Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA OF ICT BASED ON SUBTEMA BE GRATEFUL FOR DIVERSITY FOR CLASS IV STUDENTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL This research is uses development procedures that produce the final product design in the form of developing ICT-based learning media using interactive PowerPoint. This product was developed by researchers combining research steps from Borg and Gall and the ASSURE model. The product developed in this research is ICT-based learning media referring to the 2013 curriculum for fourth grade students of elementary schools. Based on the steps of the development procedure above the researcher only limited to the 5 steps of the development procedure, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) expert validation, and (5) design revision. This is because the limited time needed in research and ICT-based learning media is made to be a teacher's grip so it is sufficiently validated by four fourth grade elementary school teachers who make ICT-based learning media in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum aided by researchers

Abstract

THE 15 MINUTE LITERATION ACTIVITIES AGAINST READING INTEREST OF 4TH GRADERS SD NEGERI SALATIGA 05This research aims to find out the reading interest of 4th graders SD Negeri Salatiga 05 after 15 minutes of literacy activity. This research is used qualitativ descriptive approach. The subject of this research is 4th graders students of SD Negeri Salatiga 05. Data collection was done using observation and questionnaire methods. The result of this research found several students who experienced an increase in reading interest after literacy activities were conducted, but there are still students who have low reading interest. The low interest in reading students is due to lack of attention and motivation towards books and the lack of the role of the teacher. The role of the teacher is very important, this teacher must understand the characteristics of each student's characteristics. Reading interest is felt to be very important because reading is an important part of growing character and competitive capital in the 21st century. This 15-minute literacy activity is one of the government's efforts to increase students' interest in reading in Indonesia to create a culture of literacy in formal education.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF PARENTAL TUTORING ON STUDENT DISCIPLINE The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental tutoring on student learning discipline. The data of this study were obtained using a questionnaire instrument for both variables. The validity test of the instrument of social interaction and discipline is calculated using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient formula and the reliability coefficient is calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The population in this study were the fifth grade students of Cibeureum 4 Public Elementary School in Bogor City, amounting to 89 students. The samples taken by 47 students were obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. Tests for analysis prerequisites in the form of a normality test (Liliefors). After the normality test, homogeneity (Fisher) was tested. Data that has been declared normal and homogeneous is used to test the hypothesis, the results of which show that there is an influence of parents' tutoring on student learning discipline. Simple correlation regression analysis technique produces a relationship model which is expressed in the form of a regression equation that is Ŷ = 9.99 + 0.86X, with a tcount of 17 greater than t table with a real level of 0.05 of 2.021 and a contribution based on research results of 86 %. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that there is an influence of parents' tutoring on the discipline of learning in grade IV students at Cibeureum 4 Elementary School in Bogor City 2018/2019.

Abstract

THE USE OF SMART WHEELS FOR THE ABILITY TO READ CHILDRENWas used in the study of a wheel smart. A wheel smart is one of medium used to have been used to simplify the son of in reading. In the wheels of smart there are a board where the board first there are vowels, board second there are letters konsinan, and board third there are syllables. In a wheel smart later on can develop the ability the son of bank notes the nepali language, not only in a working meeting with about the concept of developing found herself listening to have been ready for speaking, read and write. Excess of media wheels smart this is easy and there are elements used game so students the joy of learning while playing. Using the smart are the expected to read well. Its objective in reading is so acquisition reading comprehension, Includes the contents of, and understand the meaning contained in reading materials. By reading someone be able to widen insight and knowledge. Methods used in this study this research is qualitative research methodology descriptive. Technique use the theory of data collection study experts taken of some books and scientific journal. The action used in this research was media uses the smart.

Abstract

WORK SATISFACTION TEACHERS ARE REVIEWED FROM THE ROLE OF HEADMASTER SUPERVISION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL IN NORTH BOGOR DISTRICT This research is aims to examine teacher job satisfaction and variables that have a relationship with teacher job satisfaction, in this case the supervision of school principals and efforts to improve teacher job satisfaction. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach. The research variable consisted of an independent variable namely the supervision of the principal with the dependent variable namely teacher job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Public Elementary School in North Bogor Regency, Bogor City. Research data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have been selected as samples. The results of the questionnaire were collected and recorded to analyze data to test the research hypotheses and to find out the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction. To test the research hypothesis and to determine the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, data analysis was performed using statistical tests in the form of correlations and simple linear regression, as well as multiple correlation and regression. Hypothesis testing is performed at the significance level a = 0.05. This study presents three main conclusions: There is a positive relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the supervision of the principal, the higher the teacher job satisfaction shown by the regression equation Ŷ = 63.64 + 0.53X and the correlation coefficient ry = 0.520. Based on the findings, teacher job satisfaction can be increased through supervision of the school principal.

Abstract

APPLICATION OF GUIDED INQUIRY LEARNING MODELS TO IMPROVE MATHEMATICAL LEARNING OUTCOMESAbstract.  The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Guided Inquiry Learning Models to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of Lawanggintung I Elementary School, Bogor City consisting of 36 students with a composition of 20 male students and 16 female students. This research was a class action research carried out collaboratively by two cycles. The study was conducted in the odd semester of the 2019-2020 school year. This class action research was conducted in 2 cycles, in cycle one, and cycle two consisted of four main actions namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The results of this study indicate the assessment of the implementation of learning in the first cycle of 72.9 and 85 second cycle. Observation of changes in attitudes of students in cycle I 72 and cycle II 85.5. An increase of 13.5. Observation of changes in students' skills in cycle I 74 and cycle II 84. An increase of 10. Completion of learning outcomes in cycle I reached 36% and cycle II 89%. An increase of 53%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the guided inquiry learning model can improve learning outcomes in Mathematics in fifth grade students of Lawanggintung I Elementary School Bogor. In addition, this learning model can increase the sense of conscientiousness, cooperation, and responsibility of students in the learning process.

Abstract

IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN NATURAL SCIENCE LESSONS LEARNING ABOUT THE FORCE AND FUNCTION BY USING THE LEARNING MODEL COOPERATIVE TYPE MAKE A MATCHThis study aims (1) To find out the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences about the force and function in class V SD Negeri Bantarjati 7, Bogor Utara, Bogor, semester 2 (2) describe the process of improving student learning outcomes in Natural Science subjects about their force and function before and after using the Make a Match type cooperative learning model in class V SD Negeri Bantarjati 7  (3) To measure the magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes in Nature Science subjects about force and function after using the Make a Match cooperative learning model in class V of SD Negeri Bantarjati 7. The results of this study indicate that using the Make a Match cooperative learning model can be a fun variation of learning for students so that proven, men increase student learning outcomes in Class V Bantarjati State Elementary School 7. Before using the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model the learning outcomes of students only reached an average value of 62.25 then an increase occurred after using the Make a Match type cooperative learning model to 74, 12 in cycle 1 and 79.125 in cycle 2. From the description above the researchers concluded that the use of a Make a Match type of cooperative learning model adapted to learning material can create a pleasant learning situation so that an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore the researchers suggest that the use of the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model be socialized and used as an alternative in science learning in schools within the Bogor City Education Office.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF LEARNING TIME MANAGEMENT AGAINST RAPORT VALUE STUDENTS OF CLASS 5 SDN SALATIGA 05This research intended to determine the effect of learning time management towards first semester score report on the fifth grade students at SDN 05, Salatiga, Central Java. The method of the study is the quantitative descriptive method. The technique of collecting the data is by sharing questionare and documentation therefor data analysis method is using the simple percentage. The data source taken from the fifth grade students input and their first semester report document at SDN 05, Salatiga. The result of the study show that the fifth grade students at SDN think that learning is an activity that must be done 100%, that means all students are aware that learning is a thing must be done. 72% of the students manage their study time at home. 80% of the top 10 rank students manage their time to study at home, this percentage is higher than the percentage of those who are not in the top 10 rank and the number is only 68% of 19 students. Learning time management affects the result of the score report because 80% of the top 10 manage their learning time and all of them pass the passing grade. This percentage of the students who manage their study time is higher than those who are below the top 10 rank which is only 68% of 19 students and there are some students in the top 10 still don’t pass the passing grade.

Abstract

THE AUDIO-VISUAL MEDIA IN IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES TO UNDERSTAND STORY OF WALISONGO RELIGION This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted at primary school (SD Negeri Kampung Sawah) in Bogor Utara District at Semester 2 of the 2017-2018 Academic Year. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The minimal completeness criteria is when a minimum score of 75(quite active). Benchmarks for success in this class action research are if the learning outcomes of PAI learners grade IV B SDN Kampung Sawah District Bogor Utara Bogor City in the last cycle if the KKM 75 Students who reach the KKM are above 75%, Students are active in learning above 75% Activity teachers during the learning process above 75% The analysis found that there was an increase in the activity and competence of teachers in preparing the Student Worksheet from cycle I to cycle II. Achievement of performance indicators is in action II. Thus, it can be said that cluster activities can improve the competence of students in Kampung Sawah State Primary School, North Bogor District, Bogor City Semester 2 2017-2018 Academic Year. The teacher gave a positive response to the results of the workshop in the Cluster. The results showed that audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes, especially about understanding the exemplary story of Wali Songo in Kampung Sawah State Elementary School. Thus it can be recommended to providers, friends or other researchers to use audio-visual media to improve student learning outcomes that are carried out continuously. The use of audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes, especially in public elementary schools in improving student achievement

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF JIGSAW LEARNING MODEL IN INCREASING THE LEARNING OUTCOME SOCIAL STUDIES (IPS) SUBJECT FOR STUDENTS IN CLASS 4 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The purpose of this research was to re-analyze the use of cooperative learning type jigsaw model in increasing the learning outcome in social studies subject. The research method was meta-analysis. The research began with formulating research problems, then trancing relevant research result to be analyzed.  The data was collected by browsing article, electronic journals, and essay using “learning outcomes”, “jigsaw model”, and “Social Studies of Primary Education”. The searching result showed that there were 12 articles, electronic journals, and essay but only 10 relevant articles, electronic journals, and essay. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The analysis result showed that cooperative learning type jigsaw model could improve student’s learning from the lowest 9,89% to the highest 85,56% and the mean was 46,09%
