Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan hasil menulis puisi dengan menggunakan metode outdoor atau pembelajaran di luar kelas kepada mahasiswa angkatan 2020 Prodi Tetris bahasa Indonesia Medan. Melihat kesesuaian dari berimajinasi,diksi dan kesesuaian bahasa dalam metode ini peneliti memilih metode kualitatif karena didasarkan oleh hasil dari penelitian yang kemudian dijabarkan pada keterampilan menulis puisi saat menggunakan metode outdoor untuk mahasiswa angkatan 2020 tadris bahasa Indonesia uinsu Medan saat itu mengalami peningkatan sampai memenuhi batas nilai yang sudah ditentukan oleh universitas. Peningkatannya dapat dilihat dari perbandingan nilai rata-rata dan persentase yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Sebelum dilaksanakannya kegiatan studi outdoor nilai mahasiswa kurang mencukupi dengan mahasiswa yang tuntas berjumlah 10 orang dengan persentase yang telah dilakukan. Dan kemudian meningkat menjadi 100% dengan jumlah 14 orang dari 14 mahasiswa yang tuntas pada penulisan puisi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of life in the Rejang Lebong folklore, which is based on the community and the younger generation who do not know folklore in their own area so they do not know the values in it. This is due to the many media that attract more attention to be heard and seen, such as television, cell phones, social media; facebook, instagram, tiktok and so on. In fact, there are actually many benefits that can be drawn from various folklore that are still alive in society. Through folklore, we can find out the values of life that are very useful for the present because these values are related to each other in living life and can be instilled in us to become even better human beings. This type of descriptive research uses a content analysis approach. Data collection techniques used library research, data analysis techniques by reading, identifying, classifying, describing and presenting research results based on Haris Supratno's theory of life values. The results showed that the nine values contained in the Rejang Lebong folklore are in accordance with Haris Supratno's theory of life values, namely educational values, religious values, moral values, leadership values, heroism values, courage values, simplicity values, mutual cooperation values and sacrifice values. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of applying the team quiz method to the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 122381 Pematang Siantar on theme 8 sub-theme 2. There are 2 hypotheses in this study namely, (1) there is an effect of applying the team quiz method to learning outcomes Science class V students (H1) and (2) there is no effect of applying the team quiz method to the science learning outcomes of class V students (H0). The method used in this study is an experimental method with a pre-experimental research design with a one group pre-test post-test design. The number of samples in this study were 24 people. Data collection was carried out by conducting tests, observation and documentation, the research data obtained was analyzed using statistical analysis. Based on the results of the T-test data analysis, it is known that the tcount is 10.4 while the ttable is 1.714 with a significance level of 0.05. So from saying that tcount > ttable. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the team quiz method on the science learning outcomes of class V UPTD SD Negeri 122381 Pematang Siantar. This means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 8 sub-themes 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba. There are 2 hypotheses in this study, namely: (ha) there is an influence of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba and (Ho) there is no effect of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes on theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba. This research was carried out in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research method is an experiment with a pre-experimental research design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttes Design research design. The sample of this research was 36 students consisting of 19 male students and 17 female students. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and tests. The data is processed using statistical analysis techniques. From the results of data analysis, it was found that tcount = 16.40 and ttable = 1.68 so that it can be concluded that tcount > ttable, so there is an influence of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba . This means Ha = accepted and Ho = rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this data was to determine the effect of the quantum teaching learning model on the ability to write narrative essays in class V of Bahbiak Siantar Adventist Private Elementary School. This research was carried out in the 2022/2023 school year. This research method is an experiment with a pre-experimental research design with a One-Group Pretest Post-test Design research design. The sample of this research is 33 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and tests. Data is processed using statistical analysis techniques with the N-gain test. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the ability to write narrative essays for fifth grade students had a normal with a final N-gain score of 0.52 in the moderate category. The pretest average score is 64.4 while the post-test average score is 83.5. The results of conceptual tests and problem solving strongly suggest that the use of the quantum teaching method in grade V can improve the effectiveness of students' narrative essay writing abilities in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to find out wheter LRD Strategy can improve students’ Reading Comprehension in Recount Text and to know the students’ responses toward the learning reading comprehension through LRD Strategy. The subjects of this research were the tenth grade students at SMA Budi Murni 3 Medan. In conducting this research, the writer used Classroom Action Research (CAR) as the method of the research. The data collected used quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data was gained from the result of pre-test, formative test and post-test. Meanwhile, qualitative data was gained from the result of field notes, observation sheets and questionnaire toward students and teacher activity. The result showed that LRD Strategy can improve the students’ reading comprehension especially in recount text. The improvement can be seen from the student’s mean score in the pre-test is 52.41, in the formative test is 74.48, and in the post-test is 80. Furthermore, the students’ responses toward the method of the teaching learning process sound great because above 90% of the students are interested, motivated and understand the lesson with LRD Strategy.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini menganalisis prinsip kerja sama yang di dalamnya terdapat maksim kuantitas, Maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, maksim pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu naskah drama yang berjudul Romeo & Juliet karya William Shakespeare. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh percakapan antara tokoh-tokoh yang ada dalam naskah drama tersebut dengan menganalisis pelangggaran dan pematuhan pada maksim kuantitas, Maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, maksim pelaksanaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan mencermati dialog untuk menyesuaikan dengan data yang akan ditemukan, mengklasifikasikan data sesuai dengan kategori, mendeskripsikan setiap hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan pelanggaran dan pematuhan pada maksim kuantitas, Maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, maksim pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan maskulinitas yang digambarkan pada tokoh Yeon Shi-Eun dalam drama Korea Weak Hero Class 1 dan implikasi hasil penelitian pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa adegan dan dialog. Wujud data berupa tuturan dan gambar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak, observasi tidak langsung dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode informal dengan pragmatik konteks, didukung oleh teori semiotika penanda dan petanda. Hasil penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tujuh kategori karakter menurut Janet Saltzman Chafetz diantaranya penampilan fisik laki-laki, fungsional laki-laki, seksual laki-laki, emosional laki-laki, intelektual laki-laki, interpersonal laki-laki, dan karakter personal laki-laki. Implikasi bagi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA kelas XI mengenai teks film/drama.
