Abstract

The aims of research are first to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, to analyze the effect of motivation on organizational citizenship behavior, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and to analyze the effect of motivation on relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Telkom Tegal. The research was conducted at the office of PT. Telkom Tegal. Number of respondents in the research is 48 employees. Which is the sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling (selected sample), whereas determination of sample size using Slovin formula. To test hypotheses in this research, it has used simple and multivariate regression analysis. Based on the result of simple regression analysis, it has got the value of computed-t is greater than value of ttable, therefore the first, second and third hypothesis is accepted. The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that direct effect coefficient of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior is 73.54 percent, while the coefficient of the indirect effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through motivation decreased to 48.14 percent, therefore the fourth hypothesis is accepted. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and motivation mediated on relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Telkom Tegal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of brand image, product involvement and advertising media toward consumer purchase behavior. Accidental sampling was applied to get 100 respondents. By using Multiple Regression this study found that brand image, product involvement and advertising media had positive effect on consumer purchase behavior.

Abstract

This study analyzed the replication of unplanned purchases at online stores that exist in the kaskus.us fjb seen from the intentions and consumers of psychological factors as a stimulus, a case study at 77 kaskus.us fjb users. This study uses new variable product knowledge, consumer's esteem, consumer's excitement, e-wom, on impulse buying intention and impulse buying behavior. The study revealed that; new product knowledge and consumer's excitement to have a positive relationship to impulse buying intention. Note also that the new product knowledge, consumer's esteem, and word of mouth have a positive relationship to impulse buying behavior. And also found that a positive relationship to impulse buying on impulse buying behavior intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the existence of market discipline in Indonesia.This research evaluate the interaction between market discipline and deposit insurance and the effect of crisis on market discipline. We use secondary data of bank’s financial report and panel regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The research found that depositors discipline banks by withdrawing deposits. Dummy crisis and dummy deposit insurance have significant effect to delta deposits. The result of data analysis show that market discipline exsist in Indonesia, there are found the correlation between market discipline, deposit insurance and banking crisis (risk).

Abstract

This research is entitled “Ethical Intervention and Moral Development ofStudents”. The purpose of the study is to compare the moral development of studentsfrom Accounting Departments with students of other departments at Economic FacultyUnsoed. The instrument used to measure the moral development of business studentswas defining issue test (DIT). Research findings indicate that students who haveattended ethical class have better moral development as compared to those who havenot taken the course. Moreover Accounting students have better moral development ascompared to students from other departments. Based on the findings, it isrecommended that ethics should be offered to business students since it appears toaffect students moral development. In addition, the inclusion of Ethics as a coursemust be offered to other departments too, as the case of accounting course. Lecturesshould provide simulation as a method of teaching in class in order to give betterimpact on students.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of innovation capability on product improvement and to test the moderating effect of environmental hostility and firm size on the relationship between innovation capability and product improvement. Respondents of this study include the businesspeople of small and medium enterprises in manufacturing sector in Purbalingga Regency, totaling 92 enterprises selected by purposive sampling. The analysis tool to test the hypotheses was Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results show that innovation capability has a significant direct effect on product improvement, whereas environmental hostility and firm size do not moderate the relationship between innovation capability and product improvement. The results imply that the business people of small and medium enterprises should pay special attention to their firm’s capability to generate breakthroughs in order to improve product quality leading to business survival.

Abstract

The study is done at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. While samples from this research is stdudent use cellular phones blackberry in Sidoarjo Muhammadiyah University in March 2012, 120 students . To use the method of analysis of data analysts factors. The result showed that the factors be considered at the purchase of products handpone blackberry is the blackberry facilities and email , facilities and facilities fourshared browsing /google, facilities of facebook, service, on the menu blackberry and the brand image, the facility yahoo messenger, and memory capacity, reliable. Cellular phone prices blackberry. First factor viii has important up to produce outputs in the consumers in buying the cell phone blackberry shown by the value of cumulative total varians mncapai 72,308 %, by a factor of I as much as 14,112 %, factors II of 11,376 %, third factor of 10,821 %, fourth factor of 9,776 %, factor IV of 9,776%, factor V of 7,399%, factor VI of 6,936%, factor VII of 6,209%, factor VIII of 5,678%.
