ABSTRACT Media Pustakawan period 2017 - 2019 were analyzed using bibliometric methods aimed at finding out the number of articles, author productivity, authorship patterns, degrees of collaboration, institutions where author work, degree of collaboration , types of maritime, profession and cities where authors work. The data is downloaded from the Media Pustakawan website, https://ejournal.perpusnas.go.id/mp/index, then the data is processed using Microsof Exel and the results are presented in a table. Based on the results and discussion it can be concluded that during the period 2017 - 2019, Media Pustakawan published 96 articles, with an average productivity of 1.36 authors / articles, a single author dominated with an average degree of collaboration value of 0.271. Universities is the highest institution in contributing articles, especially from the State Islamic University. Arif Wicaksoo is the most prolific author with 4 articles, female authors are more productive than male authors. The librarian profession is in the first position as a contributor to writing, and Jakarta is the place where most authors work.

Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Koleksi Buku Di Perpustakaan Berdasarkan Studi Sirkulasi: Studi Kasus Di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Bangka Belitung Arja Kusuma

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatkan koleksi buku di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Bangka Belitung berdasarkan studi sirkulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi yaitu dari file data koleksi buku dan data peminjaman koleksi buku pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019. data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan excel, adapun hasilnya sebagai berikut koleksi buku yang diinput pada tahun 2017 kebelakang, berjumlah 9490 judul, dari jumlah tersebut sebanyak 5842 judul adalah koleksi buku yang dipinjam pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019, atau 61,6 % dari jumlah koleksi buku yang diinput pada tahun 2017 kebelakang. dari jumlah tersebut, yang terkait dengan kebutuhan infromasi dari jurusan/program studi ilmu hukum, ilmu politik, sosiologi dan ilmu ekonomi, diklasifikasikan kedalam ilmu sosial dan rata-rata dipinjam sebanyak 1549 judul pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019, dari jumlah tersebut sebanyak 903 judul selalu dipinjam pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019, sedangkan koleksi buku yang terkait dengan kebutuhan informasi dari jurusan/program studi matematika, fisika, kimia, dan biologi diklasifikasi kedalam ilmu alam, dan rata-rata dipinjam sebanyak 460,7 judul, dari jumlah tersebut sebanyak 267 judul selalu dipinjam pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019, sedangkan koleksi buku yang terkait dengan kebutuhan informasi dari jurusan teknik pertambangan, teknik sipil, teknik mesin, teknik elektro, akuntansi, manajemen, agroteknologi, agribisnis, ilmu kelautan, akuakultur, dan manajemen sumberdaya perairan yang diklasifikasikan kedalam ilmu terapan , rata-rata dipinjam sebanyak 1223 judul,dari jumlah tersebut sebanyak 498 judul selalu dipinjam pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019.

ABSTRACT Open access of the nuclear science and technology repository in the INIS database is open access in disseminating scientific information in the field of nuclear science and technology which contains full text for peaceful purposes to the whole world without having to enter a password. INIS is a unique and valuable information resource, offering global coverage of the nuclear literature. The purpose of this study is to find out how much Indonesia has contributed to sending research results to the INIS Repository. The method in this study used quantitative analysis, the data processed is taken using software or INIS applications. Data analyzed by describing the data that has been collected. Based on the results of the study, the processed data can be accessed in the INIS Repository of 6,142 titles. Indonesian-language articles as many as 5,676 titles and 466 titles in English. Material Science is the main subject with the most input as many as 821 titles (13.37%). Articles published in proceedings were 3,070 titles (50%) and in journals were 2,849 titles (46%). The highest rank of publication year between 1996-2000 is 1296 titles. Followed by the 2006 publications up to 2015, there were an average of 1079 titles. Then in 2001 - 2005 there were 1051 titles. The term descriptor most associated with the term elements is used 1,626 times. INIS Indonesia data that has been sent to the INIS Repository is published as many as 43 volumes from volume 7 to volume 51 and there are vacancies in volumes 22 and 29. The most published articles on volume 48 are 610 titles while at least on volume 25 are 6 articles. Open Access This INIS repository is very useful for users in addition to being able to provide information on the Nuclear Science and Technology literature all over the world can also be used as reference material for subsequent research.

Environmental problems are seen in the news. Scientific studies related to environmental problems are important in providing recommendations for solutions to environmental problems. The analysis of accredited electronic journals in the environmental field is carried out by descriptive methods, using data sources downloaded from http://issn.lipi.go.id/ and from http://sinta.ristekbrin.go.id/ with the aim of knowing: 1) Journal title and journal accreditation status; 2) Issuer; 3) Frequency of issue; 4) City of rise; 5) Journal citations. Furthermore the data is presented in tabular form for further analysis and conclusion drawing. The results of the study are known as many as 40 journal titles have been accredited with the level of SINTA 2 (22.50%), SINTA 3 (30%), SINTA 4 (27.50%), SINTA 5 (8%). Journal publishers are 27 state universities (67.50%), private universities 4 titles, (10%), state Islamic universities 1 (2.50%), public polytechnics 5 (12.50%), ministries 1 (2, 50%) and research institute 1 (2.50%) there is one professional association.( Asosiasi Pembina Hukum Lingkungan Indonesia). It is known that the frequency of publication of the journal is twice a year as many as 27 titles (67.50%), three times a year amounting to 9 (22, 50%), and four times a year 4 (10.00%). Bandung, Semarang, Jakarta, and Yogyakarta are the most published cities, each with 4 titles. There are three major journals which are widely cited, namely Enviroscienteae: Jurnal Ilmiah Bidang Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Alam dan Lingkungan (1,233 times), Jurnal Wilayah dan Lingkungan (1,294 times), and Jurnal Sumberdaya Alam dan Lingkungan (1,196 times). Research conclusions show that in Indonesia there are no accredited electronic journals at the SINTA level 1. Most publishers are state universities, and the Enviroscienteae : Jurnal Ilmiah Bidang Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Alam dan Lingkungan , published by the Bogor Institute of Agriculture, is the most cited journal (1,233 times).

Kajian Jurnal Open Access Pada Era Open Science: Studi Kasus Jurnal Annales Bogorienses Yupi Royani; Tupan Tupan

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis jurnal Annalles bogorienses sebagai jurnal open acces yang mulai terbit dari tahun 2004 sampai dengan sekarang tahun 2020 sebagai kajian dalam era open science. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi artikel berdasarkan tahun, nomer terbitan, mengetahui pola kepengarangan dalam rujukan, tingkat kolaborasi, pengarang terproduktif, pola afiliasi kepengarangan dan distribusi artikel berdasarkan kata kunci. Data yang dikumpulkan disusun dan dianalisis menggunakan spreadsheet MS-Excel. Metode analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa distribusi artikel terbanyak terjadi pada tahun 2018 yaitu sebanyak 12 artikel (9,375%) dengan terbitan nomer 1 lebih banyak yaitu 76 artikel (59,38%) dibandingkan dengan nomer 2 hanya 52 artikel (40,62%). Kolaborasi yang terbanyak dilakukan adalah bertiga sebanyak 34 artikel, kolaborasi berempat sebanyak 31 artikel. Derajat kolaborasi penulis pada jurnal Annales bogoriensis selama kurun waktu 2004-2019 adalah 0,78 -1,0. Pola kepengarangan didominasi secara berkolaborasi dengan jumlah pengarang kolaborasi 121 artikel (94,53%) dibanding dengan penulis tunggal yang hanya 7 artikel (5,47%). Tri Muji Ermayanti dan Wien Kusbaryoto merupakan penulis paling produktif selama 2004 –2019 dengan jumlah artikel masing masing sebanyak 10. Institusi yang paling banyak mempublikasikan pada jurnal Annales Bogoriensis berasal dari Pusat Penelitian Bioteknologi LIPI sebanyak 94 artikel, kemudian disusul pada urutan kedua adalah Pusat Penelitian Biologi LIPI dan Pusat Penelitian Kimia LIPI masing masing 8 artikel dengan kata kunci terbanyak adalah rice sebanyak 12 artikel, kemudian disusul antibodies, Eschericha coli, in vitro culture, masing-masing 7 artikel.

Tujuan Perpustakaan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang sebagai sebuah Perpustakaan di Perguruan Tinggi adalah menunjang terlaksanannya Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan wajah baru sebagai bentuk transformasi dan perubahan layanan Perpustakaan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Untuk lebih mendekatkan dan memperkenalkan perkembangan layanan yang berjalan saat ini pada pemustaka dari berbagai kalangan yang sudah mulai tersedia dengan cara lebih menarik, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informasi diperoleh dari informan yaitu pustakawan yang bertugas di Perpustakaan Lingkungan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian adalah Perpustakaan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang menunjukkan kepeduliannya untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan kebutuhan pemustaka dengan menampilkan wajah baru dalam setiap layanannya. Pengenalan terhadap berbagai transformasi layanan perpustakaan yang berkembang saat ini telah dikemas dengan berbasis teknologi informasi.

This study aims to determine the service innovation carried out by UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research data were processed using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data was collected by observation techniques, interviews, and documentation study on UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library’s website and social medias. The results showed that: UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library had made service innovations in various aspects during the Covid-19 pandemic. First, do online loan system. Second, open online member registration. Third, create live chat application on the website. Fourth, provide e-book collections on the website and Google play store application. Fifth, hold webinars and online discussions.

This study aims to identify and describe the innovation activities and literacy movements carried out by the West Java Community Library Forum (FTBM) and the Jatmika Bandung Community Library (TBM) in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. This study aims to obtain an empirical picture of creative innovations created by FTBM in the West Java region, especially at TBM Jatmika Bandung, in order to remain productive in providing collection services and activities aimed at improving the culture of reading or community literacy during the pandemic. The results of the study show that each FTBM and TBM in the West Java region collaborate with each other and play an active role in creating innovative literacy activities and movements virtually or online without reducing the spirit of community literacy energy and literacy activists in West Java. FTBM and TBM in West Java created a new strategy, namely by transforming all of their activities into alternative digital media to encourage literacy activities with new faces that are more fun. In addition, this strategy is also useful in providing convenience for the community in meeting literacy needs wherever and whenever. Thus, TBM can continue to play a role as a means to increase reading interest and literacy skills of the people of West Java even in the midst of a pandemic.

Layanan Penelusuran Informasi dan Layanan Turnitin Pada PSBB di Perpustakaan Institut Pertanian Bogor dan Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah Mada Rita Komalasari; Wahyu Supriyanto

The world is currently facing a very severe pandemic, namely Covid-19. This has had a negative impact on various aspect of life such as economics, social, culture and so on. Libraries as an information service centres are also affected by the COVID-19. Librarians as information managers must have serious effort so that the user are not negatively affected by the emergence of this pandemic. Or even though it was affected, it did not hamper their studies in finding and obtaining the needed information and library services. The purpose of this study is to analyze library service statistics in terms of information retrieval and Turnitin services as well as to find out the librarian’s strategy in providing services during the pandemic. The method used is quantitative descriptive, comparing library services in 2019 (before the pandemic) with 2020 (during the pandemic), at IPB University and Gadjah Mada Univerity Libraries. The results of a stydy at IPB University Libraries show that there has been an increase in information retrieval services and turnitin services. Likewise, at the Gadjah Mada University Library, online services have been increasing for tracking final works and checking plagiarism by turnitin.

The Covid 19 pandemic has had a changing impact on public service institutions. So that many government agencies or institutions, include National Library of Indonesia, make various innovation to services for the community in Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this article is to determine innovations in the library service of the National Library of Indonesia during the Covid 19 pandemic. This article method uses descriptive-qualitative in the form of words / narratives. The data collection techniques used were participant observation through observation, open interviews and documentation of literature studies. During the Covid 19 pandemic, National Library of Indonesia did not lose their minds to provide information services to users, namely by making various innovations in the service sector. The innovations that have been made by the librarian of the National Library of Indonesia are virtual membership cards, direct interaction through live chat and online user guidance from various provinces. Being in a pandemic period builds creative power and has a positive impact on both librarians and visitors.
