Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract The objective of the study was to describe planning, activities, and increasing of study result with using the cooperative learning model typed “Think, Pair, Share” in studying of dancing at class VII 3 SMP 31 Padang. Study typed was study of classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Amount 32 students were participated in this study. Study results of the research cycle 1 shows the results of observation of the RPP was 82% (Good) increased to 96% (Very Good) in cycle 2. Teacher Activities at cycle 1 was 64% (Less) increased to 89% (Very Good) in second cycle , while students activity cycle 1 was 66% (enough) increased to 89% (Very Good) in second cycle . cognitive Aspects of cycle 1 was 53% (less) increased to 85% (good) at second cycle . affective aspect of one cycle is 36 % (less) increased to 83% (good) cycle 1 second cycle . psychomotor aspect was 54.4% (less) increased to 88.4% (very good). The average results of student at cycle 1 was 76.8 increased to 88.18 in second cycle . Thus, by using cooperative model typed “think, pair, share” could increased the study result of Dance’s art Class VII 3 SMP N 31 Padang. ABSTRACT The artwork of “Wonderfully Natural” was the individual artwork that was derived from life experiences that composed in music based the ability and the influences of social and cultural environment in recent time. The aim of the mucik creation was to express the writer’s own ability in music. In this “Wonderfully Natural” artwork, the writer had tried to develop several changes on the instruments and the techniques of the music. In this wsic artwork, the writer rearrenged the initial arrangement. Moreover, the writer composed the music with combining the orginal versiion with ballada style and instrumental. The differen between these two versions was that in ballada style, it usually has the vocal or voice and in this combination, instruments was used to replace the vocal voice. Abstract This article aims to reveal and explain the level of public appreciation of the existence of dance Stone Barajuik in Jorong Guguak Pariangan Tanah Datar. This research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained by direct observation and interviews, as well as literature and documentation. Data were analyzed based on the phenomenon that occurs on the existence of Stone Barajuik and appreciation of dance in the dance community, using the model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed, that the public recognition of the dance Stone Barajuik very less, so the art of dance Stone Barajuik be marginalized by society itself in Jorong Guguak today. The level of public appreciation of the existence of dance Stone Barajuik found to be low. people do not know and understand the ins and outs, and philosophy or aesthetics of dance Stone Barajuik, therefore people do not appreciate the Stone Barajuik dance well. The issue also lies in the closure of the heir to the community, so that people do not fully know the dance. Keywords: appreciation society, and batu barajuik dance.

Abstract This article aims to reveal and explain the impact of exploration methods for learning local dance elapsed areas. This research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained by direct observation and interviews. Data were analyzed based on the phenomena that occur in learning, to interpret the relationship between the phenomena occurring in the learning. The results showed, exploratory methods in teaching dance at resulted in increased imagination and creative power and ability of the students in the birth of new motifs from local dance movement. Another impact is that students feel they have freedom of expression, and is able to explore the body with improvisation, so that ideas can create new movement patterns are used for local dance lessons. Abstract The proses of making and producing the music artwork “Giant Step” aimed at expressing the musicians’ experience that had a special meaning on the use of the harmony of two tones with the use of interval (the space between two tones) that had a huge space from the first tone to the combination tone with the electric bass as the instrument. The huge interval was used to create harmony in this artwork. Some of them were sekt, sept, octave, none, decime and undecime, the interval between the tone was based on the range of the fingers and the needs of this artwork. In this artwork, the writer used the fusion style in which there was a combination between rock, funk and jazz style. The writer aimed at performing an artwork that had an energy and spirit from Rock and Funk style as well as it got the harmony from the Jazz style so that it could give its special uniqueness and characteristics. Abstract This study was conducted due to the fact that there had been a great development of Piring Gelas dance from 2002 to 2013. In 2002, this kind of dance was only found in desa Embacang. Leter, in the area of 2013, it could not only be foun in this village, but also could be foun in outside Desa Embacang. For this reason, Desa Embacang was known as the place of origin of this Piring Gelas dance. In the period of 2002-2003, there was also a development of this dance in the frequency of this dane show. This study aimed at observing the development of Piring Gelas This study was aqualitative study with a descriptive method. The data were taked from the literature study, obsservation interview, and documentation. Moreover the data were analiyzed qualitatively with the procedures of: data classification, data reduction, data presentation, data collection, dan data verification. The result of this study showed that there was massiv development of this Piring Gelas dance qualititatively in wich there was an expancion of area in wich this dance was shown as well as the increasing number of frequency of showing this dance in the sociality. The development of the dance could be seen periodically. In the period of 2002-2004, the dance of piring gelas developed in area of Desa Embacang Baru with quite a little improvement. In the period of 2005-2009, this dance was not only developed in Desa Embacang Baru and Embacang Lama, but also it could be found in other places such as Desa Karang Dapo, and Muara Rupit. In this case, the frequency of this dance show was also increased. This dance was regulary shown in almost all ivents in the society. Moreover, in the period of 2010-2013, Piring Gelas dance was frequently shown in all events in several areas outside South Sumatra. Keywords: Piring Gelas Dance, Development of Piring Gelas Dance.

Abstract This research was designed for revealing and describing Randai training for the students with visual impairment at Panti Sosial Bina Netra Kuranji Kota Padang related to movement, music, and plot. This was a qualitative research which used descriptive method. The data was gotten through direct observation and interview. The data was analyzed based on Randai training process joined by the students with visual impairment. The result of this research was expected to increase the students' independence and self-confidence although they were visually impaired. They were initially unwilling to perform Randai as they were afraid of being mocked by others. But, the motivation given by the trainers and the teachers teaching at panti had made them enthusiastic to perform Randai. The Randai skill they got made them feel better even though they could not present it as normal people did. Regardless their visual impairment, in the process of training, the students were very passionate. Key words: Randai Training For The Students With Visual Impairment

Abstract This article aims to describe Choreography Podang in rural village hall Kandi West Payakumbuh Payakumbuh. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method of analysis. The object of this study is Podang Dance in the Village Hall Kandi West Payakumbuh Payakumbuh. The main instrument is the researchers themselves. Data collection techniques such as literature, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique is a way to sort the data according to the choreography Podang then describe the data according to the issues discussed. The results showed that: the elements of choreography in dance Podang there is motion, floor design, music, top design, which includes the design of the angle, contrast, low, high and flat, the design of which is the dominant angular design, design dramatically the dance Podang the cone ganda.koreografi on dance podang the composition of the groups small. Abstract This article aims to explain the Experience Music in Choral Activities at SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh. Qualitative research with descriptive method that provides a complete picture and set forth in writing in the event of Experience Music Choir at SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh. Research conducted the 1st half of the school year 2014/2015. The data obtained were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and study the literature. Data analysis included the presentation of data and inference data. Research explains that the Music Experience Choir Activity in SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh showed that activity in class VIII9 choir has advantages and disadvantages, so only a little musical experience gained by the students. The results of extracurricular activities chorus make students more aware of and understand the vocal technique, the students gained experience more in terms of both theory and practice. Interrelationship between choral activities in class VIII9 with extracurricular activities choir, where students who participate in extracurricular activities choir has more musical experience than those who did not follow extracurricular activities. Abstract This article was written for describing the efforts done to preserve Si Kambang Manih dance. This preservation was focused on the learning process or accustoming the young generation to their cultuture. This was a qualitative research which used experimental method. The data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The instrument of the research was the researcher herself. The data gotten was analyzed by using Miles and Huberman model. It then was selected, reduced, presented and verivied. The result of research indicated that the efforts done preserve Si Kambang Manih dance was by giving information about the dance and indroducing it to people in Kecamatan Batang Kapas Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. These were done by teaching the dance to the society. The activity was carried out by the researcher assisted with Tuo Tari. Keyword: Effort, preserve, dance Si Kambang, and Manih
