Abstract

Implementation of Total Quality Management at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong is carried out as an effort to ensure quality that is carried out continuously. One of them is in the religious or religious aspects of students. discussion of the results of this study focused on the SWOT analysis of the implementation of TQM in improving the religious quality of students at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong. The research activity was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected by interview, observation and documentation, data were analyzed by data reduction techniques, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are things that are strengths, including leadership, school management, the environment and strong cooperation. The weaknessesincludethe teacher's ability in religious aspects and the teacher's firmness in giving warnings, directions, or punishments. Things that become opportunities include a well-known school name, the trust of the school's external customers, and cooperation from parents. Abstract

This research is a Research and development (R&D) located in Wattan Soppeng Regency. The background of this research is the importance of continuous training to improve the competence of professional school/madrasah supervisors in Wattan Soppeng Regency. The main problem in this research and development is how to develop an effective training model, valid, practical, useful for improving the competence of school/madrasah supervisorsThe research objective is to produce and apply an effective lesson study-based training model product to increase the competence of school/madrasah supervisors. The benefit of the research is as a reference to be used as the basis for a continuous training program for school/madrasah supervisors. training model Research using the procedure Borg & Gall (2003) which consists of three stages of development, namely pre-development, development and post-development. conduct product designs on leadership models which are then validated, conduct limited trials and wider tests, and observe model implementation in Wattan Soppeng Regency.The research objective is to produce and apply an effective lesson study-based training model product to increase the competence of school/madrasah supervisors. Abstract

Job satisfaction is influenced by many factors, including job characteristics, school climate, and leadership. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics, leadership and school climate on job satisfaction of JSIT High School teachers in Medan City. The research population is teachers from SMA IT AL-Fityan, SMA Al-Amjad, and SMA Nurul Azmi, all totaling 122 people. The research sample was selected randomly or randomly. The number of samples was determined by the Slovin formula at a 95% confidence level, so that there were 94 teachers consisting of 29 male teachers and 65 female teachers. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Furthermore, reliability and validity tests were carried out. The data were analyzed using coefficient, correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the coefficient calculation show that there is a significant relationship, (1) the variable of the teacher's work characteristics X1Y = 3,300, (2) the variable of the principal's leadership X2Y = 2,92, (3) the variable of the school climate X3Y = 5,537 and (4) the work characteristics of the teacher, Principal leadership and school climate X1X2X3Y = 3.892 at the 5% confidence level. Looking at the strength of the relationship using the Spearman rank test, it was found that (1) the variable of teacher work characteristics X1Y = 0,542** is interpreted as having a strong and direct correlation, (2) the principal leadership variable X2Y = 0.678** is interpreted as a strong and direct correlation, (3) the variable school climate X3Y = 0.806** means a very strong and unidirectional correlation. The results of the regression calculation show that the contribution of teacher work characteristics to satisfaction is 38%, for principals' leadership 22.6% and for school climate 42.8%. The suggestion is that it is necessary to develop other variables that contribute to teacher job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and work discipline, both partially and on the performance of teachers at SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. The type of research used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to describe the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 42 respondents from SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. Based on the results of the research conducted, there is a simultaneous significant relationship between the Work Environment and Work Discipline variables on the Teacher Performance variable in the Learning Process. This is evidenced by obtaining Fcount 6.622 which is greater than Ftable 2.850. In addition, it is known that partially the Work Environment (X1) has no relationship with Teacher Performance (Y). This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount 1.078 < ttable 2.023, and coefficient 0.288. Meanwhile, Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant relationship to Teacher Performance (Y). This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount which is greater than ttable (2.782 > 2.023) and the coefficient is 0.008 and the value is positive. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the principal's leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating the development of school work programs at SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap Karangjambu. This study uses data collected through interview, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results of the research on program planning are carried out at the beginning of each school year involving all stakeholders in the school. Program implementation refers to the timeline of plans that have been made together with collaboration between elements in the school. The principal has carried out the implementation, organization and evaluation of each program and made the evaluation a guide for the process of planning and implementing future programs. In conclusion, the leadership of the principal has a very important role in the process of developing the one-roof school program. This one-roof school principal has carried out management as well as principal leadership in an effort to develop school programs starting from planning, implementation, to program evaluation.Keywords: leadership, principal, program development, one roof school

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Quality of Work Life on the Work Motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a quantitative study in madrasas organized under the Ministry of Religion, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 179 teachers as respondents who were selected at simple random. The results of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on work motivation. (2). There is a positive direct influence on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life) on work motivation, and (3). There is a direct positive influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life). Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between spiritual leadership, autonomy, and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). OCB is divided into two types, including altruism, organizational citizenship behaviors toward an individual (i.e., behaviors that are directly helpful to a specific individual and indirectly contribute to the organization) and conscientiousness, organizational citizenship behaviors toward an organization or a team (i.e., behaviors that directly contribute to the organization). A quantitative survey was performed on a sample of public services (N = 282) from Lubuklinggau City to study the influence of spiritual leadership on OCB, especially altruism and conscientiousness. The data analyzed by using PLS (Partial Least Square) program results indicate that spiritual leadership strongly predicted autonomy mediated spiritual leadership's effect on both altruism and conscientiousness. Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the facts, almost in junior high school professional competence has not been satisfactory, especially social studies teachers, ironically the attitude of students' self-concept is lower in teaching and learning activities. This fact is determined by many factors, internal factors include lack of interest, weak motivation, weak level of intellectual intelligence, while external factors are teachers influencing student learning outcomes in schools. The weak self-concept of students in the classroom is closely related to the weak professional competence of teachers and the work ethic of teachers. one _ part of the teacher's internal factors which implicitly determine the success of students in growing students' self-concepts, especially in social studies subjects, professional competence and teacher work ethic. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to carry out their duties competently, both conceptually and applicable and have the ability to carry out teacher duties. Research was conducted in private MTs in Rupit District, North Musirawas Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of teacher professional competence and teacher work ethic on the self-concept of private MTs students in Rupit District, North Musirawas Regency, either simultaneously or partially. The sample in this study were private MTs students in Rupit District as many as 90 students. The results obtained are: The partial test (t test) which was carried out proved the professional competence of teachers and the work ethic of the teacher partially significant effect on the self-concept of private MTs students in Rupit District t count > t table and also significant at 0.001 < 0.05. This means that the variable of professional competence has an effect on students' self-concept. The teacher's work ethic on students' self-concept in private MTs in Rupit District. Where t count > t table and also significant at 0.001 < 0.05. This means that the teacher's work ethic variable has an effect on students' self-concept. Teacher professional competence and teacher work ethic simultaneously significantly influence the self-concept of private MTs students in Rupit District where F count > F table and sig of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that the variables of teacher professional competence and teacher work ethic have an effect on students' self-concept. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out. 1) The effects direct of motivation and compensation towards work productivity teachers of state vocational school in Depok city. 2)The effects direct of motivation,compensation and work productivity towards performance teachers of state vocational school in Depok city. 3) The effects indirect of motivation and compensation towards performance through the work motivation teachers of state vocational school in Depok. The methode used in this research is a survey with technical path analysis and samples is 60 respondents. The results of the study show: 1) There are significant effects direct of motivation and compensation towards work productivity teachers of state vocational school in Depok city. Motivation varaibles contributed 54,7% towards work productivity. 2) There are significant effects direct of motivation, compensation and work productivity towards performance teachers of state vocational school in Depok. Motivation, compensation, and worka productivity variables contributed 63,7% to performance teachers of state vocational school in Depok city 3) There are significant effects indirect of motivation and compensation towards performance through the motivation teachers of state vocational school in Depok. This is evidenced by the value of the indirect effect of 0,305 > the value of the direct effect 0,229, it can be concluded that there is a significant indirect effect of variable (X1) towards (Y) through (Z). And then the value of indirect effect of the compensation variabel X2 (0,214) > direct value (0,209), it is concluded that there is a significant indirect effect of the variable X2 towards Y through Z. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh langsung motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Depok. 2) Pengaruh langsung motivasi, kompensasi dan produktivitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Depok. 3) Pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Depok. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kota Depok. Variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54,7% terhadap Produktivitas Kerja 2) Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi, Kompensasi dan Produktivitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kota Depok. Variabel Motivasi, Kompensasi, dan Produktivitas Kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 63,7% terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kota Depok 3) Terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan Motivasi, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Produktivitas Kerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kota Depok. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsung (0,305) > nilai pengaruh langsung (0,229). maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan variabel X1 terhadap Y melalui Z. Selanjutnya nilai pengaruh tidak langsung variabel Kompensasi (X2) (0,214) > nilai langsung (0,209), maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan variabel X2 terhadap Y melalui Z. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru perguruan al-hijrah 2 deli serdang. Sampel dalam penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah seluruh guru perguruan al-hijrah 2 deli serdang. berjumlah 74 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer kemudian hasil datanya dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan melakukan uji stimultan, uji determinasi, uji parsial dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 5 persen (α=0,05) yang diolah dengan bantuan alat SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru perguruan Al-hijrah 2 Deli Serdang. dilihat melalui hasil uji stimultan dengan F hitung sebesar 30.611 dan nilai probabilitas atau p value = 0,000<0,05. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung sebesar 2,174. Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung sebesar 0,7,50 motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung sebesar 5,581. This study used a questionnaire as primary data and then the data results were analyzed using multiple regression by conducting a stimulant test, determination test, partial test with a significant level of 5 percent (α = 0.05) which was processed with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study are there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of the teacher at Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang. seen through the results of the simultaneous test with F count of 30,611 and the probability value or p value = 0.000 <0.05. The results of the partial test show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and the t count is 2.174. Work culture has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 0.7.50 motivation has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 5.581.
