Abstract

This study aims to determine the work program of supervision, implementation of supervision, and the constraints of school principals in implementing educational supervision. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative with a case study research design that focuses on teacher performance. The research subjects included the principal, vice-principal/Guardian Angel (GA), and classroom teachers at MIM PK Kartasura. The main data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed: (1) The educational supervision work program carried out by the head of the MIM PK Kartasura Madrasah already had a good design for the next one year period and was reformulated in the coming year; (2) The implementation of educational supervision implemented by the head of MIM PK Kartasura is carried out with a direct approach. Assessment of educational supervision is compiled in the form of a teacher report card. There are three forms of educational supervision at MIM PK Kartasura, namely plan to lesson/RPP assessment, teaching supervision, and disciplinary assessment, (3) Obstacles faced by school principals in the implementation of educational supervision, among others; (a) educational supervision approach, the principal has little time so that the implementation of supervision is difficult to synchronize, (b) educational supervision techniques, paying more attention to the psychological aspects of teachers and this factor greatly determines the implementation of the educational supervision program, and (c) behavior teachers at the time of educational supervision, the conditions of the teachers were very varied and highly dependent on the techniques used by the principal. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership, organizational culture, and rewards on the job satisfaction of teachers at the Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School in Tebing Tinggi City. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to test the established hypothesis and analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The population in this study were the teachers of the Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School in Tebing Tinggi City, amounting to 129 people spread over 6 schools, while the sample taken was 98 teachers, using the proportional random sampling data collection technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability beforehand. The results showed; There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction; There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher job satisfaction; There is a positive and significant effect between rewards on teacher job satisfaction; There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership, organizational culture and rewards together on teacher job satisfaction by 19.9%, so if these three variables increase, the teacher's job satisfaction or the dependent variable will also be better. Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation, on the professional competence of teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School. The sample in this study were all 53 teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School. This study used a questionnaire as primary data and then the data results were analyzed using multiple regression by conducting a stimulant test, determination test, and partial test with a significant level of 5 percent (α = 0.05) which was processed with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study are there is a positive and significant influence of participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the professional competence of teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School as seen through the results of the stimulant test with an F count of 11.534 and probability value or p-value = 0.000 <0.05. The results of the partial test show that participatory leadership has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 109.843, work discipline has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 117.936, motivation has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 115.386. positive participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the professional competence of teachers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan KIP kuliah, dan untuk mengetahui kendalanya selama program tersebut berjalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptit kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan studi literatur. Program kartu Indonesia pintar (KIP) kuliah adalah program pemerintah yang memberikan bantuan dana pendidikan yang ditujukan bagi para mahasiswa yang berlatar belakang ekonomi kurang mampu. Sampel peneltian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika angkatan 2020/2021 UNPARI, Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 16 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KIP kuliah sebagai sebuah kebijakan sosial telah memenuhi nilai kesamaan kesempatan dalam pendidikan sebagai salah satu instrumen penting kebijakan sosial, mahasiswa dari keluarga tidak mampu sangat terbantu, prestasi mahasiswa juga meningkat, tetapi disisi lain program KIP kuliah yang menerima bantuan belum sepenuhnya optimal untuk pemenuhan biaya kuliah, besaran dana KIP kuliah belum optimal, keterlambatan pencairan. Simpulan, kebijakan KIP kuliah telah dapat memerdekakan mahasiswa kurang mampu. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan, Kartu Indonesia Pintar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan public speaking guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPIT Al Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. Adappun perumusan masalah penelitian yaitu bagaimana kemampuan public speaking guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPIT Al Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan public speaking guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, keabsahan data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan public speaking sangat berpengaruh terhadap semangat dan antusias peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Guru menggunakan kemampuannya dengan baik, khususnya pada kemampuan public speaking untuk mempengaruhi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran PAI. Kata Kunci : Public Speaking, Guru, Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kemangkiran (Absenteeism) guru madrasah di bawah binaan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh guru di lingkungan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum Gunung Sari dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah 57 guru sebagai sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap absensi; terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap absensi; terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Simpulan setiap perubahan atau variasi yang terjadi pada absensi guru di lingkungan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum Gunung Sari dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of supervision, communication, and both on cadets' discipline at the Marine Science Training and Education Center (BP2IP) Tangerang. This study used a descriptive-analytical method, the population in this study were all cadet students at BP2IP Tangerang, Banten. This research data use three variables, namely: supervision (X1), communication (X2), and discipline development (Y). The results of this study indicate that the supervision variable carried out by the Tangerang Shipping Science Education and Training Center has an achievement level of 75.10%, the communication variable has an achievement level of 71.93%, and the discipline coaching variable has an achievement level of 75.56%. In conclusion, the supervision, communication, and discipline development for cadets at the Shipping Science Education and Training Center (BP2IP), Tangerang, has a significant effect. It has been carried out well by the Tangerang Shipping Science Training and Education Center.. Keywords: Discipline, Communication, Supervision, Youth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the private madrasah ibtidaiyah program in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Board of Teachers, Chairperson of the Foundation, Students. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique according to Miles & Huberman is interactive model analysis. The results of the study, evaluation of the madrasa program is the most important thing in the success of madrasas in carrying out their programs, madrasas have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program. However, this matter has been followed up to the head of the madrasah, so that it becomes a consideration for improvements to be made, so that in the future these obstacles and obstacles do not occur again. In conclusion, Madrasahs have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program, but this has been followed up to the madrasa principal. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai edukator, supervisor dan motivator untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada masa pembelajaran pandemik. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai edukator memberikan pelatihan yang membangun sikap rasa tanggungjawab bagi guru dimasa pandemik. Selain itu kepala sekolah meluangkan waktu untuk bertukar pendapat (sharing), kerjasama dalam pencegahan dan perbaikan serta peningkatan mutu pembelajaran.Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor melakukan adanya pembelajaran, sehingga seluruh aktivitas organisasi sekolah bermuara pada pencapaian efesiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, salah satu tugas kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisor, yaitu mensupervisi pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kependidikan. Supervisi sesungguhnya dapat dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah yang berperan sebagai supervisor, tetapi dalam sistem organisasi pendidikan modern diperlakukan supervisi khusus yang lebih independent, dan dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dalam pembinaan dan pelaksanaan tugasnya.Kepala sekolah sebagai motivator juga mamberikan hal yang terbaik untuk kemajuan SD 066044 Helvetia Medan dimana salah satunya adalah menjadi motivator adalah dengan memberikan support kepada guru yang mengalami masalah, disamping memberikan masukan kepada guru, kepala sekolah pastinya memberikan motivasi kepada guru yang bersangkutan agar guru bisa menemukan titik semangat lagi dalam mengajar. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Kerja Guru Abstract This study aims to determine the role of school principals as educators, supervisors and motivators to improve teacher performance during the pandemic learning period. With qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the leadership role of the principal as an educator provides training that builds an attitude of responsibility for teachers during the pandemic. In addition, the principal takes the time to exchange opinions (sharing), cooperation in prevention and improvement as well as improving the quality of learning. The principal as a supervisor conducts learning, so that all school organizational activities lead to the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of learning. Therefore, one of the principal's duties is as a supervisor, namely supervising the work carried out by educational staff. Supervision can actually be carried out by the principal who acts as a supervisor, but in the modern educational organization system special supervision is treated which is more independent, and can increase objectivity in coaching and carrying out his duties. The principal as a motivator also provides the best for the progress of SD 066044 Helvetia Medan where one of them is being a motivator is to provide support to teachers who have problems, in addition to providing input to teachers, school principals certainly provide motivation to the teacher concerned so that teachers can find another point of enthusiasm in teaching. Abstract

Employee Performance Assessment is one of the links in staffing management. Assessment of work performance is an evaluation of the results of the implementation of an employee's work in order to achieve the objectives of an organization based on the benchmarks and standards set. Bengkulu Provincial Staffing Agency is the opd that first conducted and implemented the Assessment of Work Performance in the Bengkulu Provincial Government Environment, which refers to Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011 and Regulation of the Head of State Personnel Agency No. 1 of 2013 concerning The Implementation Provisions of Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011, which is a guideline for Officials who assess or Civil Servants in implementing the provisions of civil servant work performance assessment. This research was conducted in order to know and describe the implementation of civil servant work performance assessment, know the results of civil servant work performance assessment, and to know what are the factors that hinder the Assessment of Civil Servants' Work Performance. This study uses qualitative method based on case study, informant interview as many as 9 (nine) people. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of civil servant performance assessment that civil servants in the Regional Staffing Agency of Bengkulu Province has compiled employee work targets, and the results of the assessment of the performance of civil servants have been running well which can be seen from the results of civil servant performance targets in 2018 and 2019 that have been good value.
