JURNAL OPTIMALISASI (JOPT) merupakan jurnal elektronik online yang diterbitkan oleh Program studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Teuku Umar. JOPT memuat kajian dibidang Manufaktur, Ergonomi dan Manajemen Rantai Pasok. Abstract

Brick molding company has been very flourishing in Nagan Raya, but in this study focuses on molding bricks located at the Blang Bintang, Simpang Maklina, Gampong Cot Beetle, district. Kuala, Nagan Raya. Problems that occur in this company include: determining the standard time work, measuring work time using work sampling method, measuring the working time, calculating standard labor. This study aims to measure the standard time by determining the amount of labor. This research work sampling method. This conduct by direct observation activities of operators in completing the work which is then used to measure the labor force. Standard time operator workload and hours of productive work in completing the work, so that can know the amount of labor that should be employed. The analysis results obtained in this study .2350 minute of normal time, standard time of 0.2355 min, whereas the number of personnel is 0.0532. It can be concluded that the normal time as much as 5.32% so that idle time is still too big.Key Words: Standard Time , Work Sampling , Workload, Labor.

Abstract

Have done analyzing the proposed improvement of product quality by method Seven Tools. From the calculation and analysis tools with seven methods that have been done there are three defects that occur on the production floor with the number of product defects due to a loose assembly of 196 pieces with a percentage of 59.57%, and disability as a result of gluing the loose many as 82 pieces of disability (24, 92%), the smallest of disability by 51 disability (15.50%) which is due to lack of good raw material. The cause product defects occur due to human factors, machine, material, method, and the work environment, so that it can be said that the process is out of control. By using Seven tools in controlling the quality of products, can know and minimize the occurrence of product defects so that the quality and product quality under control.Keywords : Seven tools, product quality, disability.

Abstract

This evaluation is crucial to develop a better understanding on whether the new Information System is applicable in supporting the staff duties and work responsibilities.This present study is aimed atevaluating the performance of the Information System based on the end-user’s point of view. This research is a descriptive-quantitative field study. In the data analysis, the framework of Information Technology of Balanced Scorecard was used to the secondary user-level respondents (in total of 19 staff consists of 15 managers, assistants, supervisors and experts) which and consists of four perspectives; they are namely, Corporate Contribution, Stakeholder, Operational Excellence, and Future Orientation. The user satisfaction rate was categorized as low, medium and high level. Based on the analysis, the satisfaction rate as per the ITBSC are as follows: low at 10.5%, medium at 84.2% and high at 5.3%. In general, it was found that user satisfaction rate from the perspective of the secondary user (managerial) 92.8% from the expected rate.Keywords: Information Technology of Balanced Scorecard,user satisfaction, evaluation of information systems.

Abstract

This evaluation is crucial to develop a better understanding on whether the new Information System is applicable in supporting the staff duties and work responsibilities. This present study is aimed at evaluating the performance of the Information System based on the end-user’s point of view. This research is a descriptive-quantitative field study. In the data analysis, the framework of End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) was used to the primary user-level which consist of five variables, namely, Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use and Timeliness and an additional variabel, satisfaction. A total of 39 questionnaires were distributed to operators in PT PLN Langsa. Based on the analysis, the satisfaction rate as per the EUCS are as follows: low at 25.6%, medium at 56.64% and high at 18%. The percentage of user satisfaction to the information sistem is at 72,9% from the expected rate.Keywords: End-user computing satisfaction, user satisfaction, evaluation of information systems.

Abstract

IKM selection process was conducted by comparing the GAP method is the difference between IKM indicator with standart value citeria indicator that given value. The results obtained from the determination of the selection criteria used eight criteria of product, price, place, promotion, process, people, physical environment, productivity and quality. A model that is designed to help decision making process in granting the aid DISPERINDAGKOP evenly. Based on the calculation results proved that the system has been designed to provide recommendation on IKM which can be selected as recipient of aid.Keywords: Election IKM, GAP Method, Decision Making System

Abstract

hydrotermal method. Hydrotermal method is environmentally frendly way. This matter becaused hydrothermal method is using materials that are safe for life. Sodium hexa titanate is a semiconductor matterial that is widely used in various fields, such as is used as a photocatalyst material. From the characterization results, Na2Ti6O13 with size of 48.44 nm, and energy gap of 3.40 eV has been prepared. Na2Ti6O13 has a monoclinic crystal system with lattice parameters of a = 15.210 Å, b = 3.744 Å, c = 9.165 Å, and β = 99.050o. Photocatalyst activity was tested under UV light irradiation for 3 hours. Degradation of methylene blue (MB) by Na2Ti6O13 is found to be at 51%.Keywords: Photocatalyst, Na2Ti6O13, Degradation methylene blue

Abstract

Gas stations Mawaddah Is one of the gas stations located in the Village Batuphat East Lhokseumawe. The gas station has 5 oil pumps consisting of premium with two pumps, diesel consists of two pumps, and pertamax consists of one pump. Preliminary data have been made regarding the arrival rate of vehicles in each pump, which is a two-wheeled premium filling pump of 195 vehicles, four or more 166 wheels or four wheels filling pumps, four or more diesel fuel pumps of 156 and a feeding pump of 138 vehicles. High vehicle arrival rate resulted in queue. To calculate the level of service has never been done so it is not known the maximum time for service on each pump. The research method used is queuing model related to arrival rate and service level, with result of research which obtained is vehicle arrival rate at each pump that is 2 wheel of premium gasoline pump is 2.59 minutes. The premium 4 wheels charging pump is 6.98. The 4 wheelers diesel fuel pump is 5.97 minutes and the first charging pump is 6.65 minutes with the facility number 1. Vehicle service rates of premium 2 and 4 wheelers are 15.52 minutes and 14.11 minutes, 4 wheel diesel fuel pump is 14.21 minutes and the first feed pump is 13.55 minutes with scenario design on each pump is Scenario 1 with 2 pumps, Probability of medium system empty 0.87500, Number of subscribers in the system and number of customers waiting in the queue of each 1 customer, the average customer time in the system 0.06696 minutes and waiting time as long as the customer in the queue 0.00030 minutes.Keywords: Queue, facility, arrival rate, service rate.

Abstract

Gayo coffee scattered in the mountains and being in two districts of the central highlands and Central Aceh district has become the center of world attention. GayoArabicacoffeehas a uniquemanifoldandthe added valuecreatedby themountainous natureGayo. This factor makes Gayo Arabica coffee has the added value that is not replaceable by other similar commodities. The success of the stakeholders Gayo coffee obtain certification which is organic, fairtrade, coffee practice and Geographic indication that can be a proof of the worldwide recognition of the quality and added value of this coffee. The average price of the last on the coffee harvest season in March 2012 ranged between Rp 100.000,- until Rp 110.000,- in each Kg greanbean on exporter level. Determination of clusters of farmers the right so that the quality and price of supplies could be predicted well by the cooperative as exporters are very important. These routes and ketelusuran origin coffee blend in one location with other location mebuat coffee quality decreases. Mapping the supply of unclear origin uniformity of the quality of the coffee making is difficult to determine. This effect on selling prices decreased overall coffee farmers to the detriment of farmers with good quality coffee. The good name of the cooperative from the viewpoint of importers deteriorate as evidenced by a decrease in the purchase price of the importer in the contract.The sampling process quality coffee supply also becomes difficult because unhomogenity supply region. Supply region is crucial to the quality of the coffee due influenced the position and height of the land. Thus, this research is expected to help formulate clusters of farmers so that the quality and price of coffee could be improved both in terms of farmers and exporters. Abstract

Quality problems have led to the tactics and strategy of the company as a whole in order to have a competitive and survive against global competition with other companies' products. One of the activities in creating quality to fit the standard is to implement proper quality control system, have clear objectives and stages, as well as providing innovations in the prevention and solution of the problems facing the company. This study was carried out in the UKM manufacturing of dry bread which aims to create kulaitas penegndalian system that can minimize the amount of disability products produced. The tools that used in this research are seven tools. The results showed that there are two dominant variables that cause the bread kecacaatn deformed and charred by 20.5%. Through the analysis of a causal diagram can be seen the factors causing damage in production is derived from a human factors / workers, machinery production, working methods, materials / raw materials. This study gives an overview on the real condition of the object studied, requiring further studies on preventive measures that can be done in controlling the process of product quality testing.Keywords : Quality, statistic, seven tools, UKM

Abstract

Change the status of University College Teuku Umar became the government automatically has an influence on the changing demands of the organizational structure effectively and efficiently in accordance with service needs and organizational rules that apply. Organizational changes that occur in the work environment Teuku Umar University must also be accompanied by the provision of adequate human resources and competent, thus supporting the implementation of excellent service. No employee performance has not been able to run the organization function effectively and efficiently, thus greatly affecting service performance work environment Teuku Umar University. The results of the study in this paper shows that the factors that influence employee performance environment of the University of Teuku Umar include quality of work, attitude, initiative, responsibility, mastery of work, quantity of work and labor relations. The influence of the relationship of organizational change on employee performance seen in the regression coefficient obtained is Y = 0.771 + 0.778 X, where Y is the dependent variable in the form of employee performance and X is the independent variable or organizational change. This test also inform the level of closeness of their relationship by 67.20%.Keywords : Influence, organization, employee performance.
