Jurnal Nasional Komputasi dan Teknologi Informasi adalah jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Serambi Mekkah tahun 2018. Abstract

The implementation of the service of making E-KTP (Electronic Identity Card) in some areas has problems such as data filling, fingerprint recording, retina, photo taking, the reason for blank E-KTP blanks and the bureaucratic structure of E-KTP publishing is often problematic because of the server system . Government agencies in the Pagar Merbau District Head Office do not know specifically the level of community satisfaction in managing the E-KTP. SPK application is used in decision making. The SPK application uses a flexible, interactive, and adaptable CBIS (Computer Based Information System) developed to support solutions to specific, unstructured management problems. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method of decision making in solving multicriteria problems. From the AHP calculation, the final result is obtained with the condition that if the value is ≥ 0.4, then the information is Satisfactory Service if 0.4, then the information is Poor Service.

Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem where each initial route of departure and return path between regions remains the same. The problem with TSP is how to get the optimum results to get the shortest path that will be passed, to solve TSP problems, one way can be by using evolved algorithms. Evolution Algorithm (AE) is a method that uses natural selection as the main idea in solving a particular problem. This algorithm is implemented through computer simulations starting from the individual population that will be randomly generated and then evaluated to achieve the best solution. Random search is included in part of stochastic optimization and global optimization. Random search is a direct search method that does not require derivatives to search for continue domains. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of population initialization with random search on algorithms evolving in TSP optimization. Results of initialization strategy implementation Random search has shown more optimal results compared to pure initialization without using random search. This is due to the initialization searching for space for random initialization.

Abstract

The company sets policies in granting credit, among others, sets the Standard for accepting or rejecting credit risk, namely determining who has the right to receive credit that has fulfilled the five C requirements, what is the character of the customer, capacity to repay credit, the ability of capital owned by the customer (capital), collateral owned by the customer to bear credit risk (collateral) and the customer's financial condition (condition). Decisions are reached after consideration is made by choosing one possible choice. Decisions are categorized as feasible and not feasible. The criteria set by the company in applying for credit are personality, advances, abilities, guarantees, conditions. With the AHP method, from the criteria determined the intensity of the importance / priority scale on the criteria. After doing the calculation process, the credit decision was obtained from the ranking of the AHP method: 0.258652 (feasible), 0.2569579 (feasible), 0.2445319 (not feasible), 0.2398582 (not feasible).

Abstract

The large number of transactions, companies need analytical tools to provide information that is useful for the company in determining the layout of goods, what items are most in demand by consumers and others. As experienced by several other supermarkets, product placement is a major problem. Data mining is a technique for digging up information that is hidden or hidden. This study will identify several types of association rules relating to sales transaction data, namely support and confidence values. The data used are 25 food and beverage products. Data mining technique uses associative rule with the Apriori method, aims to find a combination of items with a frequency pattern of the transaction results. After all high frequency patterns are found, then the association rules that meet the minimum requirements are found for confidence associative rules A → B minimum confidence = 25%, confidence value of A → B rules.

Abstract

The student attendance monitoring system at school is currently only carried out by the teacher in the form of a student attendance system that is carried out at the beginning of each lesson. And for parents students only get student attendance reports from the final school report. In this case, parental monitoring of student attendance at school on a daily basis cannot be obtained. So it is therefore necessary to have a student attendance detection system that can be monitored remotely. For this reason, the article aims to build a student attendance detection system using RFID that implements sending attendance information to students using SMS to parents of students. The system is built using RFID Tags, RC522 RFID Readers, Arduino Uno and GSM SIM900 modems. The results of the analysis and design of the system, the student attendance detection system has been able to detect the presence of students through RFID tags that are used as student attendance and send attendance information via SMS to parents of students.

Abstract

Alat – alat musik etnik merupakan warisan budaya yang harus dilestarikan. Hal ini dilakukan agar keberadaan alat-alat musik tersebut tidak punah dan dapat terus dikenal hingga ke generasi-generasi selanjutnya. Setiap daerah di indonesia memiliki alat-alat musik etnik dengan ciri khas masing-masing. Aceh merupakan salah satu daerah yang juga memiliki alat-alat musik etnik dengan berbagai jenis. Selama ini, pelestarian-pelestarian alat-alat musik tersebut dilakukan melalui pergelaran seni budaya baik berupa pementasan panggung ataupun pameran-pameran seni. Kegiatan-kegiatan seperti ini dilakukan secara terjadwal dan waktu yang terbatas, sehingga pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap suatu alat musik akan sangat minim. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah metode agar pengenalan alat-alat musik ini dapat terus dinikmati oleh masyarakat terutama untuk anak-anak usia dini. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah menyajikan pengetahuan alat-alat musik tersebut dengan memanfaatkan konten multimedia animasi dua dimensi. Dengan media ini, masyarakat dapat mempelajari alat-alat musik tersebut secara visual. Konten multimedia ini tidak hanya menyajikan bentuk visual dari alat music, akan tetapi juga menampilkan suara dari setiap alat music etnik tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang  model pembelajaran untuk pelestarian alat-alat musik etnik Aceh berbentuk media interaktif berbasis konten multimedia animasi dua dimensi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi multimedia interaktif untuk pengenalan alat musik etnik Aceh yang dikembangkan menggunakan pemrograman Actionscript yang terdapat pada Macomedia Flash. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan konten multimedia yang akan menyajikan informasi tentang alat-alat music etnik Aceh seperti alat musik Arbab, Bangsi Alas, Canang, Geundrang, Serune Kalee dan Rapai. Konten multimedia animasi dua dimensi yang dihasilkan juga cukup bagus sehingga informasi yang disajikan mampu dipahami oleh penerima khususnya anak usia dini.

Abstract

Management of reporting project progress and material inventory reporting otherwise known as supply chain management is needed, namely to ensure that the project has progress or not. Based on the reporting activities that have been carried out there are activities that are less effective than the system of recording progress reporting and the supply of construction materials in the field, namely reporting time and recording system. So because this paper aims to explain the making of information systems the progress of construction projects that are integrated with the reporting system of inventory of empty materials using the SMS gateway. The methodology is built using the phases of context diagrams, data flow diagrams and entity relationships. The system is built using PHP programming, mySQL database and Gammu. The results of the study show that the project progress information system has produced project reports and progress in the form of web pages. As well as a brief report on the progress of the project, Hanphone has received an SMS. Research is expected to benefit construction companies so that reporting can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasingly rapid, so the need for information is also increasingly needed by everyone. Considering the need for information, it is certain to make a system as an information provider in a village called the village information portal. This study aims to design and implement an information portal as an information provider media in Lambeugak village. In this information portal presents the profile of the village, the composition of the village organization, village activities and village information, both announcements and other information. It is expected that with the results of the study in the form of a portal system as a media provider of information, the villagers easily get information about the village, so that important news can be accessed by everyone.

Abstract

Being an outstanding student has criteria according to the awarding institution. There are special requirements that must be met by the participants of outstanding student selection. The assessment component in STMIK Pelita Nusantara is the cumulative Achievement Index (GPA), scientific writing, superior performance / abilities, foreign language skills, and personality. Decision support systems (DSS) are part of computer-based information systems including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support decision making in an organization or company. The determination of outstanding students includes unstructured problems because they have different criteria. With the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, a criterion will be compared to other criteria in terms of how important it is to achieving goals with other criteria. The results of the assessment weight are two, namely achievement and not achieving. Of the 10 students who were categorized as achievers, after the application of the AHP calculation, Anas Prasetyo obtained it Value = 2.76 and Ari Kurniawan = 2.57. Students are in the category of Achievement.

Abstract

Network technology is now advancing with increasing speed of data provided. This is spurred by the rapid increase in real time data needs in various fields such as education, entertainment, sports and for business purposes. With the IEEE 802.11ac Wireless LAN technology, users will be easier to access information such as streaming video. But this is very dependent on the area of the wireless LAN network coverage available in a building or campus environment. The capture power of Access Point signals in one location will be different from other locations, so the quality of the resulting video streaming is different for each location. This study aims to analyze the performance of two different video formats, namely MPEG-4 and H.264. The research method of MPEG-4 and H.264 streaming video transmission through IEEE 802.11ac WLAN uses experimental methods for performance evaluation of two different protocols HTTP and UDP based on parameters of delay, packet loss and throughput. After doing the research, then getting the results using the HTTP protocol all the parameters are better for the H.264 format video, whereas for the UDP protocol all the parameters are better used for the type of video format MPEG 4.
