Abstract

Inovasi sebagai suatu terobosan yang dapat dilakukan guru dalam mendorong perbaikan pendidikan. Berbagai strategi dapat dilakukan guru dalam rangga menghadirkan inovasi. Inovasi yang dilakukan guru sebagai suatu yang perlu dideskripsikan. Maka, penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan berbagai strategi guru yang mendorong aktivitas inovatif. Metode penelitian berupa survei dengan dilengkapi instrumen strategi berinovasi para guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel guru sebagai informan berjumlah 108 orang diambil secara random.  Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data berupa angket berskala Likert. Analisis instrumen berkategori valid dengan berbagai varian kategori Alfa Cronbach’s (>0,400) dan Chi-kuadrat 20620,625 (p>0,05). Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis korelasi Product Moment, deskriptif-mean dan standar deviasi, Anova satu arah, dan koefisien diterminan (R) untuk mengindikasikan potensi pengaruh yang ditimbulkan masing-masing dimensi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dimensi untuk berinovasi di sekolah menengah atas secara umum berkategori sangat tinggi (4,722) pada SD 0,302. Hasil implementasi memperlihatkan dimensi penataan tugas tidak signifikan dalam strategi berinovasi baik antar kelompok maupun dalam kelompok. Ditinjau dari koefisien diterminan lebih rendah (0,084) dibandingkan dimensi lain. Hal ini memperlihatkan strategi selain penataan tugas dapat menjadi pemicu dalam berinovasi di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

his paper reviews the important role of Shared Vision Based Teamwork Cohesiveness (SVBTC) in bridging Organizational Commitment (OC) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees of an organization. This study was conducted using a library research method based on theoretical studies and references to reputable scientific journal articles. The study concepts include perceived organizational support (POS), organizational commitment (OC), shared vision based teamwork cohesiveness (SVBTC), and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The study was carried out with systematic steps which included: determining concepts and building logic between concepts, building study models, setting criteria for articles from reputable journals, and selecting articles in journals that meet the criteria Based on the results of the study conducted, we conclude that efforts to create employee OCB must begin with presenting good POS first, then good POS will encourage an increase in OC, so that it has a positive impact on OCB.

Abstract

This article aims to analyse the implementation of internal policy on Civil Servant Officer work performance at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. Internal policy is an urgent item in leading an institution because it guarrantes the individual work performance. The workers will get their good work performance since the internal policy lies on worker side. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive by using field observation and interview as data collection. The data were analyzed into three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The participants of this research were five administration staff, three lecturers, and five students. It used purposive sampling. The result showed that the implementation of internal policy at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo was not effective. It caused by three problems. Firstly, it is lack of evaluation during the internal policy implemented and after it was implemented. Secondly, it is lack of coordination among stakeholders and the workers (administration staff, lecturers, and the students). Thirdly, it is lack of collaboration among stakeholder and staffs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the children's choir of Gema Trumpets, review and how the process of making the Children's Choir of Gema Sangkakala Manado, How is the process of fostering the Children's Choir of Gema Sangkakala Manado, What are the factors that hinder the process? Ordering and coaching the Manado Echo Sangkakala Children's Choir, and What efforts have been made to overcome the obstacles to ordering and coaching the Echo Trumpets Children's Choir. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Data technique is done by observation, interview, documentation study. coaching, namely: After analyzing the data, it was concluded that The reservation of the Gema Sangkakala Manado children's choir was a response to the public's interest, especially choir observers to accommodate the potential of children who have interests and talents in senior vocals, especially in the choir. , as part of the development of the organization (Studio) to contribute to fostering children's attitudes and behavior through the chorus, to motivate in general in cultivating and attracting children's interest in their love of good singing skills through praise, Age limits and parents, as well as children in the Choir by showing the impact of fostering children on a changing process, the management of the process always requires substantial funds by relying only on non-permanent donors, and Efforts which were carried out to overcome various obstacles in the choir, among others, recruiting members followed by b . interviews both for children and parents, involving parents in the preparation of activity programs that are tailored to the child's schedule, fundraising is carried out at any time including scheduling concert programs that are held regularly.

Abstract

A This study aims to examine the sign system in the form of icons, indexes, and symbols and to interpret the meanings and messages as well as moral-religious values contained in the poem "Morgenlied" by Martin Opitz. The method used is a content analysis method with a qualitative approach based on semiotic analysis. This method serves to examine the poem "Morgenlied" by Martin Opitz, especially on the sign system in the form of icons, indexes, and symbols as well as religious moral values contained in the poem. While the data collection technique is a literature study. Based on the semiotic analysis, this poem contains a religious element in the form of a prayer of thanksgiving to God for His mercy and glory.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menguji pengaruh kinerja perusahaan, pertumbuhan laba dan peran Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap kualitas laba. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian desktiptif yang dimana ppulasi penelitian merupakan perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun penelitian 2011-2019 dan terdaftar dalam Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). Sebanyak 7 bank yang memenuhi kriteria, dengan demikian jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 orang. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa GCG, kinerja perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan laba secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laba. Selanjutnya, GCG memoderasi pengaruh kinerja perusahaan dan pertumbuhan laba terhadap kualitas laba. Hasil penelitian yaitu untuk memperkuat temuan penelitian terdahulu, dan menyediakan bukti empiris peran moderasi GCG terhadap kualitas laba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the service marketing mix, including Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence, on parents’ decision-making in choosing elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive analysis. The research sample is parents or guardians of elementary school students totaling 321 people in Palopo; the sampling technique used is a simple random sampling method. The data collection technique used was an online questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with data processing tools using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of data analysis show that: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose an elementary school in Palopo. The novelty of this research is the relationship model of the service marketing mix to the decision to choose an elementary school.

Abstract

Learning evaluation is to find out how far the progress, development, and success of students after carrying out the learning process within the specified time period is, including the evaluation of the innovative learning curriculum, namely the sekolah penggerak curriculum. The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of the school curriculum using the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. Qualitative research designed in the form of case study research. The research subjects were the principal, curriculum representative, and school supervisor. Determination of research subjects was carried out purposively. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics. Research findings using the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) is seen from the Context, Input, Process and Product aspects that the implementation of the sekolah penggerak curriculum is in accordance with the learning objectives. The implementation of this curriculum innovation is expected to have an impact on the quality of learning outcomes, the quality of the main competencies, the quality of teachers, the acceleration of school digitization and the profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify Eastern Cultural Values Lost During the Covid-19 Period in Early Childhood Learning. The research method used is a survey. The subject of this research is a kindergarten institution. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire containing what values have been lost during this pandemic. The results of this study are that this pandemic has an impact on the education sector. Learning that used to be face-to-face is now online learning. This has an impact on the loss of missing eastern cultural values, including shaking hands, sitting side by side, recreation together, holding hands, kissing hands, embracing, performing arts, ceremonies, eating together, extra art learning, field trips, gymnastics together, smiling. who bloomed, and in uniform.

Abstract

Since COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people conduct things, including educational activities, online learning has become a necessity that schools must adopt. This study aims to analyze the relationship of various variables that affect the success of online learning in accounting subjects in vocational high. This study is a quantitative cross-sectional online survey with 308 respondents from 26 schools in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Data analysis was performed through regression analysis with moderating variables. It concluded that the success of online learning process as measured by Learning Satisfaction was influenced by Student Characteristics, Learning Accessibility, and Textbooks, while Multimedia Materials and other Text Materials did not have any effect. It further observed that teacher Support does not affect learning satisfaction but can moderate the relationship between student characteristics and textbook quality. This means that all related parties need to focus on changing students' mindset, improving the quality of textbooks, and increasing accessibility. On the other hand, to increase success, it is necessary to strengthen the role of teachers.
