Abstract

English VersionThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling. The main data source in this study using a questionnaire. To answer the research objectives using multiple linear regression data analysis. The results obtained in this study prove that product quality, price, and marketing strategy have a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City. For this reason, these conditions must be maintained and improved so that customer satisfaction is maintained so as to create loyalty to customers Indo Version Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas produk, harga, dan strategi pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu baik parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Non probability Sampling. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian menggunakan a nalisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperol eh pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan Strategi Pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu. Abstract

The processing industry in East Java experienced a contraction due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of the processing industry and determine a strategy for recovering the performance of the processing industry to support the green economy policy in East Java. The analysis tool uses quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis. The results of the analysis are increasing cross-sectoral commitment and coordination, increasing collaboration with multi-stakeholders, improving governance of green industry programs, active communication, increasing campaigns and socialization related to green industry, increasing multi-stakeholder capacity, building a good mindset in industrial society, increasing cross-sectoral roles, and improve the performance of the processing industry. The East Java Provincial Government is expected to carry out several strategies for the development of green industries, with the following strategic sequence: increasing cross-sectoral commitment and coordination, increasing collaboration with multi-stakeholders, improving governance of green industry programs, active communication, increasing campaigns and socialization related to green industries, increasing multi-stakeholder capacity, build a good mindset in the industrial community, increase cross-sectoral roles, and improve the performance of the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

English Version The consumer behavior of Indonesians, who exhibit a preference for foreign brands over local ones, warrants critical examination, exploration, and testing in order to foster the growth of the local economy. The inclination and loyalty towards a brand are influenced by various factors, including brand equity. This research aims to understand the reasons behind the greater interest in international brands compared to local brands among the population. The sample for the study was selected using the purposive sampling method, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data were then analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The results indicate a significant and positive relationship between the brand equity variable and customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and customer trust. However, the variable of customer satisfaction does not have a significant impact on customer loyalty. Additionally, the research highlights that the variable of customer trust significantly and positively affects customer loyalty. It is evident that customer loyalty can be influenced by various dimensions, with brand equity being one of them Versi Indonesia Perilaku konsumerisme masyarakat indonesia yang cenderung memilih brand asing daripada brand lokal merupakan hal yang perlu di kritisi, di explore dan di uji dengan tujuan pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Tindakan kecenderungan dan loyal pada suatu brand dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk ekuitas merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengapa banyak orang lebih tertarik pada merek internasional daripada merek lokal. Sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis partial least square (PLS). Penelitian ini mengguna metode purposive sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ekuitas merek memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Namun, variabel kepuasan pelanggan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa variabel kepercayaan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan bisa dipengaruhi dengan banyak dimensi, salah satunya adalah dimensi yang berkaitan dengan ekuitas merek

Abstract

English Version Drug compounding must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which are written instructions for various activities or work processes within the company. The authors conducted several studies to assess the quality of generic drug products, and it is presumed that the decline in sales of generic drugs might be attributed to the poor quality of compounded drugs. The research method utilized in this study is qualitative, employing data collection techniques like observation, interviews, and documentation.. All data were directly obtained from relevant sections and serve as essential references in the study's discussion. The findings revealed challenges in improving the quality of generic drugs by implementing SOPs for appropriate drug compounding sites and selecting the best drugs. The author's efforts included creating a distance of about 70 cm between the drug compounding area and the administration area by utilizing a separate room. The authors recommend that future employees of Para Medical Clinic Rancaekek undergo 2 months of training on drug compounding to enhance their skills before starting work. Versi Indonesia Dalam proses peracikan obat, penting untuk mengikuti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), yang merupakan serangkaian instruksi tertulis mengenai kegiatan atau proses kerja dalam perusahaan. Penulis menggunakan beberapa penelitian untuk menilai kualitas produk obat generik. Karena itu, diduga bahwa penurunan penjualan obat generik dapat disebabkan oleh kualitas peracikan obat yang kurang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data diperoleh secara langsung melalui bagian yang relevan dan menjadi referensi penting dalam pembahasan penelitian ini.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tentang hambatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas obat generik dengan menerapkan SOP untuk tempat peracikan yang sesuai dan memilih obat yang terbaik. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah memindahkan jarak peracikan obat dengan tempat admnistrasi sekitar 70 cm karena memanfaatkan ruangan tersebut. Saran penulis diharapkan Sebelum menjadi karyawan Para Medical Clinic Rancaekek harus mendapatkan pelatihan selama 2 bulan tentang peracikan obat sehingga karyawan menjadi terampil.

Abstract

English Version The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of e-learning-based training, work motivation, and work discipline on employee competency at KPP Pratama Pematang Siantar. This study employs descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for data processing. The research sample was made up of 96 employees drawn from 111 different groups using purposive sampling. Employee competency can be explained by 58.2% of the factors e-learning-based training, work motivation, and work discipline. The remaining 41.8% is influenced by issues outside the scope of this study. Regression analysis results show that partially e-learning-based training, work motivation, and work discipline all have a significant and beneficial impact on employee competence, with e-learning-based training having a bigger impact than work motivation and work discipline. Versi Indonesia Tujuan riset ini menganalisa akibat pelatihan berbasis platform elearning, motivasi kerja serta disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi karyawan di KPP Pratama Pematang Siantar. Riset ini memakai analisis regresi linear berganda dengan memakai program SPSS. Sampel riset sebesar 96 karyawan dari 111 populasi dengan memakai metode sampling purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis e-learning, motivasi dan disiplin kerja dapat meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan sebesar 58,2% sebaliknya lebihnya 41, 8% dipengaruhi oleh aspek lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam riset ini. Hasil analisis regresi secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis platform e- learning, motivasi dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi secara positif signifikan kepada kompetensi karyawan.

English Version The trend of futures trading companies is experiencing a shift where many investors who previously invested in other instruments are starting to switch to the futures trading industry. Valbury Asia Futures Bandung as a futures trading company continues to try to increase the number of customers and build a corporate image through electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) activities. However, Valbury Asia Futures, which has been trying to increase the number of customers and build the company's image, has also been negatively affected by the issue of investment abuse from cases in Indonesia such as the Doni Salmanan case. In early 2022, CoFTRA and Kominfo blocked sites for illegal futures trading where they did not have a permit. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques from journals, books and reports. The results showed that e-WOM in the form of corporate social media, websites and the Member get Member system resulted in an increase in the number of customers with the dominant indicator influencing the increase in the number of customers was content rather than social media. E-WOM used by Valbury Asia Futures has a positive effect on customer interest and purchasing decisions, where E-WOM is formed from 4 (four) factors, namely expressing positive feelings, economics incentives, helping the company and concern for others. The advice that can be given is that Valbury Asia Futures Bandung must be more creative in creating publications on social media. Versi Indonesia Tren perusahaan perdagangan berjangka sedang mengalami shifting dimana banyak investor yang tadinya berinvestasi pada instrumen lain mulai beralih ke industri perdagangan berjangka. Valbury Asia Futures Bandung sebagai perusahaan perdagangan berjangka terus berusaha menambah jumlah nasabah serta membangun citra perusahaan melalui kegiatan electronic word of mouth (e-wom). Namun, Valbury Asia Futures yang sudah berusaha menambah jumlah nasabah serta membangun citra perusahaan tersebut turut terdampak negatif akibat isu penyalahgunaan investasi dari kasus-kasus yang ada di Indonesia seperti kasus Doni Salmanan. Di awal tahun 2022 lalu Bappebti bersama Kominfo memblokir situs-situs perdagangan berjangka illegal dimana mereka tidak memiliki ijin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari jurnal, buku dan laporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-WOM dengan bentuk sosial media perusahaan, website dan sistem Member get Member menghasilkan peningkatan jumlah nasabah dengan indikator dominan yang mempengaruhi peningkatan jumlah nasabah adalah konten daripada sosial media. E-WOM yang digunakan oleh Valbury Asia Futures berpengaruh positif terhadap minat dan keputusan pembelian oleh nasabah, dimana E-WOM ini terbentuk dari 4 (empat) faktor yaitu expressing positive feelings, economics incentives, helping the company dan concern for others. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah agar Valbury Asia Futures Bandung harus lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan publikasi di sosial media.

English Version To achieve success in today's dynamic business era, it is important to shift from a product focus to a customer focus. Companies can better understand customers, provide more personalized service, and build communication through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach. This concept aims to achieve Customer Intimacy, namely a close relationship with customers based on a deep understanding of customer needs. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research reviews literature on CRM and Customer Intimacy. The results show that salespeople's strategies for attracting customer attention, creating Customer Intimacy, and measuring how influential CRM is in building strong customer relationships are important parts of the process. Reliable sources indicate how important this method is for understanding customer needs, increasing customer satisfaction, and increasing customer retention. This study also shows that CRM. English Version To enhance employee performance, leaders should focus on the caliber of human resources within the organization. One potential approach is adopting the spiritual leadership style. This particular style of leadership exerts a significant influence on employee performance, emphasizing internal factors and the leader's conscience rather than external influences. The study utilized a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews and observations. The results of the research identified several obstacles in enhancing the quality of human resources by implementing spiritual leadership to improve employee performance within the company. Based on the research findings, it is suggested that leaders should demonstrate more decisiveness in their decision-making and remain open to receiving feedback from their subordinates. Furthermore, leaders should actively seek to expand their understanding of spiritual leadership and support employees in cultivating human values by delving into their spiritual aspects. This endeavor will foster mental and spiritual rejuvenation, encompassing beliefs, faith, ethics, and principles, all contributing positively to augmenting employee performance. Versi IndonesiaUntuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perhatian pemimpin terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia di perusahaan sangat penting. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah gaya kepemimpinan spiritual, yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan berfokus pada faktor internal dan hati nurani pemimpin, dan tidak terlalu dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa hambatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan spiritual untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan agar pemimpin menjadi lebih tegas dalam mengambil keputusan dan lebih terbuka untuk menerima masukan dari bawahannya. Selain itu, pemimpin perlu memperoleh lebih banyak informasi tentang kepemimpinan spiritual dan membantu karyawan dalam membangun nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dengan menggali aspek spiritual dalam diri mereka. Proses ini akan memberikan kesegaran mental dan rohani, seperti keyakinan, iman, etika, dan pedoman, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

English VersionTechnological developments that trigger the increasing number of social media users accompanied by the widespread use of endorsement services to promote business products, are currently widely used by MSME actors as a breakthrough in expanding their promotional reach. So in this study the aim is to analyze the role of using Instagram and Influencer Endorsers on buying interest and their impact on consumptive behavior. This research method uses path analysis with a sample of 125 respondents who are followers of 10 MSME instagram accounts. The results obtained are Influencer Endorsers, Instagram has a significant effect on buying interest, but the consumptive behavior variable has no effect on buying interest so it cannot mediate the influence of endorser and Instagram influencers on buying interest. Versi IndonesiaPerkembangan teknologi yang memicu semakin banyaknya pengguna media sosial disertai dengan maraknya penggunaan jasa endorsement untuk mempromosikan produk usaha, saat ini banyak dimanfaatkan pelaku UMKM sebagai terobosan dalam memperluas jangkauan promosi mereka. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penggunaan instagram dan Influencer Endorser terhdap minat beli serta dampaknya pada perilaku konsumtif. Metode penelitian ini menggnakan analisis path dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 reponden yang merupakan followers dari 10 akun UMKM. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah Influencer Endorser, instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, namun variabel perilaku konsumtif tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli sehingga tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Influencer Endorser dan instagram terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

English Version Retail Sukuk is one of the mechanisms carried out by the government in fulfilling APBN financing as well as an attractive investment instrument for the public. As an investment instrument, there is a need for research on the determinants of trade in the market. This study uses a quantitative method with the dependent variable trading volume SR09, while the independent variables are retail sukuk prices, deposit rates, sharia deposit profit sharing ratios, retail state bond prices, BI middle rate, inflation, BI 7-Day Repo Rate. . The data used are time-series secondary data for each variable from April 2017 to March 2020. After the data was processed using the SPSS 25 application, it was found that after the data was processed using the SPSS 25 application, the results were that Retail Sukuk Price SR009, Bank Deposit Interest Rate, BI Middle Rate, Negative Effect of Retail Sukuk Trading Volume SR09, Inflation (X6), and BI 7-Day Repo Rate (X7) on Ri Sukuk Trading Volume tel SR09. Meanwhile, the Sharia Banking Profit Sharing Ratio has a positive effect on the Trading Volume of Retail Sukuk SR09. The next result is that the seven variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Versi Indonesia Sukuk Ritel merupakan salah satu mekanisme yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam pemenuhan pembiayaan APBN sekaligus sebagai instrumen investasi yang menarik bagi masyarakat. Sebagai instrumen investasi, perlu adanya penelitian tentang faktor-faktor penentu perdagangan di pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan variabel dependen volume perdagangan SR09, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah harga sukuk ritel, suku bunga deposito, nisbah bagi hasil deposito syariah, harga obligasi negara ritel, kurs tengah BI, inflasi, BI 7-Day Repo Rate. . Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder time-series masing-masing variabel dari bulan April 2017 sampai dengan Maret 2020. Setelah data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25, didapatkan hasil bahwa Setelah data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 didapatkan hasil bahwa Harga Sukuk Ritel SR009, Suku Bunga Deposito Bank, Kurs Tengah BI, Pengaruh Negatif Volume Perdagangan Sukuk Ritel SR09, Inflasi (X6), dan BI 7-Day Repo Rate (X7) terhadap Volume Perdagangan Sukuk Ritel SR09. Hasil selanjutnya adalah ketujuh variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.
