Abstract

To achieve the real time data warehouse is strongly influenced by the process in the data warehouse known as Extract, Tranform, Loading (ETL). One way to optimize the ETL process is processing only data that undergoes changes on the On Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) system. This technique is known as Change Data Capture (CDC) which is designed to maximize the efficiency of the ETL process. In this research middleware was built as a place where the ETL process will be carried out, transaction data from the OLTP system will be captured and sent directly to the middleware for further processing. The method used to capture changes in OLTP systems is Change Data Capture (CDC) based on Event Driven Programming, where this technique relies on events that occur in OLTP in capturing data changes. Functional testing is done by making a simulation of the insert and update processes in test applications namely OLTP CRM system. The results of the research obtained are (1) Change Data Capture (CDC) based on Event Driven Programming can capture changes in data that occur in OLTP CRM database;(2) ETL process to load data from Normalized Data Store (NDS ) to data warehouse with Timestamp technique can load data that only undergoes changes that are processed to be loaded in Data Warehouse;(3) An increase in the amount of data that is processed has an effect on increasing processing time. Other factors that affect the value of process time are execution plan and cache memory

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had a major impact on the development of the industry to simplify the business processes involved. Event Organizer in the field of conference events is one of them which has many activities in one event that can be held more than one day. The management information system will assist and facilitate event activities in terms of ticket sales, booths, accommodation and activities outside of events such as tours held by organizer. The research methodology carried out begins with interviews with business operators organizing the event to look for functional requirements which are then produced at the end of the research a system that is in accordance with the needs to assist ongoing activities.

Abstract

The chairman and owner of PT. Z Bali considers the employees who work in his company to be very important for the continuity of the industry in his company, so he is very concerned about what the employees need. His attention to the needs of his employees is realized by giving bonuses to employees who have the best performance in the company. Periodically he assigns tasks to the Human Resources Department (HRD) in his company to process the best employee selection or employees who have good quality work. But the best employee selection process at PT. Z Bali is still done manually and only based on the subjectivity of the HRD, this led to the HRD has trouble making decisions, so sometimes there is an employee who obtained the title of the best people by just looking at the first criteria, but these employees have not been certainly excelled on some other criteria. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to Designing a Decision Support System for the Best Employee Selection Using AHP Method Case Study PT. Z Bali to be able to help the difficulties that are being faced by the Human Resources Department (HRD) at PT. Z Bali.

Abstract

The need for data and information access makes a college build or use an information system to support their operational activities. Users will feel very helpful if the existing system can help their work, taking into aspects of user experience can help in achieving this. The experience of users using the system needs to be studied to determine the level of user satisfaction with the system that has been developed. The main purpose of this study is to assess aspects of user experience in terms of usability. The usefulness of the aspects measured includes effectiveness, efficiency, learning ability and satisfaction. Effectiveness is measured using the first click testing technique and calculating errors during the usability test process. Efficiency is calculated by finding the time needed to complete the task. User measured satisfaction with the system was measured using the SUS questionnaire. SEQ is used to measure the level of difficulty of tasks or scenarios given during the test. Based on the assessment of the respondents, usability aspects of the system have been achieved, but there are additional things that must be addressed related to system design to improve the usability aspect.

Abstract

The warehouse section of a hotel requires good IT governance support to ensure operational activities in the warehouse run smoothly, especially in matters relating to IT Resource (Hardware, Software and Infrastructure). So that to ensure IT governance in the warehouse of a hotel has been running well or not, it is necessary to evaluate the IT governance. Based on that, the purpose of this research is to evaluate IT governance in the warehouse section of a hotel. Evaluation is carried out by an audit process to assess the maturity of IT governance through calculation of capability levels using the COBIT 5 framework on the Delivery, Service and Support (DSS) domains. The research was conducted in a case study at Mercure Bali Nusa Dua Hotel with the conclusion that the level of IT governance capabilities in the warehouse section at Mercure Bali Nusa Dua Hotel is at the level of Managed Process with capability level 2.5, which indicates that IT governance in the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua Hotel warehouse section has been well managed in terms of planning, supervision and control of IT services. Recommendations are given in accordance with the audit results with hope that the company can achieve the expected capability level by making improvements to IT processes that have the greatest capability gap

Abstract

Balinese Calendar, the result of astronomy development, is the foundation for Balinese religious implementation as one of the key elements of tourism industry in Bali. In addition to the printed and electronic versions, an engine that can be used to function as a service for advanced application development is not yet available. Balinese calendar is one of the complementary materials commonly used by Sulinggih in giving consultations about days considered to be the most appropriate to perform ceremonies. Sulinggih is a figure considered to have expertise in Balinese Calendar and its uses. This research will transfer the basic knowledge of Balinese Calendar into an engine on MySQL machine. After the engine undergoes a test, a text-based dialogue model will be designed to form a Sulinggih robot with various natural language algorithms so that it can be accessed through social media messenger services, namely telegram. In order to successfully conduct this research, a phase of system development will be carried out by referring to the System Development Life Cycle model. The process of developing dialog model will involve the use of ISONER framework which will be modified to function as an Enterprise Service Bus(ESB)

Abstract

To adapt technology trends and work efficiency in public services, Indonesia Government in 2003 started to make a base foundation about how e-government system should be build on the upper government of each regency. Following that law, each regency started to implement their process and services to citizens into their own e-government system. Klungkung regency is a part of Bali Province that still have some parts of its services still going on conventional way, especially on buildings permit. While Klungkung Regency was separated by sea, and has a plan to increase its region documentation, this conventional way sometimes not effective to run. This research will propose a model about building permit system that can be build on top of city planning information system that Klungkung Regency has. Proposed model successfully done with requirements and specification from interview with the authorities, with implementation on user-interface design and technical design on the database

Abstract

Various types of daily necessities are available at all-round cooperatives. The Udayana University Karya Bina Sejahtera Civil Servants Cooperative. This cooperative is included as an all-round cooperative that sells various kinds of daily goods and transactions occur every day with considerable intensity. This causes the cooperative to be able to fulfill the demand for goods from the buyer and keep the items sold in good condition. So that in storing the stock of goods must be able to adjust so that the goods are not excessive in inventory or less in the inventory of goods to be sold. Seeing the problems described above, the author feels the need to build a system that can help the cooperative in determining the number of goods ordered. The recommendation system can be built with several methods. One method that can be used is to use the fuzzy logic method. Researchers want to do a study that aims to help in recommending ordering purchases of goods to be ordered based on the number of sales transactions of goods needed from existing data. To make a recommendation for the number of orders for goods, it will be calculated using the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic method which is considered suitable to assist in terms of recommending the number of goods purchase orders. With the calculation of this fuzzy logic, the cooperative will later be able to pay attention to the determination of the number of purchase orders for goods so as not to cause excess stock or stock shortages. The development of a system of recommendations for planning stock items can help the cooperative to provide a reference for the number of orders that must be ordered in order to reduce the occurrence of ordering errors as previously explained, such as excess stock or lack of stock
