Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi yaitu pandemi yang mengharuskan pembelajaran disekolah dilakukan secara daring yang memberikan dampak bagi siswa dalam belajarnya. Bimbingan Belajar adalah aktivitas manusia secara sadar untuk mendapatkan  perubahan tingkah laku, kemampuan, keterampilan maupun sikap dalam dirinya ke arah yang lebih baik sebagai hasil dari pengalaman dan interaksi dengan lingkungannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dan cara guru BK mengimplementasikan layanan bimbingan belajar dalam mengajar  sebagai upaya meningkatkan belajar siswa pada saat mengikuti pembelajaran secara daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan angket dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu peran guru bimbingan dan konseling sangatlah penting dalam implementasi layanan bimbingan belajar di SMP N 2 Gresik selama masa pandemi, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kolaborasi antara guru BK dengan guru mapel di sekolah.

Abstract

Inferiority problems faced by students from the interior or the region are of concern to stakeholders in the field of guidance and counseling. Guidance and Counseling in College is an effort to help students to develop themselves personally, learningly, socially and career. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with its form of research action counseling guidance classes. Based on the results of research that has been conducted by researchers that group guidance services are effective against the regulation of student infiority from IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The conclusion in this study is 1) a picture of student infiority regulation of medium origin, 2). The implementation of effective group guidance services against inland student infiority regulations which include: planning, implementation, evaluation, observation and follow-up goes well in accordance with the plan that has been prepared or made. 3) Effective group guidance services against student infiority regulation from the interior this is proven to be a change in behavior.  The advice that can be given is; 1) Campus Counseling service units can create programs that suit the needs of students, 2). The results of this study can be used as a reference to obtain further guidance. 3). For study programs intensify services for students by increasing student activities.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon that there are still students who are not confident when performing in front of the class, so it negatively affects the development of student learning in school. The study aims to test the effectiveness of group guidance services with sociodramatic techniques in improving students' confidence in speaking in front of a class. This study uses a pre-experimental approach with the design of The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. A total of 10 students of State Junior High School 4 Sungai Penuh who participated in group guidance activities with sociodrama techniques were selected through purposive sampling techniques and student confidence level data was revealed using a confidence scale that had been tested for validity and rehabilitation. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed using the Formula Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results revealed that group guidance services with sociodrama techniques are effectively used to improve their health.

Abstract

Safety-based behavior is part of the risk control process for unsafe behavior as a cause of work accidents. there are many potential hazards posed by the characteristics of the production process or material that can result in work accidents. The method used is a literature study. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from national and international scientific articles. The databases used are Google Scholar, Mendeley, Science direct and Research Gate. The results showed that age, attitude, actions, availability of facilities/facilities, work safety regulations, the role of co-workers in communication and training can affect the behavior of workers in the area of the shipyard graving dock.

Abstract

Peer counseling is an alternative approach in counseling services to help individuals carried out by peers. Peer counseling is seen as important because in today's era, individuals talk more about the problems they face with their peers than with parents or teachers. Peer counseling makes it easier for individuals to talk more comfortably to peers. Therefore, this counseling is very suitable for individuals, especially those who have an introverted personality. Peers who do counseling require competencies that must be possessed to support the success of counseling and create good relationships with friends, especially individuals who have introverted personalities. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting various kinds of journals related to the subject of the research. The results based on this study can be concluded that peer counseling is an alternative approach that has effectiveness for individuals with introverted personalities. By using these alternatives, individuals with introverted personalities have the convenience of telling stories and are able to overcome the problems they face.

Abstract

The basic thing needed by counselors in implementing a BK program is an assessment. The reality on the ground is that there are some counselors who still use that assessment and that's all. So there needs to be a re-understanding by the BK teacher regarding the basic concepts of the assessment itself. The method used is a literature study, which aims to help counseling counselors/teachers understand the basic concepts of BK assessment in the context of education. The novelty of this article is supplemented by analysis that will assist in understanding the context in which it is discussed. In conclusion, assessment is a basic thing that must be mastered by counselors in order to more easily classify programs according to client problems.

Abstract

Covid 19 became a pandemic disease in 2019, where handling and prevention can be done by observing health protocols. The implementation of the health protocol above will not be optimal if it is not supported by community compliance with the policy. The implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control efforts in the market really requires the leadership role of market managers and the involvement of cross-sectors and officials in controlling the discipline of the market community. The purpose of this literature review is to analyze the application of health protocols in suppressing the COVID-19 morbidity rate in the market. The method used is a literature study. The data used in this study are secondary data derived from national or international scientific articles and case reports in South Jakarta. The databases used are Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science direct Research Gate. Study results from 7 national articles that match the inclusion criteria and topics. This health protocol counseling must be carried out continuously in order to increase public awareness of the dangers of Covid-19 transmission using digital platform media instruments or posters so that the community takes part in disseminating the information

Abstract

One of the main tasks of students is learning because through learning students build critical abilities, add insight, improve the quality of knowledge, and hone their skills, namely social, psychological, affective, and cognitive abilities. Students are individuals who have an age range of 18-22 years. Referring to the developmental tasks at this phase, individuals should be able to take responsibility, commit, prioritize activities, manage themselves, and regulate the flow of their activities independently. However, the phenomenon of academic procrastination occurs in almost all students both outside and within the country so that this causes the behavior displayed by students to be contrary to the development that should be done. Academic procrastination is also caused by various factors, both internal and external. Academic perocrastination behavior also hinders individuals from achieving success in their academic life, such as decreased academic skills at school, late completion of lectures, and decreased quality of knowledge and insight in today's young generation.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it's requires all students to do distance learning, the large number of assignments received make students depressed and anxious so that the substance of productivity in learning decreases, all forms of platforms are available starting from whatsapp groups, google classroom, to zoom and skype. Interactive learning armed with learning motivation makes students need services that are not burdensome to students and adjusted for efficient time, the need for counseling guidance services used in the learning process, classical guidance services are allocated in the new reality era, on internet use so that counselor's are required to be skilled in providing guidance. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of podcasts in providing learning motivation, after this research was carried out supported by secondary data and primary data. After doing research through google research from and online interviews. It can be concluded that podcast media is an alternative best partices media as an implementation of longdistance classical guidance.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the political issues of education that occur in Indonesia. The study of issues from the perspective of the importance of education to the dynamics of education in Indonesia, one of which changes the curriculum from year to year until now has not found the right formulation. Until now, the Independent Learning Campus Teaching (MBKM) policy is seen as the right formula, but it is still faced with fatal weaknesses that result in curriculum adaptation in each study program with adjustments to the policy. Solutions and recommendations regarding the political condition of education in Indonesia and the issue of MBKM will be discussed further.
