Abstract

The phenomenon at this time we often find children no longer respect parents, anti-social attitudes that appear from everyday life both at school and society. In global competition, a nation needs to be an innovative nation to become a superior nation. especially in facing the next 5.0 society era. Then the need for a strong order of values and policies so that the crisis of culture and national disintegration does not occur in Indonesia. Education in Indonesia must instill national character and spirit originating from the nation's cultural roots and based on Pancasila as the basis of country, philosophy, and noble values. Through, citizenship education learning is expected to be a solution in fostering citizens who have social awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of early childhood creativity through integrated learning. Integrated Learning is learning that integrates various aspects of learning using thematic approaches. To achieve aspects of child development optimally, the material presented is explained based on themes and sub-themes. This research method is a qualitative description, this research was conducted in TK Smart Kids. Qualitative data were analyzed using inductive processes with data reduction and data presentation in accordance with themes, and components. The population and sample of this study were children of kindergarten class B Smart Kids, West Bandung Regency. Early childhood creativity can be improved by implementing simple and practical steps in an integrated manner based on integrated learning, through stimulation of creativity learning so the creativity of early childhood can increase eight times higher through real practice making products of creativity. The results of this study are to find out whether children's achievement can be achieved or not. Furthermore, this research is part of the thesis that I will examine.

Abstract

All children have the right to take part in early childhood education learning proccess, in Indonesia especially in remote areas early childhood education is very minimal due to a lack of understanding of the community or parents regarding early childhood education. Early childhood education is held to develop the potential of children in six aspects of development, namely cognitive language, social emotional, art, motoric, religious morality. Every child has different potential with other children, so parents and educators need to understand that children's intelligence is not can be judged from the way he/she reads, writes and counts but seen from all aspects of development one of which is the development of language aspects Language development, preschoolers experience rapid development in vocabulary, grammar and syntax according to Piaget, in normal children, language appears to think as concurrent with the form of semiotic reasoning but to stimulate the development of children's language here by using the visual method of Paper Puppets so that children become more interested and easier to understand learning for Paper Puppets have a variety of models so children's language skills can easily be developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to illustrate the application of the problem solving approach to improve the mathematical creative thinking ability of MA students. The research method used was an experiment, where subjects in this population were chosen randomly, namely class XI-IPS 1 and class XI-IPS 2 Ma Al Maa`uun Mande Cianjur. In this research, the researcher gives the same treatment to the subject of the researcher to further know the effect of the treatment is the problem solving approach in the experimental class and conventional learning in the control class. Mathematics learning using the problem solving approach is more effective in the application of the problem solving approach to improve mathematical creative thinking abilities and the independence of MA students there is a comparison compared to ordinary learning. the application of the problem solving approach to improve the mathematical creative thinking ability of MA students is better than ordinary learning. The magnitude of the increase in students' mathematical creative thinking abilities taught by learning mathematics using the problem solving approach is 81 and ordinary learning is 78. The magnitude of the increase in the independence of mathematical learning of students who are taught mathematics learning problem solving is 83 and ordinary learning is 80.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the activeness of students in mathematics learning for students of SMP Negeri 2 Ngamprah in class VIIIA in the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year through the learning strategy of Snowball Throwing. This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of three stages, namely planning, action and observation, and reflection and evaluation. The data obtained in the form of a percentage increase in activity at the end of the first cycle and at the end of the second cycle. The data analysis technique was conducted using an interactive analysis technique. The results showed an increase in student activity. Increased student activity can be seen from the increasing indicators include: 1) the willingness of students to ask before the action 5.55% and after the action 55.55%, 2) the willingness of students to answer questions before the action 11.11% and after the action 72, 22%, 3) the willingness of students to work on exercises in front of the class before the action 0% and after the action 66.66%, 4) the willingness of students to express opinions before the action 0% and after the action 55.55%. Based on the description above it can be concluded that the application of the Snowball Throwing learning strategy in mathematics learning can increase student activity.

Abstract

For more than a year, elementary students have been required to study online from home or through the distance learning system (PJJ). Basically, the online learning system can be applied at various levels of education, from kindergarten to lectures. It's just that there needs to be a different emphasis and attention at each level. Basically, elementary school age students in small classes need more interaction with their environment. Therefore, a good blended-learning system is needed so that the usefulness of the assignments received by students and learning objectives can be achieved maximally. This study explores the problem of the low learning outcomes of Storytelling based on Non-Fiction Texts experienced by 3rd grade students of SD Negeri Sidotopo I/48 Surabaya. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an increase and how much increase in learning outcomes of storytelling based on non-fiction texts through the application of Communicative Language in 3rd grade students of SD Negeri Sidotopo I/48 Surabaya. Action research was carried out in two learning cycles by applying the Communicative Language Approach and student learning outcomes on storytelling material based on non-fiction texts as the object of research. Based on the explanation of the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of Storytelling based on Non-Fiction Texts through the application of the Communicative Language Approach to the 3rd grade students of SD Negeri Sidotopo I/48 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study summarizes as well as briefly and concisely informs the various activities that have been carried out by the Education Office related to the implementation of the compression of Basic Competencies. For teachers, there are rarely seminars or workshops that explore the process behind a policy and photograph it up close, revealing the concerns and hopes of the actors by maintaining credibility and transparency. It can be said, this policy is still gray in the midst of reality of the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) which has not ended since the beginning of the new school year and the discourse on the implementation of Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT). This action research was carried out at SD Negeri Wiyung I/453, Wiyung sub-district, Surabaya City by involving 28 classroom teachers as research subjects from August to September 2021. This research was action research because the writer who carried out the action was the principal of SD Negeri Wiyung I/453 who fully responsible for the development of human resources in the school environment. Based on data analysis, from this study it can be concluded that the intensification of the Basic Competence Compression Program through Workshops and Online Teaching Socialization is very effective. The attitudes and abilities of teachers at SD Negeri Wiyung I/453 Surabaya for the 2021/2022 academic year improved after the Workshop. In addition, it can also improve the ability of teachers professionally in Online Teaching. This can be seen in the second cycle of activities after the intensification of the Basic Competence Compression Program through Workshops and Socialization the average score obtained was 70.3. Learning is said to be effective if at least 65% of the criteria can be met. Thus, it can be stated that in the first and second cycles 100% of teachers have effectively taught online in the 2021/2022 school year.

Abstract

This research is based on the low learning motivation of class VI students. The learning conditions during the pandemic period greatly affected the students' desire to learn. While studying at home, students only answer the questions contained in the student worksheets that were collected a few days later. At the time of limited face-to-face’s learning which was carried out in 2021, it was seen that students had very low motivation in learning. Their limited study’s schedule every three days with limited study hours does not make students enjoy learning. The low motivation to attend school, to study independently in accordance with the learning objectives that have been prepared by the teacher cannot be achieved as indicated by low learning outcomes. Based on this problem, The classroom action research was appointed whose purpose was to see the effect of using online media as a tool to increase learning motivation. With the help of online media, subject matter can be studied anytime, anywhere. So that students are expected not to be left behind with lessons and continue to train themselves even though they do not meet the teacher directly. Assisted by online media, the teacher can continue to monitor students in learning. After conducting classroom action research using online media in the form of classroom, WhatsApp, quizzz in overcoming the low learning motivation after two cycles, the results showed significant success.

Abstract

This study focused on Teacher Problems in the Implementation of Online Classes during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Thematic Learning for Class IV students at the State Elementary School 63/X Nibung Putih and efforts to overcome the problems found. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research method used is a natural object, where researchers go directly to the field to find out what problems are faced by teachers in the implementation of online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN 63/X Nibung Putih. The goal is to describe a situation that actually exists. The problems experienced by teachers in implementing online classes during the covid-19 pandemic in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN 63/X Nibung Putih were limited facilities and knowledge about technology, making online learning only possible through the WhatsApp application, not all students have smartphones, high internet quotas during the pandemic, unstable internet connections, lack of parental assistance during learning causes students to lack discipline, student complaints about assignments that are piling up. Efforts to overcome teacher problems in implementing online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN 63/X Nibung Putih, namely providing assistance funds from BOS in accordance with government recommendations for purchasing internet quotas, parents must allocate availability of time to accompany children during learning, teachers can come to students' homes from time to time to provide teaching materials to students or contact students' parents directly to give assignments, teachers do not have to give a lot of assignments to students so they don't feel burdened remembering assignments are not from only one subject.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the benefits of using Google Classroom (GC) as an alternative distance learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with One Shot Case Study design. The subjects in this study were students of Class VIII.E science subjects on excretory organs material in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 30 people. The instrument that has been used in this research is a test of student learning outcomes. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis using SPSS 16 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant effect on student learning after learning using Google Classroom (GC) media was applied. This is indicated by the average score of student learning outcomes of 80 which is in the high category.
