Abstract

Pria beristeri melakukan hubungan seksual dengan WPS (Wanita Pekerja Seks) secara umum disebabkan kesepian karena pekerjaan/berjauhan, WPS lebih komunikatif, dan mendapatkan bonus tambahan. WPS lebih komunikatif menyebabkan apa yang mereka inginkan dari pasangannya ketika melakukan hubungan seksual agar memuaskan dapat dibicarakan secara terbuka. Untuk itu, dalam meningkatkan penyesuaian sosial di lingkungan dan kehidupan berumah tangga ialah dengan melakukan teknik assertive training terhadap pria beristeri. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian sosial dengan menggunakan assertive training pada pria beristeri di pembatuan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan demonstrasi (role play) tentang teknik asertif dalam komunikasi mengenai harapan dalam hubungan seksual suami-isteri. Hasil menunjukkan para pria beristeri sudah dapat mempraktikkan komunikasi secara asertif secara baik berjumlah 14 orang (70%). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan mayoritas peserta dapat menyebutkan pengertian assertive training, manfaat assertive training, mampu mendemonstrasikan (role play) tentang teknik asertif dalam komunikasi mengenai harapan dalam hubungan suami-isteri dan mampu mencapai indikator teknik asertif dengan baik. Saran, diharapkan dapat menerapkan pelatihan komunikasi asertif ini kepada para isteri sehingga ada hubungan timbal balik yang lebih baik lagi, yang bukan hanya sepihak saja. Sehingga tujuan hubungan yang harmonis antara suami dan isteri lebih mudah tercapai

Abstract

Literasi merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang wajib dimiliki saat ini, oleh sebab itulah pembelajaran harus membiasakan siswa mengembangkan kemampuan literasinya, namun kenyataannya saat ini pembelajaran saat ini masih konvensional yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap rendahnya literasi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah Memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam peningkatkan keterampilan literasi berbasis character values melalui balinese folklore berbantuan media call. Jenis penelitian ini. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah penyampaian materi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan khalayak sasaran (mean score) antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pengetahuan sebesar 31,9 (57,4%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan khalayak sasaran tentang pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta keterampilan guru tentang pembelajaran balinese folklore berbantuan media call. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini akan memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap kemampuan literasi siswa.

Abstract

The keben craft business is a business that has the opportunity to develop, in the life of the Balinese people, keben is a means of prayer and various other traditional activities, so that the keben craft business is a promising business opportunity. Partners in the internal PKM activities of group 10 at Ngurah Rai University are the keben craftsmen group, namely the Keben Asti Craftsmen Group located in Banjar Tanggahan Peken, Sulahan Village, Susut District, Bangli Regency. The purpose of implementing this PKM is to develop a group of Asti keben crafts in BanjarTanggahan Peken. After conducting observations and interviews with the head of the Asti keben craftsman group in Banjar Tanggahan Peken, the following problems were found: 1) The Asti keben craftsman business group has not been able to manage the tasks of each group member. 2) The production factors still use traditional and manual methods such as making bamboo cuttings, they still use knives so that it slows down the production process, 3), partners do not know and understand how to make simple bookkeeping, 4) Promotion is still limited and only by word of mouth (WOM). ). 5) do not have a business WEB and business nameplate. The PKM activities provided are 1) Providing group management training, 2) providing assistance in the form of a bamboo shaving machine to simplify and speed up the production process, 4). Problems in the field of management, the solution offered is to provide simple bookkeeping training to be able to record costs and find out earned income. 5) Problems in promoting the product solutions offered, promotional training using social media, and creating a business WEB. The outputs produced are articles in national journals, articles in printed mass media, videos of the implementation of activities, 20% increase in production capacity and quality, capability business management both in the field of promotion and financial management and able to make simple bookkeeping

Abstract

Palm leaf craft is one of the crafts that has good prospects and is in great demand by tourists because it is made of natural materials and has a very artistic shape. The palm leaf craft business is the economic foundation of the community in Madangan Kelod, Gianyar. However, the prospect of this palm leaf craft business is still not optimal. Based on observations, there are palm leaf craft business groups that really need help to overcome the problems they face. This palm leaf craft business group is the Tipat Sari palm leaf craft group which was established in 1995. The problems faced by this craft business group are inadequate production equipment, lack of insight into online marketing, lack of knowledge of group management, division of tasks members and recording the administration of financial statements carefully and thoroughly. The approach taken is to conduct further coordination with the owner of the Tipat Sari palm leaf craft business so that the main needs for increasing productivity are the availability of adequate production equipment, increasing partner understanding of online marketing and increasing group management skills and making business books. The output to be achieved are the availability of adequate equipment and partners being able to increase the amount of handicraft production by 30%, partners being able to increase sales by 30%, and all members of the craftsman group being able to understand group management and be able to make group bookkeeping. The method of implementing this activity is preceded by collecting information from partners' conditions, designing activities to be carried out, followed by program socialization, conducting training, mentoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Program Pengembangan kewirausahaan ini  dilatar belakangi  oleh data sebagian besar lulusan Perguruan Tinggi lebih sebagai pencari kerja daripada pencipta lapangan pekerjaan, PPK adalah suatu wadah untuk mendidik dan mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa , sehingga lulusan perguruan tinggi diharapkan mempunyai sense of business yang memadai Tujuan dari program pengembangan kewirausahaan ini  adalah   meningkatkan  keterampilan mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha pelet pakan ikan, disamping dia menjadi guru di sekolah luar biasa nantinya.metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, adalah, ceramah bervariasi, demonstrasi dan metoda latihan serta diskusi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan skema program pengembangan kewirausahaan ini telah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa PLB dalam membuat pelet pakan ikan dan berwirausaha pelet pakan ikan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari proses pembuatan pelet, pemberian pakan dan pemasaran pakan kepada petani ikan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik integratif merupakan pembelajaran tematik teritegrasi dengan mengintegrasikan dan menggabungkan beberapa pelajaran guna memberikan siswa suatu pengalaman yang berharga Keunggulan model pembelajaran ini adalah kemampuan mempersiapkan proses pembelajaran secara sistematis Fakta di lapangan guru tidak mampu menerapkan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga pembelajaran tidak dapat berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan karena adanya keterbatasan waktu sehingga guru sama sekali tidak menguasai model pembelajaran tersebut. Model pembelajaran e-learning merupakan suatu model pembelajaran yang menghilangkan jarak dan waktu dengan bantuan platform digital berbasis internet untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran tanpa adanya interaksi fisik. Model pembelajaran ini sudah diterapkan di berbagai jenjang pendidikan sejak Covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan  kepada semua guru dan kepala sekolah. Pengabdian ditujukan untuk mengajarkan tentang e-learning kepada guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini agar guru memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang e-learning sehingga mampu mengembangkan dan menerapkan pembelajaran tematik integratif secara sistematis, dengan demikian guru dapat membuat peserta didik lebih semangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran selama masa sekolah dirumah baik dengan guru maupun dengan orangtuanya.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi tentang aplikasi kvisoft flipbook maker sebagai salah satu alat pendukung media pembelajaran. Pembuatan buku digital antara lain agar banyak orang semakin dimudahkan dalam mengakses buku sekaligus meningkatkan daya tarik guru dan siswa terhadap literasi yang dapat digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja. Peserta pengabdian adalah guru SMPN 4 Langsa yang berjumlah 35 orang. Tahap persiapan merupakan langkah pertama pada metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini kelompok pengabdi melakukan survey pendahuluan. Tahapan kedua yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat buku digital berbasis kvisoft flipbook maker. Tahap ketiga, yaitu tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Pada tahap monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan atas hasil yang telah dicapai oleh guru SMPN 4 Langsa dalam menggunakan aplikasi kvisoft flipbook maker. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 90% guru berhasil dalam memahami materi dan mengaplikasikan pembuatan buku digital berbasis aplikasi kvisoft flipbook maker. Kemudian para guru meminta permintaan tindaklanjut dari kegiatan pelatihan ini.

Abstract

Partner of this international collaboration of community service is RMIT University in Australia, Prof. Dr. Heather Fehring, to be invited to collaborate in giving socialization about effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to encourage development of elementary school teachers’ competences in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia.  Location of this international collaboration of community service is in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia.  The target of this community service is elementary school teachers in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia.  The problem with the target audiences is that the elementary school teachers’ competences in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia to deal with effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era has not been optimal.  In addition to this, the socialization of effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era for elementary school teachers in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia has not been done before.  In order to develop elementary school teachers’ competences in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia in dealing with literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to achieve optimal learning quality, the solution is socialization of effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era for them.  The output targets to be achieved in this international collaboration of community service are pocket book, certificates, videos on YouTube, articles in journal of community service, publications in mass media, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), seminar, report.The methods used in conducting this international collaboration of community service are cooperative learning, problem-based learning, and giving assignments.  This socialization is conducted through video conferences in the form of learning activities to improve the competence in dealing with effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to achieve optimal learning quality for elementary school teachers in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia. The socialization of virtual classroom given is related to technical guidelines of effective literacies assessment implementation in order to achieve optimal learning quality. This international collaboration of community service is conducted at elementary schools in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia because those elementary schools are regularly coached by Universitas Negeri Jakarta.  Evaluation of process and results is done to find out the competences of elementary school teachers in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia in dealing with effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to achieve optimal learning quality.  This international collaboration of community service is started with a pre-test about effective literacies assessment implementation to know the prior knowledge of target audiences about effective literacies assessment and ended with a post-test after socialization is completed to determine the success of implementing this activity.

Abstract

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) sedang menjadi tren dalam dunia pendidikan, seiring dengan dengan meningkatnya permintaan untuk pekerjaan di bidang STEM. Sekolah dasar merupakan pijakan awal untuk mempersiapkan lulusan yang tertarik dan terampil dalam STEM. Namun, guru-guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan Sungai Kunjang Samarinda masih kesulitan merencankan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang rencana pembelajaran daring berbasis STEM. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode presentasi, demonstrasi, praktik, dan pendampingan. Sasaran kegiatan 28 guru kelas dari dua sekolah di kecamatan Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda. Hasil dan dampak pelatihan yakni (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan guru tentang pembelajaran STEM, (2) bertambahnya kemampuan membuat rencana pembelajaran STEM dengan moda daring. Secara keseluruhan materi yang disajikan dapat dipahami peserta dengan baik. Kegiatan berlangsung lancar, tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan

Abstract

This community partnership program aims for downstream activities and a science teacher training mentoring program at ULC Sekolah Sahabat Sabah Malaysia. In addition, based on observations from previous research, information was obtained about the lack of science practicum subjects and the procurement of teaching aids is very dependent on the ability of the school and the creativity of the teacher concerned. In this regard, science teachers, especially physics, biology and chemistry are required to have creativity and skills in making and using teaching aids, in this case also produced a module for the use of teaching aids and videos for making teaching aids. Method what is used in this activity is a training (workshop), namely, providing training in making simple science teaching aids, then mentoring is carried out. The number of participants was 37 teachers in the plantation area or ULC at the Sabah Malaysia Friendship School which was carried out online using a zoom meeting. This activity is carried out for 1 day with 8 JP. Participants' responses were measured using a questionnaire at the end of the training. Participants said that the material discussed in the training said 82.21% was very good important, and 17.79% important. This condition shows that this material is right on target and useful for the audience of participants. The informants conveyed the training method 80.81% said they were very satisfied and 19.19% said they were satisfied with the training method. In addition, the response of participants to the resource persons/training instructors was 84.92 % who stated that they were very satisfied and 15.08 % of the participants stated that they were satisfied, so it can be concluded that the training used was very good. This activity is expected to increase knowledge, skills in making props by utilizing nature and the surrounding environment.
