Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan salah satu dampak yang dirasakan masyarakat selama pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung. Kecemasan yang dialami terjadi karena ketidakmampuan untuk memprediksi bahaya yang akan ditimbulkan oleh COVID-19. Kecemasan yang tinggi akan memberikan dampak buruk pada pola tidur dan perilaku individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi menulis ekspresif secara daring dalam menurunkan kecemasan akibat pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen pretest-posttest control group design. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 orang perempuan berusia 18-30 tahun yang mengalami kecemasan akibat pandemi COVID-19. Partisipan dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen (N=10) dan kelompok kontrol (N=12). Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Coronavirus Anxiety Scale (CAS) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menulis ekspresif secara daring efektif untuk menurunkan kecemasan akibat pandemi COVID-19 (ρ=0,011 untuk kelompok eksperimen dan ρ=0,855 untuk kelompok kontrol). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah menulis ekspresif dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media untuk menurunkan kecemasan individu.

Abstract

This pandemic has changed all aspects of life, including the education system. The education system in Indonesia immediately turned online because it could not be done face-to-face. Gradually, the government began to study to restart new normal and conduct face-to-face trials for students, especially high school students in Surabaya. The data collection technique used interviews with students as participants and teachers as a significant other. The author takes the context of classroom climate because face-to-face learning trials are still being reviewed by the local city government to regulate the course of learning in accordance with health protocols. There are three dimensions in the classroom climate, namely relationships, personal growth and development and system changes and improvements. The results of the student interviews showed that they were uncomfortable with face-to-face learning because they felt awkward, uncomfortable in entering the classroom and needed to adapt directly to the teacher, while according to the teacher, the students were very enthusiastic about the face-to-face learning trial.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai work-life balance (WLB) di Indonesia sangatlah penting mengingat tema pembahasannya masih sangat  sangat terbatas, khususnya analisa mengenai konstruk dengan menggunakan model analisa yang baru yaitu Rasch Model. WLB dikembangkan oleh Fisher dkk (2002). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melaksanakan validasi alat ukur WLB yang telah diadaptasi dalam bahasa Indonesia. jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 223 orang dengan karakteristik sample yaitu para pekerja instansi pemerintah ataupun swasta. Hasil reliabilitas Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,93 sebagai indikator reliabilitas alat ukur yang baik. Wright map menunjukkan alat ukur cenderung memiliki persebaran tingkat kesulitan item yang merata. Terdapat bias pada item no 14 yang merupakan efek dari perbedaan persepsi antara laki-laki dan perempuan, dalam item tersebut menyiratkan bahwa pekerjaan akan membawa dampak positif didalam rumah tangga, sedangkan ketika pekerjaan mengganggu tuntutan-tuntutan di keluarga, wanita lebih cenderung mengembangkan sikap negatif terhadap pekerjaan.

Abstract

The differences in self-conceptualization, Western culture focuses on individuality while Eastern culture focuses on the harmony of social relations, causes the concept of authenticity as a universal personality concept to be different in each culture. For this reason, it is necessary to adapt the Authenticity Scale in the Indonesian context. The Authenticity Scale developed by Wood et al. (2008) is a popular instrument used in authenticity research, relevant for multicultural societies, and has been adopted in many countries. Testing the reliability & validity of the Indonesian version of the Authenticity Scale consisting of 12 items was carried out through two studies (N=394). The results of Study 1 (N= 197) show that this instrument is reliable and valid in all three dimensions. Study 2 (N=197) found that the Authenticity Scale correlated with subjective well-being and self-esteem. This article presents a reliable and valid instrument of perceived authenticity in Indonesia that psychologists, counselors, and researchers can use.

Study This is study quantitative with use triple ANOVA data analysis track with amount subject 118 (N=118) who was a teacher already own certification profession . Research results This find that gender and employment status in a manner together in a manner significant impact to commitment career a teacher. Abstract

The Indonesian scout movement is a non-formal education organization that runs scouting education in Indonesia. The main task of the Indonesian Scout Movement is to carry out scouting education for the younger generation to become a better generation, responsible, able to foster and fill independence, and build a better world. Currently, scouting activities are mandatory extracurricular activities in schools. Scouting education requires the role of scoutmaster so that the goals of the Indonesian Scout Movement can be achieved. To achieve the goals of the Indonesian Scout Movement, scoutmaster is needed who are committed to carrying out their duties as scoutmaster. This study aims to see how the achievement motivation of scoutmaster affects their commitment of scoutmaster. This research is a quantitative study that uses an achievement motivation scale with a reliability of 0.968 and a commitment scale with a reliability of 0.958. The subjects in this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 224 active scout coaches in X City. The hypothesis in this study used regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the commitment of scoutmaster is influenced by achievement motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri di Kecematan Sosa Kabupaten Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 102 guru SMP di Kecamatan Sosa Kabupaten Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan teknik total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi adalah sampel, yaitu berjumlah 102 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kepemimpinan transformasional, skala motivasi kerja dan skala profesionalisme guru. Analisa data menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  (1). Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan trnasformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sosa Kabupaten padang Lawas Sumatera Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 17.04%. (2) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sosa Kabupaten Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 8.844%. (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri di Kecamtan Sosa Kabupten Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 8.16%.  Hasil lainnya yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sosa Kabupaten Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara berada pada kategori tinggi.Kata kunci : profesionalisme guru, kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja

Abstract

University students face many challenges throughout their college year. In the early pandemic of COVID-19, all activities were conducted online, leading to new problems and may affect one’s subjective well-being. By using convenience sampling, we aimed to see the role of Academic Stress and Emotional Intelligence among university students in Indonesia. We asked 118 university students from 51 different majors from various universities to fulfil our questionnaire online. The data result concluded that the multiple linear regression analysis showed that both Academic Stress and Emotional Intelligence played a role in determining Subjective Well-being F = 14,792, p < 0.001. The total contribution of both variables was 21,2% (  = 0,212). Partially only emotional intelligence can contribute significantly with the acquisition of a t value of 5.360 and a significant p value (p <0.001), while academic stress does not play a significant role in increasing student subjective well-being.
