Abstract

Dalam sebuah perkawinan, pasangan suami istri tidak sedikit yang menjalani tanpa ada kebahagiaan. Di rumah tangganya, banyak yang penuh masalah dengan aneka sebab. Bahkan, perkawinan itu akhirnya berakhir dengan perpisahan atau perceraian. Pasangan suami istri dalam keluarga, perlu ada saling pengertian dan komunikasi yang baik. Hanya saja, yang sering kali muncul dan akhirnya menjadi persoalan serius dalam rumah tangga itu masalah ekonomi. Tuntutan akan kebutuhan dalam keluarga, memaksa setiap pasangan suami istri untuk bekerja. Keterbatasan lapangan pekerjaan yang ada, akhirnya memilih jalur pintas dengan menjadi tenaga kerja Indonesia (TKI) dengan bekerja di luar negeri, terutama perempuan yang sudah berkeluarga.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang dilaksanakannya program donor darah oleh PT Indomarco Prismatama karena perwujudan misi, kewajiban perusahaan kepada Undang-undang, sebagai tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan darah dan stok darah yang disalurkan ke PMI. Implementasi program donor darah mengimplemasikan kepedulian karyawan melalui teori Carl Weick pada kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Donor Darah oleh tim Public Relations(PR) dalam konteks hubungan komunitas ( Community Relations). Kata-kata kunci: implementasi CSR, donor darah, PMI, tim PR, community relations

Abstract

ABSTRACT Religious traditions in Indonesia are known to be very moderate and tolerant abroad is a reflection of the character of a great noble nation. Between religion, tradition and culture are able to perform compounds so as to create a genuine religious harmony. Because of this reality Indonesia is regarded as the largest Muslim majority country in the world that almost without conflict, in the midst of reality Muslim countries in the Middle East that impressed the dispute into the daily menu. However, the reality of Indonesia as a moderate nation is injured by the act of a group that is fond of terrorism and radicalism by riding Islamic religious teachings. Thus, this reversed religion is assumed as a source of cruelty. It is through that phenomenon researcher, feel the need to examine the strategy of disseminating moderate Islam by Nahdlatul Ulama. The selection of this Islamic organization according to the authors due to its success in moderating Islam in Indonesia. In this study, the study using a qualitative approach or method as well as adopting the theory of Van Dijk discourse analysis as a scalpel to peel the discourse of moderate Islam published by PWNU East Java through the website. As for this research, the findings are important, among others are: 1) moderate Islamic discourse campaigned by Nahdlatul Ulama East Java is categorized into three segments, namely social, religious and nationality. 2) the text structure that builds moderate Islamic discourse NU East Java in Van Dijk perspective constructed in three domains, namely text, social cognition and social context. 3) the principles of Public Relationship implemented by NU through cyber (online media), among others; News publications and expert opinions, production of image and video-based information, and updating official NU information to the public about their attitudes and views on the phenomena that occur by promoting the values of Islamic moderatism. Abstract

Abstract Limitations possessed by conventional media in serving the needs of media users such as radio, newspapers, magazines or television to adapt to the advancement of communication technology, if there is no concern from competition in the media industry. This study aims to determine the process of media convergence conducted by producer Sore Bara Harsya on the segment in the segment of Makarena. This study uses a qualitative approach and the Concept of Media Convergence Shierly Biagy. The subject of this research is the program of Bara Harsya Event Producer on Radio 99.1 Delta FM Jakarta. Data collection was obtained using non-participants and interviews with program producer Bore Harsya Sore to support interview data with Program Director and Digital Radio Content 99.1 Delta FM Jakarta. Other data about library creation, documentation, and internet. The results showed that in conducting the convergence process on the content of Makarena, the manufacturer has performed four stages which became the basis of consistent convergent media formation. Where the producers have done the stages (chain) applied in the form of maintenance or how to manage, the broadcast network is applied in the form of segmentation of Delta FM radio listener audience, then the conglomerate (conglomerate) used as a form of profit program for the company, and vertical integration (vertical integration ) is applied in the form of combining conventional media (radio) with digital media (youtube) as a form of target market openness. Amongst these stages, in managing content, Makarena Producer is more dominant than conglomerate and vertical as it can support its show program. Keywords: Radio, Content Program, Convergence Media

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of the Internet raises questions about how the Internet contributes to the formation of civic engagement, including issues related to public interest. Internet presence raises concerns increasingly fertile individualist values, especially among young people. This study intended to investigate form of public participation, especially among young people in the city of Padang and how the role of online media (social media) on the participation of young people in issues of public interest. This research is uses qualitative and quantitative methods with interviews, observations, questionnaires as data collection techniques. Social issues, education and health is a major concern young people in the city of Padang, meanwhile political issues are not preference. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui simbol sosial, budaya dan ideologi yang terkandung dalam film Apa Itu Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi semiotika Roland Barthes, hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pesan komunikasi pada setiap adegan film merepresentasikan radikalisme dan toleransi. Radikalisme dibangun pada beberapa adegan seperti (1) tindakan sekelompok ormas islam melawan aparat keamanan melakukan perusakan fasilitas negara (2) konvoi jamaah habib di jalan raya yang membuat nuansa jalan macet dan mencekam (3) aksi yang tidak menginginkan kegiatan yang dibiayai oleh Amerika karena dinilai sebagai zionis dan musuh Islam. Sedangkan simbol sosial, budaya dan ideologi yang merepresentasikan toleransi yang dibangun dalam film Apa Itu Islam terdapat pada tujuh adegan diantaranya (1) seorang anak bersedih adanya bentuk batasan pertemanan sesuai agama dan tidak adanya toleransi dalam beragama (2) pemahaman anak kecil terhadap doktrin yang diberikan ustadnya mengenai agama yang masuk surga (3) tanaman padi yang menjadi kebutuhan manusia secara jasmani dan agama adalah kebutuhan manusia secara rohani.

Abstract

Communication is one of the dimensions that affect the quality of services by providing information to customers. The hospital also needs to improve the quality of service in terms of communication. This research aimed to to describe and analyze business communication in Islamic perspective (study on the spiritual guidance division of Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung in improving services quality). This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research collects data through interview, observation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that one of the forms of communication is communication in spiritual guidance activities as commitment of Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung as an Islamic hospital. And as a strategy for improving hospital services in Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bndung Keywords: Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Image.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is entitled “The Influence of General Election Commision toward Student Attitude on Election Activity”. Research method applies quantitative with path analysis. Research aims to know how big the influence of socialization activity source factor toward student attitude on election activity, to know how big the influence of message factor, and to know how big the influence of subject receiver factor toward student attitude on election activity. The result research shows that each variable has sifnificant influence toward student attitude on election activity. Source factor variable has significant influence toward student attitude as much as 78,9 %, socialization message factor variable has significant influence toward student attitude as much as 85,5%, subject receiver factor has sifnificant influence toward student attitude as much as 81,1%. Message variable becomes the most influence variable toward student attitude on election activity. It can be concluded that message factor variable has the most influence factor compares to other factor. Sending factual message based on fact, sending a trending topic message, and such message is thought to be important so that message can change someone attitude toward something. Besides, source factor has an influence. Cridible factor and expert can make communicant believe and enable to be persuaded well especially previous attitude will be able to convinced to change.

Abstract

Communication based on subjectivity related to the importance of pain suffered by patients with lupus to carry the disease implies self-spirituality with God as an interaction. The method used in this study are phenomenological studies that reveal phenomena based on the subjective experience of patients with lupus. Its objective is to discover the form of spiritual communication made by patients with lupus and the meaning they have. The results of this study are prayer as a form of spiritual communication and the meaning of the illness understood emotionally, spiritually and physically. Abstract

Commodification was carried out by the editor as an effort to maintain the existence of an event program, this was also done by the editor of Liputan 6 Pagi, SCTV. The research method used is a case study. Data collection methods used are interviews, and literature studies with qualitative analysis using the theory of Political Media Politics by Vincent Mosco. This study also revealed that there is a news commodification on the news that is broadcast. Commodification of audiences is done in packaging news by paying attention to the interests of the audience. The types of workers who intersect with media workers, but media workers get comfort and job satisfaction, which may be unwittingly capable and maximally utilized by SCTV.
