Jurnal Sendratasik diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali pada bulan S Maret, Juni, September, dan December denganmemuat artikel / artikel penelitian di bidang musik, tari, dan drama serta pembelajarannya. Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed: (1) to desribe the process of creation dance training based on environment in self-development activity at SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP, (2) to describe the result of dance training based on environment in extracurricular activity in self-development activity in SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. The type of this study was qualitative with analytical descriptive method. In this dance arts based on environment on self-Improvement activity in SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP, the dance training was done by using some steps, they were: (1) using auditif visual stimulation, (2) determining type of dance, (3) improvising gesture (4) evaluating the improvisation of students gesture, (5) selecting and doing rarefaction of students gesture. This training was done with some ways: (1) giving, introducing and understanding of nature and environment, (2) describing elements which exist in environment, (3) finding idea of dance based on participatory environment, (4) students found dance theme which divided into two groups, cleanness and afforestation groups, (5) eksploring dance gesture based on environment. Students who attended the self-development of dance were 13 of students. The result of this study showed that the dance training based on participatory environment on self-Improvement activity at SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP was implemented properly. The creation dance consisted of two dances, namely the dance of  prohibition of took out trash carelessly and the dance of afforestation. This creation dance training based on participatory environment showed the result that students creativity in producing creative and innovative dance were confirmed, With this dance arts, the effort to save the environment and the continuous development could be helped and also the rarefection and sensitivity of the students also begun to be trained.Keywords: Dance creation, environment, self-development

Abstract

Abstract Eliciting and giving appreciation to society especially among the students toward traditional music, the lack of insight of educators in educational institutions makes students less knowledge about their traditional culture. The artist was interested in working a music project that based on talempong pacik learning in non public school art into the form of music school composition. The school of music is a music that is played by the students together in school and contains the education values. If it is seen from the level of difficulty, the artist provided material to be played which was match to the ability possessed by students of the school. It encouraged the artist to explore Cak Dindin song,  working on rhythm and melody in talempong pacikgua cak dindin into an art work form of creative music composition entitle Doak Dindin inspired by one of the repertoires of talempong pacik born in Minangkabau into some elements and techniques of farming out music that exists on the theory of Western music like unisono, interloking, proposta, riposta, singkopasi as well as using major and minor tones and the presence of diminusi and augmentation of the tone. This art work was played by the 8 players of musical instruments, namely talempong dasar, talempong paningkah, talempong anak, talempong rea, gandang tambua, sarunai, guitar, rapa'i and cymbals. Keywords: talempong, schools, cultural arts, composition

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to describe students' interest in learning music art based on the Curriculum 2013 in Public High School 1 2 x 11 Kayu Tanam Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This type of research was descriptive research using a qualitative method approach. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Techniques of data collection were carried out by using questionnaire, interviews, observation, documentation and library research. The data or information that has been collected was processed and analyzed by using the principle of qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that from the methods and media used, it turns out that the Curriculum 2013 that has been implemented in Public High School 1 2 x 11 Kayu Tanam is a curriculum that prioritizes understanding, skill and character education, in the future students are required to understand the material, "active" in the discussion and presentations process and have a politeness and highly disciplined. It was concluded that the implementation of culture art learning by teachers based on the Curriculum 2013 was still not able to arouse students' interest in culture art learning and had not been able to make students' active 'in learning. Keywords: student interest, learning art music.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to reveal and explain the role of Galombang dance creations in the social life of Padangnese citizen, which is used at wedding parties. This type of research was qualitative with descriptive method. The research instrument was the researcher herself as the key instrument, who was assisted by both audio and visual recording devices. The study took place in Padang; informants were dancers, choreographers, and managers of studios and user communities. Data were collected by observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis done by referring to the Miles and Huberman  techniques, they are the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion data. The result of the study, which is the Galombang Dance creation, currently plays a role as a wedding party ornament. Aside from being an ornament, it is also a suggestion for respect and social status. Galombang dance form is a creation of entertainment-oriented and consists of traditional. Abstract

Abstract This article aimed to describe Dance Training in Self Development Development at SMA Pembangunan of UNP Padang. This research was a qualitative research with descriptive type, the object of the research was SMA Pembangunan of UNP Padang. Data collection techniques used were literature study and observation. The data analysis used in this research was interpretation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of dance self-development at SMA Pembangunan of UNP Padang did not run smoothly, assessed from the slow implementation process of students in responding to the material given because of the lack of applying this method by the coach in the school. The demonstration method conducted by the trainer was not enough to provide training to students because to produce creative students who were active in dancing need special direction and training.Keywords: Dance Training, Self Improvement

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes by using audiovisual media in dance art subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Mutiara. The type of research was classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects of the study were 7th-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Mutiara which were 33 students. Data collection instruments used was observation sheets, field notes, and knowledge (Cognitive) and skills (Psychomotor) test results. The results of this study indicate that learning using audiovisual media succeeded in improving the learning outcomes of 7th-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Mutiara. It is proved by the improvement of student learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II where there is a very good improvement. In the first cycle, the results of the skills test (psychomotor) were 65.15%. As well as the results of the first cycle test for knowledge (cognitive) tests for learning outcomes the test showed 60.76%. Cycle II of learning test results on the skills test (psychomotor) is 82.42%. As well as the second cycle test for knowledge (cognitive) is 80.45%. Thus the use of audiovisual media improves learning outcomes in dance art learning in 7th-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Mutiara very well. Keywords: Increases, Learning Results, Dance, Audio Visual Media

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to reveal the increasing interest in student learning towards the learning dance arts through the use of audio-visual media in 7th-grade students SMP Negeri 1 Painan. This type of research was classroom action research. This research was conducted using two cycles; each cycle consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Techniques of data collection were carried out by observation, documentation and test techniques. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning of dance art in 7th-grade students SMP Negeri 1 Painan with Tari Piring (Dance by using glass plate) materials previously experienced a decrease in the value of KKM and learning interest from students. Recommendations from the results of the study where there was an increase in student interest per cycle as much as in the first cycle there was an increase of 28.13% and in the second cycle, there was an increase in interest by 27.03%. Overall, the effect of the teacher's actions using the audiovisual media has been quantitatively increasing at 55.16%. It can be seen that from 21 students who did not achieve the KKM score from the dance activity now there are only 4 students who have not achieved the KKM score, but the value continues to increase from its initial value. The impact of the actions of cultural arts teachers using audio-visual media has increased the attention, desire, and participation of students in participating in learning dance art in 7th-grade students SMP Negeri 1 Painan. Keywords:                 The Effort, Interest In Learning The Art, Dance, Audio Visual

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the implementation of learning musical ensemble in 9th grade students of IIS 3 at SMA 1 Painan. This type of research is qualitative research that uses descriptive methods. The object of this study was the students of grade XI IIS 1, amount of students are 34 students who were attending cultural arts learning that contained music learning with music ensemble material at SMA 1 Painan.Based on the results of research, researcher found in the field, it can be explained that the learning of musical ensembles at SMA Negeri 1 Painan has an implementation process which is not in accordance with the lesson plan used by the teacher in the classroom. The incopability of the implementation in class room caused by several reasons expressed by the teacher, they are the Lesson Plan was  made by other parties and lack of musical instruments at schools so students need to provide their own musical instruments. Even though, the result of  learning in grade XI IIS 1 runs well. Students are taught to be able to arrange a simple musical ensembles independently. Students are also required to be able to work together and be active in groups to discuss and think creatively as the government's goals about character building for students. Keywords: Learning, Music ensemble

Abstract

Abstract This article aimed to explain the efforts of empowering learning facilities in the learning of music arts at SMP Negeri15 Padang. The type of this research was qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The object of research was school, teachers, and students who were involved randomly, that were some students who were practicing extracurricular self-development of music and students who were studying  arts and culture (music) at SMP Negeri 15 Padang in the even semester of 2017/2018 school year. Research instruments were data documentation, observation and interviews. The results showed that even though most of the students attending SMP Negeri 15 Padang were underprivileged students, there was no funding specifically in the provision of musical learning facilities at school, the achievement and quality of self-development activities and the learning of music at SMP Negeri 15 Padang 15 yet could be maintained. Apparently, there was a strategy in terms of empowering learning facilities that support extra and intra-curricular activities which caused students to have a disciplined attitude and responsibility in using musical instruments for both types of activities. Keywords:          Empowerment, Learning Facilities, Learning Music Arts

Abstract

Abstract This article was aimed to describe and explain role of Silek Galombang on wedding party in Jorong Pandan Kenagarian Tanjung Sani Kecamatan Tanjung Raya Kabupaten Agam. Type of this study was qualitative with analytical descriptive method. Technique of data collection were done by using library research, observation, interview and documentation. After collecting data,   data were analyzed accurately and selected as needed and it’s relation with the posed problem. Result of this study showed that Silek Galombang was performed on wedding in Jorong Pandan and was a part of event on wedding party in that place. Roles of Silek Galombang were as medium of  welcoming honorary guests, medium of  tribute and medium of self-actualization on wedding party. Silek Galombang consisted of tagak alif motion, langkah suok, langkah kida, langkah suruik, langkah maju, balabek, maambek tagak itiak, simpia suok dan kida, simpia suruik, kudo-kudo langkah ampek, dan gerak sambah.  The dancer number of Silek Galombang were 7-9 dancers, 1 dancer as Tuo silek (teacher). This dance was divided into 2 groups with face to face position. 1 group represented the guest and the other one represented the party organizer. Silek Galombang was performed at street in front of the party organizer house during the day. Keywords: Roles, Silek Galombang, Wedding Party
