Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the world to experience a global economic crisis.   Economic decline has greatly harmed the business, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Small and Medium Enterprises must be able to take strategic steps to maintain their business. The current research is aimed to conduct empirical test on the effect of responsive digital marketing, customer relationship management, and working capital efficiency on SMEs' efforts to maintain performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research sample was 57 respondents who represent SMEs of Processed Food. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS.  Result of research has shown that responsive digital marketing has been proved as helpful to SMEs in maintaining their sale performance during covid-19 pandemic. Besides this result, other finding has shown that main key to maintain customers and sale performance in sustainable manner during covid-19 pandemic is by improving customer satisfaction and building long term relationship with customers. Other finding has indicated that aggressive working capital management will facilitate SMEs to maintain their performance during covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aimed at exploring how social media was used to promote a tourist destination and how tourists perceive the related content of the social media. The study was conducted at the Tourism Department of Buleleng Regency and the tourism site of Banjar Hot Spring. To meet the fistt research objective, data were collected from three officers and a head of maketing division. The participants were recruited using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of having involvement in the management of social media. Data were collected using observation, interview, and focus group discussion. For the second research question, 38 tourists voluntarily participated. Data were gathered using open-ended-questions method. A qualitative approach was employed for data analysis. The findings suggested that the Tourism Department has demonstrated an optimal utilisation of social media to promote Banjar Hot Spring. However, the use of story telling and type writing may enhance the performance of social media. The second data analysis revealed that tourists perceived the social media was satisfactory. Further discussion and managerial implications are presented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the factor of cultural, social, personal and psychological Influential Home Buying Decision Against Type 36 PT. Lagan PangkaPekanbaru. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The samples used were 58 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques by questionnaire. Based on the results of this study concluded that the factor of cultural, social, personal and psychological significantly influence the purchase decision Houses Type 36 PT. Lagan PangkaPekanbaru. Test the correlation coefficient (R) independent variable on the dependent variable are very strong closeness of 0.951 and a contribution of independent variables on the dependent variable (R2) was 89,70%Keywords : Factor Culture, Social, Personal, Psychological and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of macroeconomic consisting of the exchange rate, inflation and Bi rate to deposit and islamicity performance index, analyze the influence of third party funds to islamicity performance index. analyze the influence of the macroeconomic performance index islamicity through third-party funds. The samples used in the study of 76 cooperatives of sharia in Indonesia. The analysis technique used path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis indicated that the macroeconomic path which consists of the exchange rate and the BI rate significantly influence third-party funds and islamicity performance index, while inflation does not affect the third-party funds and islamicity performance index. Third party funds islamicity significant effect on the performance index. Abstract

penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja jajaran aparat Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Propinsi Bali, baik secara langsung maupun melalui senjangan anggaran, kejelasan tujuan anggaran, motivasi kerja dan budaya organiasi. Populasi penelitian ini jajaran aparat perangkat Daerah Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Propinsi Bali yang berjumlah 258 aparat. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Primer yang dikumpulan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi structure equation model SEM dan analisis jalur. hasil temuan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja jajaran aparat Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Propinsi Bali, baik secara langsung maupun melalui senjangan anggaran, kejelasan tujuan anggaran, motivasi kerja dan budaya organiasiKata Kunci: Partisipasi Anggaran Senjangan Anggaran, KejelasanTujua n Anggaran, Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organiasi

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui penyebab masih bertahannya pedagang tuak di Desa Datah, karena kondisi desa yang tandus menyebabkan pekerjaan bercocok tanan lebih cocok dilakukan saat musim hujan saja, karena kondisi desa yang tandus sehingga tanah lebih cocok ditanami pohon aren. Selain hasil berupa minuman keras (tuak), pohonya juga dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomis bagi pemilik pohon aren tersebut, dikarenakan hasil dari daun pohon aren tersebut dapat dijual yang untuk selanjutnya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana upacara keagamaan. Hasil dari buah dan daun pohon aren tersebut juga memerlukan waktu untuk memanennya, namun menyadap tuak dapat dilakukan setiap hari sehingga langsung dapat dijual ke konsumen. Jadi menjual tuak dapat dikatakan pekerjaan utama karena dari hasil menjual tuak tersebut mereka langsung dapat gunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga. Keadaan seperti ini yang menyebabkan banyak penjual tuak tidak bisa berbuat banyak untuk hidupnya dan sulit beralih kepekerjaan lain.Kata Kunci: Tuak (Alkohol Bali), Sosial dan Ekonomi, Desa Datah
