Abstract

Ferry Ports play an important role in human life and the movement of goods in the Southeast Sulawesi Province region. However, there are still several obstacles for prospective service users in finding out port information, schedules and ferry crossing routes quickly and easily. To overcome this problem, researchers designed a web-based GIS application to search for the nearest port, port list, schedule information and ferry routes operating at all Ferry Ports managed by the Transportation Service. The research method was carried out by observing to collect data and then analyzing application needs which resulted in application design and design which was defined by Use Case Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and application interface displays. It is hoped that the final results of this research will produce an application that is user friendly and can assist the needs of prospective service users in finding information on ferry schedules and routes easily, thereby having an impact on increasing efficiency, comfort and passenger satisfaction as well as reducing uncertainty in finding information related to schedules and routes. the ferry. It is certainly hoped that the recommendations of this research will enable the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service to develop a better Information Search and Ferry Route Application for ease and optimal organization of ferry transportation to encourage increased satisfaction of service users.

Abstract

The realization of the implementation of a project must be within the initial project planning stage. In the planning stage, various types of activities are carried out, starting from forming the project team, preparing the schedule, planning project resources, and preparing project cost estimates. Cost estimation activities are one of the main processes in a construction project to determine the amount of funds that must be provided for a building. Without costs, the project will not be able to be implemented even if other resource elements are met. Costs in construction projects consist of direct costs and indirect costs. Based on these 2 (two) types of costs, research needs to be carried out to determine the factors that influence the nominal amount of these types. Data analysis in this research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the research show that the order of factors that have the most influence on the two types of costs include force majeure factors, availability of labor, detailed design plans, work methods, technical specifications, distance to the place where materials/tools are purchased, location of work/project, the environment around the project, and road conditions leading to the project.

Abstract

Masalah endapan sedimen menjadi permasalahan pada setiap bendungan. Material sedimen dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembuatan paving block. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, paving block dari bahan sedimen Bendungan Batang Ilung Sibagasi diuji kualitas mutunya. Sedimen pengganti sebagian pasir atau semen dengan variasi 5%, 10%, 15% dan waktu perendaman selama 7, 14 dan 28 hari. Ukuran cetakan paving block ialah 20 cm x 10 cm x 6 cm, Setiap variasi persentasi benda uji dibuat sebanyak tiga paving block. Pengujian kualitas bahan dilakukan dengan menguji ukuran butir dengan menggunakan fineness modulus dan gradasi, uji slump, uji berat jenis bahan. Sedangkan uji mutu paving block menggunakan alat kuat tekan hammer test. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan sedimen terhadap kuat tekan berupa metode regresi. Hasil uji bahan diperoleh fineness modulus sedimen bendungan batang ilung pada Zona 4, uji slump yang baik pada sedimen 15%, berat jenis sedimen 2,5.. Nilai kuat tekan paving block pada usia 28 hari pada pasir sedimen 5, 10 dan 15%  dan lama perendalam 28 hari ialah mutu parkir dengan kuat tekan 26,1 MPa, 24,2 MPa, 25,5MPa, sedangkan semen sedimen terdapat mutu parkir dengan masing-masing kuat tekan 25,9 MPa, 26,6 MPa, 24,8 MPa. Nilai korelasi R kuat tekan terhadap persentasi sedimen pasir 0,11 artinya hubungannya sangat rendah dan semen sedimen 0,54 artinya hubungannya sedang.Mutu Paving Block normal diperoleh mutu kenderaan dengan kuat tekan 35,2 MPa, ini meumunjukkan bahwa komposisi sedimen mempengaruhi mutu paving block menjadi menurun.

Abstract

Suatu peristiwa kecelakaan lalu lintas sangat beragam baik dari proses kejadiannya maupun faktor penyebabnya. Untuk kepentingan penanggulangannya di perlukan adanya suatu pola yang dapat menggambarkan karakteristik proses kejadian suatu kecelakaan lalu lintas, agar dapat di simpulkan faktor penyebabnya supaya dapat dirumuskan pula upaya penanggulangannya. Dari hasil penelitian didapati indikator penyebab kecelakaan lalulintas yang terjadi menunjukkan bahwa faktor manusia 56,67%, faktor kendaraan 31,25%, faktor jalan dan lingkungan 15,63%. Kondisi permukaan jalan terdapat lebih dari satu kerusakan yaitu retak kulit buaya, retak pinggir, distorsi atau perubahan bentuk, jalan lubang-lubang, stripping atau pengelupasan lapisan permukaan, dan jalan bergelombang. Jalan yang digenangi air, adanya pasir di permukaan jalan, dan jalan yang mengalami penyempitan. Kondisi fasilitas jalan (rambu dan marka jalan) tidak adanya rambu yang seharusnya ada yaitu rambu pemberitahuan bahwa adanya persimpangan kanan, tidak adanya rambu pemberitahuan bahwa di depan ada penurunan, tidak terdapat lampu penerangan jalan, tidak terdapat marka tepi (kiri dan kanan) dan tidak di lengkapi mata kucing. Perbaikan serta pembersihan permukaan jalan yang mengalami kerusakan pada beberapa titik dan perlunya perbaikan dan penambahan fasilitas jalan (rambu dan marka jalan).

Abstract

The need for water will continue to increase, while the availability of water is limited; therefore, the provision of water must be pursued both by the government and independently. Rawasari Reservoir is one of the reservoirs in Tarakan City with a relatively stable volume and an effective storage capacity of 112,982 m3. The water source of Rawasari Reservoir comes from a channel that is a tributary experiencing sedimentation due to the sedimentation process. Based on this, the research team was interested in calculating sediment transport in the conveyance channel of Rawasari Reservoir using both empirical methods and the HEC-RAS 6.0 software. The methods used in this research are empirical using the Engelund Hansen and Laursen equations, as well as the use of HEC-RAS 6.0 software. Based on the analysis results, the sediment transport rate in the conveyance channel of Rawasari Reservoir calculated using the empirical method at STA 0+025 is 1,6427 x 10-9 ton/s for the Engelund Hansen method and 2,9898 x 10-9 ton/s for the Laursen method. The simulation of sediment transport in the bed of the conveyance channel of Rawasari Reservoir using the HEC-RAS 6.0 sediment transport model at STA 0+025 is 4,61x10-5 ton/s with the Engelund Hansen sediment transport function and 0,000306 ton/s using the Laursen sediment transport function.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to develop a two-way hollow slab as an alternative pavement for the development of the Juwata Airport apron, Tarakan City, while the research method to be carried out is to modify the existing apron pavement structure with the new type of structure offered, then the results of the new design will be compared with the existing design. The results obtained are i) the number of surface reinforcement to withstand the bending of the 2-way cavity slab structure asan apron pavement is relatively the same as conventional pavement, but for the slab system that is offered the placement of reinforcement is 2 layers, ii) the total volume of concrete usage is reduced by 23.52 %, iii) the volume of use of reinforcing iron increased by 100%. This research is expected to be information and input for structural planners in designing buildings made of reinforced concrete, especially in rigid pavement structures, then provide an alternative type of apron structure for the future development of Juwata Airport.Keywords: Rigid Pavement, Apron, Rigid Pavement Restraints                                                                                   AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukembangkan pelat berongga dua arah sebagai alternatif perkerasan untuk pengembangan  apron Bandar Udara Juwata Kota Tarakan, adapun metode penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah dengan memodifikasi struktur perkerasan apron eksisting dengan jenis struktur baru yang ditawarkan, lalu hasil dari desain baru tersebut akan dikomparasikan dengan desain eksisting. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah i) jumlah tulangan permukaan untuk menahan lentur struktur pelat rongga 2 arah sebagai perkerasan apron relatif sama dengan perkerasan konvensional, akan tetapi untuk sistem pelat yang ditawarkan penempatan tulangan menjadi 2 lapis, ii) jumlah volume pemakaian beton berkurang sebesar 23,52%, iii) jumlah volume pemakaian besi tulangan meningkat 100%.  Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi dan masukkan kepada perencana struktur dalam mendesain bangunan berbahan beton bertulang, khususnya pada struktur perkerasan kaku, lalu memberikan alternatif jenis struktur apron untuk pengembangan Bandar Udara Juwata kedepannya.Keywords: Perkerasan Kaku, Apron, Tumpuan Perkerasan Kaku

Abstract

Abstract Disruptions to the smooth flow of traffic are caused by various factors, including road crossers, public transport stopping and parking on the road, and areas designated for picking up and dropping off passengers. Inexperienced road users, such as students, are particularly vulnerable to traffic accidents. The aim of this study was to determine peak traffic volume, road crossing behaviour, and to develop a plan for implementing a school safety zone (ZoSS) in front of SDN 1 Palewai. The analysis of data using MKJI 1997 guidelines and Normal Distribution Statistics (Z Test) pertains to the Director General of Land Transportation Regulation No. SK. 3582/AJ 403/DRDJ/2018. The results indicate that the highest traffic flow volume (Q) was 151,8 smp/hour on Wednesday between 09.00 - 10.00 WITA. The analysis of road crossing behaviour characteristics reveals that the average Zhit value is 2,236. It has been concluded that the behaviour of students when crossing the road is classified as safe. This is because Zhit Ztabel = 1,645. Additionally, the application of ZoSS planned at the research location is type (2/2UD) with one zebra crossing placed at the main gate of SDN 1 Palewai.Keywords: Volume, Crossing, Road performance, ZoSS Abstrak Faktor penyebab terganggunya kelancaran arus lalulintas diakibatkan oleh adanya aktifitas penyebrang jalan, angkutan umum yang berhenti dan parkir di badan jalan, hingga tempat menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang. Pelajar merupakan pengguna jalan yang kurang berpengalaman dan cenderung kurang hati-hati, sehingga pelajar seringkali menjadi korban kecelakaan lalulintas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui volume lalulintas puncak, perilaku penyebrang jalan, dan rencana untuk penerapan zona selamat sekolah (ZoSS) di depan SDN 1 Palewai. Analisa data menggunakan pedoman MKJI 1997 dan Statistik Distribusi Normal (Uji Z) mengacu pada Peraturan Dirjen Perhubungan Darat No. SK. 3582/AJ 403/DRDJ/2018. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume arus lalulintas (Q) tertinggi adalah 151,8 smp/jam pada hari Rabu pukul 09.00 – 10.00 WITA. Berdasarkan analisis data karakteristik perilaku penyeberang jalan, diketahui  nilai Zhit rata-rata yaitu 2,236. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa perilaku siswa saat menyeberang jalan tergolong sudah selamat, karena Zhit Ztabel = 1,645 sedangkan penerapan ZoSS yang direncanakan pada lokasi penelitian adalah tipe (2/2UD) dengan 1 zebra cross yang di tempatkan pada pintu gerbang utama SDN 1 Palewai. Abstract

Jalan Langsat is a road in the urban area of Tanjung Selor which is frequently flooded. Inundation occurs when the intensity of rain is high so that the water discharge from the upper reaches of the Kayan River is more than usual, which causes the drainage channels to be unable to accommodate the flowing water discharge. This is due to the decreased capacity of the channel and increased flow rate, besides that the drainage channel is experiencing siltation due to the large amount of garbage and sediment in the drainage channel. This study aims to determine the capacity of existing drainage channels to accommodate and drain rainwater discharge. The method used in this study is the evaluative method with primary and secondary data collection stages, then data analysis is hydrological analysis with four methods, namely the Normal distribution method, Normal Log, Log Person III and Gumbel and canal hydraulic analysis. The results of the calculation used to determine the planned rainfall intensity are the Log Normal distribution with a return period of 10 years of 527,228 mm/hour. The calculation of rainfall intensity is used by the Mononnobe formula, while for the evaluation of channel capacity, the evaluative method is used by comparing the channel capacity with the design discharge. Where Qs Qr then the channel capacity is safe, and if Qs Qr then the channel capacity is not safe. From the results of the evaluation of the capacity of the drainage channels, there were 23 channels reviewed, 15 channels that were unsafe and 8 channels that were safe. Furthermore, the choice of problem handling at the study location, namely for channels that are declared safe, canal normalization is carried out and for channels that are unsafe or overflow, re-planning of channel dimensions is carried out.
