yang berjumlah 359 orang yang tersebar di 28 sekolah dasar, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 189 guru. Dalam memperoleh sampel yang cukup representatif, dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik proporsional random sampling karena setiap sekolah mempunyai jumlah guru yang berbeda. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket yang terlebih dahulu sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 5.1%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi supervisi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 6.3%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 3.5%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi supervisi, dan profesionalisme guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 12.1%. Abstract

This research has a purpose. the influence of the marketing mix on the cadets' decision to choose the Banten Shipping Polytechnic campus. The research was carried out at Poltekpel Banten, carried out from January 2020 to May 2020. The research method used in this study was quantitative. The data collection method for primary data was obtained from individual responses to questionnaires distributed directly. The research process was deductive. This study's population was Poltekpel Banten alumni, with a total sample of 199 cadets. The instrument used in measuring the simulation learning media is a questionnaire. The results showed that of the seven hypotheses tested in this study, seven positive and significant hypotheses were found to the Taruna/I decided to choose the Banten Shipping Polytechnic campus. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Gandus sub-district office in Palembang. This research design uses field research with a quantitative approach with a total sample of 40 employees at the Gandus Sub-District Office, Palembang City. The statistical test of the hypothesis uses Simple Linear Regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 statistical program. From this research, the results between the leadership variable and the employee performance variable are obtained (r) of 0.493. This means that the two variables have a moderate degree of relationship, or in other words, the leadership variable has an influence of 49.3% on employee performance. While the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, it means that the better the leadership in an organization, the better the employee's performance. While the t value is 6.075 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between the variable (X) leadership on the variable (Y) employee performance.
