Abstract

The learning process that is currently taking place is still using conventional media, namely by using blackboard media and printed books so that it is still not optimal in increasing understanding of good manners and morals for students. In this way students pay less attention to explanations because they still have to learn while playing. This makes the teachers overwhelmed because they have to explain the material while the students are still in the stage of liking the game. The method used in this research is the development of the Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE) system. To measure the success rate of understanding daily etiquette and morals from students, a test instrument is used, namely the alpha testing instrument, namely expert review (experts) and beta which will later be in the form of pretest and posttest. The results obtained at this time is an application of learning etiquette and daily morality that has been tested using alpha and beta testing methods. Based on the results of the expert review that has been carried out, the results obtained are 4.1 in the Very Valid category. Furthermore, for the results of the field test, namely the alpha and beta tests obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest, the average student got 88 results in the high category. This indicates an increase in learning from students before and after the use of animation applications.

Abstract

A film review is a subjective opinion of someone who has different feelings about each film. As a result, film enthusiasts will struggle to assess whether the film meets their requirements. Based on these issues, sentiment analysis is the best way to fix them. Sentiment analysis, also known as opinion mining, is the study of assigning views or emotional labels to texts in order to determine if the text contains positive or negative thoughts. The Nave Bayes method was chosen because it can classify data based on the computation of each class's probability against objects in a given data sample. The best model was created utilizing data without lemmatization, 500 vector sizes, and Nave Bayes classification, with an accuracy of 78.96 percent and a f1-score of 78.81 percent. Changes in vector size affect the system's capacity to foresee positive and negative sentiments. The difference in accuracy and recall values shows that when vector size 300 is utilized, the precision and recall outcomes are lower than when vector size 500 is used.

Abstract

The Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City annually holds a performance competition between villages to determine the best village by the criteria that have been determined. Selection is carried out through administrative selection, presentation selection, and visit selection, concerning Permendagri number 13 of 2007 concerning guidelines for organizing village and village competitions. For administrative selection, there are already separate rules and systems used to calculate the score of the assessment results. Presentation selection is judged by the mastery of the material, the appearance of giving the material, and the timeliness of the presentation. As for the selection of airy visits, it is assessed from superior products and innovations. So far in the process of assessing the presentation selection and field visit selection at the village competition at the level of the Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City, the assessment team formed by the Tanjungbalai City Datuk Camat still has difficulty in determining the best village performance due to differences of opinion between the assessment team and each other in determining the winner. In addition, the calculation process is still done manually so the calculation results take a long time and the possibility of miscalculation occurs. The results of the village performance competition are considered not objective, it should be worthy of being the best village but not getting it. For this reason, the application of decision support systems is needed to help provide recommendations with more accurate, effective, and efficient results.The method used in this decision support system is MFEP, as an alternative solution for decision-makers to easily determine the village performance competition that deserves the title of the best village based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The results of this study, can help in the assessment system of the Village Performance Competition at the Datuk District Office of Tanjungbalai City Where the results of sirantau village as the village with the best performance with a value of 3,765, then sijambi village with a value of 3,471 and johor panti village with a value of 3,412.

Abstract

Student activity can be carried out by utilizing interactive technology and easy to use by students. E-Learning is learning that utilizes electronic media such as the internet, interactive TV and audio to deliver learning materials anywhere and anytime. In research conducted at MAS Alamanaar PTPN IV Pulu Raja, several things became obstacles in the learning process, including the limitations of learning resources based on computer and telecommunications technology. Materials that are applicable or applied should train students more but lack facilities and infrastructure, learning is still normative. Students need broad access to learning, active, creative, and a challenging learning environment. The use of the internet has not been optimal in finding learning resources. The lack of interest and interest of students in participating in learning the subjects of the IA (Natural Science) Department using conventional methods so far, which is indicated to be in line with the low student learning outcomes. Especially during a pandemic like today, schools need learning media that can be done online. Based on these problems, to support the learning process in schools, an E-Learning platform was built that can help schools in learning the IA (Natural Sciences) Department, because the features in E-Learning really help teachers and students in doing online learning, such as features materials, assignments, discussions between students and subject teachers and final grades that can be seen directly by students. The application is built using the SDLC Waterfall Model. The research method used is a qualitative method, with interview data collection techniques, observation and literature study. The results of this study, E-Learning can facilitate teachers and students for teaching and learning activities, practice questions and can overcome obstacles to teaching and learning activities, so that the E-Learning system is feasible to be implemented as a means of supporting learning in schools.

Abstract

The development of the business world has entered a new era, where there are more and more new companies and competing companies in the service, trade, and manufacturing sectors. The higher the level of customer education, the customer will indirectly become critical and careful in making their choices. In a situation like this, the company must not only rely on the products it produces, but the company must also establish good relationships with each of its loyal customers so that customers will be loyal to the company. Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu is engaged in sales such as selling children's toys, household appliances and various types of gifts. The problems that occur at Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu are, the sales process at Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu is still doing conventional sales, there are no facilities that help customers to get information, submit an assessment of the product and also experience difficulties in processing and storing customer data. who have made buying and selling transactions, there is no facility for customers to submit complaints or product evaluations. This study utilizes CRM features that aim to help the service system at Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu to attract new customers and retain old customers and expand the sales system. This application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server. Abstract

Drugs are the most important needs in alleviating and overcoming complaints of illness suffered by patients, a patient will certainly go to the nearest drug store or pharmacy to ask for advice in drug selection to a pharmacist, as a pharmacy or drug store Of course, it is very dangerous to choose a pharmacist without proper knowledge and insight into medicines. Failure to choose a pharmacist will result in losses to the company or pharmacy as well as patient safety, so an expert understanding is needed to determine the standards of a pharmacist to be trusted, selecting employees using a decision support system is the right step to reduce the risk that will occur. in the future. The decision support system in this study uses the SWARA method in determining the weight of the criteria based on expert opinion and the Simple Additive weigh (SAW) method as a ranking method based on the highest value. The results of this study selected alternative A4 on behalf of Tika which has a value of 95% as the alternative that most meets the standards

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government made a revolving business capital assistance program, which is one of the program plans from the Durian Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sei Balai District which was created to address economic problems within the Durian Village, Sei Balai District. This revolving business capital assistance program in the form of credit funds was created to improve the quality of life of the poor by disbursing capital credit assistance to assist rural communities in developing businesses that were previously affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, making small businesses such as brick makers, pots, ornamental plants and farmers experience difficulties. the decrease in income in the village, then from the revolving business capital assistance program the targets of this program are small and medium enterprises (SMEs). So far, prospective recipients of funds at BUMDes Durian are still determined by holding a meeting by the Village Head and data storage and data processing of prospective recipients are still using Microsoft Office Word, which of course makes BUMDes take relatively longer time to make decisions. This old system is less effective because it cannot determine potential recipients of funds in a short time. For this reason, it is necessary to establish a new system that can be used to determine potential recipients of funds more easily and assist BUMDes in determining the eligibility of prospective beneficiaries of targeted assistance. The MFEP method is a multi-criteria decision support technique, that each alternative used consists of a number of criteria with values and each criterion itself has a weight to describe how important these criteria are compared to other criteria.

Abstract

UD. Putra Tunggal is a trading business that sells people's basic needs such as rice, cooking oil, sugar and other basic needs of the community. This trading business requires forecasting in an effort to process data and produce accurate reports. This is done because UD. Putra Tunggal to determine the demand for rice is unpredictable, so he often experiences a lack of supply of rice to be purchased in serving the demand for rice needed by customers. In designing this system, the author uses the Double Moving Average (DMA) forecasting method for the decision support process in determining the amount of rice stock to be sold for the next month, using the calculation method. Forecasting application is made using visual basic net 2010 programming language with Microsoft Access for data base. From making the system an application can be produced that can control demand optimally and economically and with a high level of accuracy and can predict the amount of rice demand at UD. Abstract

Data on the development of Covid-19 cases globally and in Indonesia and predictions of an increase in the number of cases, of course, it is necessary to take several steps in dealing with Covid-19, the community must implement physical distancing and maintain personal hygiene and the surrounding environment as preventive measures to suppress the spread of Covid-19. This is in accordance with WHO's appeal regarding strategic steps in dealing with the global Covid-19 pandemic. As in other countries, suspect Corona (people who show symptoms of being infected with COVID-19 and are suspected of having had contact with positive COVID-19 patients) are increasing in Indonesia so that requests for specimen tests at laboratories that have been appointed by the government have also increased. For this reason, another way is needed to detect COVID-19 that is more practical and faster by analyzing data using the Certainty Factor method. With the Covid-19 Early Detection expert system, so that it can provide convenience for Aek Kanopan Regional General Hospital (RSUD) doctors and patients in carrying out the Covid-19 Early Detection process in the database. Abstract

The development of smartphone technology with the Android platform has made very rapid progress. Smartphones help and facilitate daily human work such as communicating, shopping, and financial transactions. However, because android is an open- source system, anyone can easily develop android applications that can be downloaded on the android app market. Including applications that have been inserted by malware by application developers, one of which is the Trojan downloader malware. The analysis was carried out by implementing the Trojan downloader malware infection in the health dictionary application using the reverse engineering method. Trojan downloader malware infection uses metasploit framework tools. The application will be infected with the payload created from the metasploit framework. This study will analyze the health dictionary application before and after being infected with the Trojan downloader malware using the reverse engineering method. The results of the analysis on the health dictionary application found that the difference in the size of the application was 10.17 MB, which previously was 10.05 MB. Of course, by changing the file size, the SHA256 hashing changes automatically. In the permissions section, it was found that there were only 9 permissions before being infected, but after being infected, we found 18 additional permissions, bringing the total to 27 permissions
