Abstract

ABSTRAK: Kecemasan sering muncul pada individu manakalah berhadapan dengan situasi yang tidak menyenangkan. Salah satunya adalah kecemasan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi ujian.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Tingkat Kecemasan dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi UNTIRTA.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriftif dengan teknik korelasional.  Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara tentang tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa Biologi dalam menghadapi ujian pada mata kuliah di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, mahasiswa  memiliki tingkat kecemasan yang sedang dalam menghadapi Ujian Tengah Semester. Sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki hasil belajar yang cukup dalam belajar mata kuliah Evaluasi proses dan Hasil Belajar Biologi. Kesimpulannya adalah tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan menghadapi ujian dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Untirta.   Kata kunci: Tingkat kecemasan, hasil belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Plantae kelas X di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental dengan  desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, didapatkan sampel penelitian yaitu kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Nilai rata-rata  hasil tes kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yaitu posttest 71 dengan gain 34 sedangkan kelas kontrol nilai rata-rata posttest 55 dengan gain 23. Berdasarkan uji statistik menggunakan SPSS uji Independent t-test, nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) sebesar 0,000 maka hipotesis H0 ditolak sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran GI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada Materi Plantae kelas X di  SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Model GI, Plantae

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Learning on curriculum in 2013 applying scientific learning with student-centered learning. Teaching and learning activities (KBM) were carried out every day, is the life of a class. Most of the learning process gurulah more active than the students, and yet we find that many students who are the subject of learning, more responding in the presentation phase (core) in the form of responses asking, answering the questions we ask, or also responding from questions her classmates, while learning the curriculum in 2013 students are required to seek out their own learning materials. To improve the response of students on teaching and learning activities, as well as a supporting instrument in the assessment of attitudes in the curriculum in 2013, the researchers applied learning model example non example in the presentation of material contamination in this study. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with the research procedure as follows: implementation of action plan of action → reflection → → → observation action planning next cycle. Objectives to be achieved through this research are to: determine the response improvement in grade VII.4 SMPN1 TanjungBatu on the application of material contamination with non exsampelexsampel learning model. The research instrument used in this study are: Observation sheet contains five aspects of student responses were observed, namely: 1.mengajukan question, 2.menjawab question, according 3.Mengemukakan topics discussed ideas, ideas 4.menangapi polite manner, 5. Providing solutions. Data were analyzed quantitatively, to measure the percentage increase in student responses for each indicator and the average percentage of the response of the fifth aspect of the response in each cycle. The results of data analysis are then presented in the form of descriptive description. Indicators of successful action is if the average percentage of the value of the five aspects of attitude response ≥ 75% (Good). Based on research data obtained from the second cycle the average value of the attitude of the student responses from the five aspects of attitude response assessed was 77.02%. Based on these results, we conclude that the cooperative learning model through the example of non example in the matter of pollution can increase response VII.4 junior high school students in grade 1 Tanjung Batu. Abstract

Abstrak : Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis serangga di Perkebunan Minanga Ogan Kabupaten OKU. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Metode deskriptif bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai faktor-faktor, sifat dan hubungan antara penomena yang diselidiki. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tangkap tangan (hand picking). Hasil penelitian ditemukan sebanyak  8  jenis serangga seperti Metisa plana, Mahasena corbetti, Setora nintens, Birthosea bisura, Setothosea asigna, Dasychira inclusa, Sycanus leucomesus, Eochantecona furcellata yang di kelompokkan dalam 2 Ordo yaitu yaitu Lepidoptera dan Hemiptera dan 5 famili yaitu Pshychidae, Limacodidae, Limantriidae, Reduviidae, Pentatomidae. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis 1,688 dalam kategori sedang dengan kemerataan 0,89 dan indeks dominansi 1. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat disumbangkan sebagai bahan ajar pada pembelajaran Biologi SMA kelas X semester II.   Kata Kunci: Serangga, Perkebunan Minanga Ogan, Indeks keanekaragaman jenis.

Abstract

To achieve the goal of education maximally, the role of teachers is very important and expected teachers have a good way / model of teaching and able to choose the appropriate learning model and in accordance with the concepts of subjects to be delivered. The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning result of biology of respiratory system materials using Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in XI MIA3 students of SMA Negeri Megang Sakti. This research uses class action research (action research) as much as 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Target of this research is student of class XI MIA3 SMA Negeri Megang Sakti. The data obtained in the form of formative test results and observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. From the analysis result, it is found that the students' learning outcomes have increased from cycle I to cycle II, that is, the average learning cycle (65,95) and learning completeness (71,8%) increase to mean of learning result (73,85) and learning mastery (87,18%) in cycle II. The conclusion of this research is the model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) can improve student learning result of class XI MIA3 State Senior High School Megang Sakti and Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can be used as one of alternative of Biology learning.Keywords : Learning Result, Biology, Problem Based Learning (PBL)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to find out the effect of role playing model of teaching on students’ achievement of  protein synthesis. This study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara (South Sumatera, Indonesia), academic year 2015/2016. This study using pre-experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design at 30 students’ of  XII IPA-2. The sample of this study was taken using simple random sampling. Data collected by the method of testing for cognitive learning achievement (knowledge), by the method observation for students’ activities, and by the method of the questionnaire for students’ responses of the implementation for the model of teaching. Activities and responses data are the supporting data in the study. The collected data was analyzed using t-test and descrptive statistic. Result showed there is a significant effect of role playing model on students’ achievement. The mean score of the students’ achievement (n-gain) was 1,84 with high categorize. The mean score of the students’ activities (motoric, visual, oral, writting activities) was 85,12, categorized into very active. The mean score of the students’ response was 78,11, categorized into good.   Kata Kunci: Activities, learning achievement, role playing model, responses, protein synthesis

Abstract

Research about inventory of soil insects on the land of fired at Tanjung Batu village, Tanjung Batu districts, OI regency and its contribution to biology learning in high school has been done, this study armed to knowing the variety of insects and composition from insects which are founded on the land of fired and the land not fired. This study used Purposive Sampling method. Insects sample collected by directly catched and barless tulgreen on December 2016. Insects was catched and collected from 10 plots which consistant 2 location, on the land of fired and not fired have 5 plots each. Data was analysed descriptively. Based on the result of research study. Insects that founded classify by 6 order and 10 family, such as Coleoptera; Scarabaeniae, Hybosorinae, Buprestidae, Curcolionidae, Clambidae, Diplura; Anajapygidae, Blattaria; Blattidae, Isoptera, Hymenoptera; Formicidae, and Collembola. 398 of the insects from the land of fired and not fired. The result also contributed as references to learning material Biology X class about Biodiversity Basic Competence 3.2, Analyzing data observation about the variant of Biodiversity (gen, variety and Ecosystem) in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract: The research on the species diversity of “under community” Tea plantations in Region Pagaralam has done that aims to identify and describe the different types of morphological characteristics of each species of plants and animals found. Research using descriptive methods. Sampling of plants was done by Sampling Purvosve Method. Sampling of animals was done pitfall trap and light trap. Sampling The results of the qualitative analysis of plants and animals are found as many as 92 species consist of 39 species of plants and 53 species of animals. Plants were found to consist of 29 species of Magnoliophyta, 6 species of Pteridophyta and Bryophyta 4 species. Animals were found to consist of 47 kinds of Arthropods, three species of chordates, two species of molluscs and 1 species of annelids. Under Community's existence is found to have a role as the respective components of the ecosystem such as producers, consumers and decomposers. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data and information in learning in high school biology class X KD 4.9 Designing a chart of the interaction between the components of the ecosystem and food networking that takes place in the ecosystem and presenting the results in various forms of media Key words: diversity, under Comunity, tea Plantations Pagar Alam.

Abstract

Abstract: Human immunity system concept is close to student’s daily life. So that, there is a big opportunity to students to get prior knowlegde from their own or other person’s experience and other sources. Every science teacher should know students’ prior knowledge to plan approriate teaching materials and methods. This research is conducted to develop a student’s prior knowledge-based of human immune system concept learning material. The study is a research and development with model of educational reconstruction. Sample used is 33 senior high school students from Pemalang and Bandung which is taken by convenience sampling. Results show that the highest understanding are in 1st, 8th, and 9th proposition. The highest misconception is in 2nd proposition. Some propositions are revised based on judgement. Teaching material draft is arranged based on students prior knowledge and prepositions judgment. Keywords: human immunity system, prior knowledge, learning material

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat kesiapan mahasiswa calon guru untuk menghadapi PPL yang ditinjau dari kemampuan Pedagogical Content knowledge mahasiswa calon guru. Mahasiswa berasal dari dua LPTK yang berbeda, yaitu perguruan tinggi swasta dan negeri di daerah jawa barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui pengisian tes dan wawancara. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan mahasiswa calon guru dalam menghadapi PPL khususnya kemampuan PCK mereka masih sangat minim. Masih terdapat miskonsepsi, kaitan antar konsep tidak begitu jelas, belum menyadari konsep-konsep sulit yang akan di hadapi oleh siswa, belum menyadari hal penting yang harus diketahui oleh siswa dan masih ada materi penting yang belum muncul, yang seharusnya dipahami oleh siswa. Hanya sedikit materi yang relevan berkaitan dengan hal-hal yang akan dan seharusnya dipahami oleh siswa. Mereka mengetahui strategi pembelajaran secara umum tetapi kesulitan ketika dihadapkan dengan materi yang khusus.   Kata kunci : Biologi, PCK, PPL
