Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with learning motivation in students and counseling Jabal Ghafur University. This research uses Pearson product Moment analysis technique with sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The subjects of the study were counseling students of Jabal Ghafur University with a sample of 79 students. Based on the results of data analysis shows there is a very significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence with learning motivation, where rxy = 0.555; p = 0,000 (p [0.050). The result of the research shows that the prospect of counseling of Jabal Ghafur University has high emotional intelligence, because the empirical average value is 97,354 difference with the average hypothetical value of 77,5 over SD or SB number of 8, 184, while the students' learning motivation is high because empirical 135, 658 in the presence of a hypothetical average value of 110 to the number of SD or SB amounted to 11, 613. Abstract

Dalam Pasal 6 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 Tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya bahwa "sistem penyangga kehidupan merupakan satu proses alami dari berbagai unsur hayati dan non-hayati yang menjamin kelangsungan kehidupan makhluk". Pasal 43 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 yang menyatakan "bahwa setiap orang yang memiliki, mengelola, dan atau memanfaatkan hutan yang kritis atau tidak produktif, wajib melaksanakan rehabilitasi hutan untuk tujuan perlindungan dan konservasi". Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan di dampingi oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang bergerak di bidang kehutanan dan di fasilitasi oleh Pemerintah Provinsi. Hasil hutan berupa kayu maupun hasil hutan ikutan dapat diekspor ke luar negeri, sehingga mendatangkan devisa bagi negara. Ditinjau dari segi kepentingan manusia yang dapat merasakan manfaat hutan secara tidak langsung dapat dibagi dua, yaitu: manusia sebagai individu (butir a sampai g) dan manusia sebagai warga negara. Manfaat hutan tersebut diperoleh apabila hutan terjamin eksistensinya sehingga dapat berfungsi secara optimal. Fungsi­fungsi ekologi, ekonomi dan sosial dari hutan akan memberikan peranan nyata apabila pengelolaan sumber daya alam berupa hutan seiring dengan upaya pelestarian guna mewujudkan pembangunan nasional berkelanjutan. Abstract

Pada penelitian yang berjudul "Tanggapan Siswa Terhadap Manfaat Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Olahraga dalam Pengembangan Prestasi dan Potensi Diri”, bertujuan ingin mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman siswa pada sekolah jenjang paling bawah tersebut terhadap danpak atau pengaruh dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga yang diselenggarakan di sekolah mereka, sperti difahami bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan potensi olahraga yang siswa miliki. Apakah dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler gersebut dapat merubah prestasinya ke arah yang lebih baik ataupun paling tidak ia menemukan potensi dan bakat yang terpendam selama ini, sehingga ia akan selalu menggeluti cabang olahraga tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskreptif. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Pasi Rawa Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie, yang berjumlah sebanyak 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengumpulan data dengan mengedarkan angket yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan yang terkait dengan asumsi siswa terhadap manfaat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga terhadap prestasi dan penggalian potensi mereka, angket yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dan angket terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 59,30% siswa atau lebih dari setengah siswa menjawab senang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler disekolahnya, tanapa paksaan siapapun serta mereka memahami bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat meningkatkan prestasi serta mampu menggali potensi olahraga yang mereka miliki. Sehingga kedepannya diharapkan kegiatan ini terus dapat dilaksanakan oleh para guru, terutama guru Penjasorkes, terutama untuk menanamkan dasar-dasar olahraga pada siswanya, serta membibing dan meningkatkan prestasi siswa sedini mungkin. Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of growth and production of sweet corn plants due to the provision of bokashi and coconut water ZPT and the presence or absence of interaction between the two factors tested. This research was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture of Jabal Ghafur University Sigli from June 03 until August 08, 2017. This research using Randomized Block Design (RAK) of factorial pattern consists of two factors, namely bokashi and ZPT Coconut Water. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so there were 9 treatment combinations and 27 experimental units. The Bokashi (B) factor consists of: 3.6 kg per plot (B1), 6 kg per plot (B2), 8.4 kg per plot) (B3) and Coconut Water ZPT factor (A) consists of: 500ml / liter water per plot (A1), 1000ml / liter of water per plot (A2) and 1500 ml / liter of water per plot (V3). The results showed that, Bokashi and ZPT Coconut Water had no significant effect on all parameters observed and no interaction between them. Keywords: Bokashi, ZPT Coconut Water and Sweet Corn

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of social studies learning through the type of STADm in class VI students of SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The research subjects were teachers, class VI students at SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. The technique of collecting data uses tests and non-tests. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed: (1) The skill of the first cycle teacher got a score of 19 good categories, and the second cycle of the score 30 was very good. (2) Activity of the first cycle students get a score of 17.14 enough categories, and the second cycle scores 25.32 in the good category. (3) The percentage of classical completeness in student learning outcomes in cycle 1 is 55%, and increases in cycle 2 to 91%. The conclusion of the study through the type of STAD can improve the quality of social studies learning including teacher skills, student activities, learning outcomes of SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. Abstract

This research entitled "Application of Democratic Values in Teaching and Learning Process in SMA Negeri 1 Mila Pidie" formulation of the problem; 1) How is the application of democratic values in the teaching and learning process of Civic Education subjects ?, 2) What are the barriers experienced by teachers in applying democratic values in the learning process ?. Research purposes; 1) to know the application of democratic values in teaching and learning process of Civic Education subjects, and 2) to know the obstacles faced by teachers in applying democratic values. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The population of this study is all teachers of Civic Education. using sampling sampling, data collection Observations and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the application of democratic values in teaching and learning process subjects of Civic Education has been done well by teachers, although there are obstacles experienced by teachers. The conclusion of the researcher are: 1) Application of democratic values; tolerance, cooperation, and consensus, striving to maintain differences, fostering friendship among students, developing mutual understanding of each other, and teaching openness and dialogue, applying diversity values through lecture models and discussions about cultural riches. 2) Obstacles experienced by teachers of this application is the method of teaching and learning that is used for example; a lecture model that can bore students, material democracy is vast. Suggestion; a) To the teacher in the teaching and learning process always prioritize the values of democracy, so that the learning process can be used as a guide to a more effective and efficient. b) To the students in terms of teaching and learning process for the application of democratic values to be more pro-active to implement in taking a decision, policy, resolve conflict, and the achievement of learning objectives and can improve student learning achievement. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsiskan karakteristik bahasa guru BK pada SMP Kecamatan Bandar Baru, Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Asumsi penelitian adalah (1) persoalan karakteristik bahasa guru BK pada SMP Kecamatan Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya sangat perlu diperhatikan, (2) karakteristik bahasa guru BK dapat meningkatkan moral dan prestasi siswa melalui pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling, (3) kajian ini dapat dijadikan bahan acuan dalam pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK pada SMP Kecamatan Bandar Baru, Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan-tuturan yang dihasilkan oleh guru BK. untuk mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan teknik simak (observasi). Tindakan penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: (1) tahap reduksi data yang terdiri dari mentrankrip data, identifikasi data, dan klasifikasi data,(2) tahap penyajian dan penjelasan data, (3) tahap penarikan simpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik bahasa guru BK pada SMP Kecamatan Bandar Baru Kabupaten Pidie Jaya adalah sebagai berikut, pertama dari segi ungkapan verbal langsung ditemukan dua aspek ungkapan verbal langsung yaitu (1) aspek menyebutkan perasaan dan memberikan nama pada perasaan, (3) aspek menunjukkan bentuk tindakan yang ingin dilakukan. Kedua, dari aspek ungkapan verbal tidak langsung ditemukan tujuh aspek ungkapan, yaitu (1) memerintah, (2) bertanya, (3) menuduh, (4) menyindir, (5) memuji, (6) mencela, (7) memakai sebutan. Disimpulkan, karakteristik bahasa guru BK pada SMP Kecamatan Bandar Baru, Kabupaten Pidie Jaya sudah menggunakan karakteristik bahasa yang baik namun perlu adanya banyak peningkatan. Abstract

Pengadilan merupakan lembaga kehakiman yang independen dalam menyelesaikan atau memutuskan suatu sengketa. Lembaga kekuasaan kehakiman ini merupakan ciri terpenting setiap Negara hukum yang demokratis. Putusan pengadilan yang dijatuhkan terhadap suatu sengketa mempunyai 3 macam kekuatan yaitu: kekuatan mengikat, kekuatan pembuktian dan kekuatan eksekutorial. Dalam hal pembatalan sertifikat hak atas tanah, pengadilan tidak mempunyai kewenangan untuk membatalkan sertifikat tersebut. Pengajuan gugatan ke pengadilan hanya untuk memperoleh kejelasan siapa pemilik yang sah atas tanah yang disengketakan dan untuk menyatakan sertifikat yang bersangkutan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum. Kewenangan penerbitan dan pembatalan sertifikat ada pada BPN sebagaimana yang ditentukan dalam Peraturan Presiden No. 10 Tahun 2006 tentang Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Adapun permasalah yang timbul apakah sertifikat yang dinyatakan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum oleh pengadilan tetapi belum dibatalkan oleh BPN masih mempunyai kekuatan sebagai akta otentik? Dan apakah perbuatan-perbuatan hukum masih dapat dilakukan atas dasar sertifikat tersebut? Kunci: Kedudukan Putusan Pengadilan

Abstract

Every organization that is formed, is cooperation between several people who have a purpose. In the process of achieving that goal many factors are determining, the only regular management factor, the success or failure of an organization or institution is determined from the orderly administration and management and the person who leads the organization concerned. It is clear that a good management arrangement as well as a regular administration will determine the success of a business in every management process to achieve a specific purpose.In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of office management, it is necessary to implement various office activities based on a system so that the desired goals will reach the target. The tasks assigned to each section must be refused to prevent abuse or overlap in the performance of the task.The skills of an employee is very supportive to the process of office management in an organization, because without a skilled employee it is unlikely to be able to support work activities and can not also improve the ability of work so that the need for guidance on employees continuously. In terms of coaching the employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Pidie Regency.To overcome this problem, the government has tried to pursue various ways, either by training or upgrading in a staffing field or by creating new, more efficient and effective methods in order to improve the management and administration process by completing the tools that are carried out continuously. Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning motivation which will ultimately improve student learning outcomes in learning English Class XI Science. 3 by implementing the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) cooperative learning in SMA 1 Bandar Baru, the second semester of the 2013/2014 school year. This type of research includes action research. The subjects of this study were students of Class XI Science. 3 in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Baru. The results of this study indicate: Through the results of classroom action research at Bandar Baru 1 High School there was an increase in learning motivation, namely in the first cycle the average was 65.77 while in the second cycle it was 80.38. Before learning is done with the STAD Method (Student Team Achievement Division) the student score is 61.35. In the first cycle the results of student evaluations on English subjects get an average score of 68.85, meanwhile, student learning activities and teacher performance obtain a value of 64.80% and 62.50% while in the second cycle get an average score of 77 , 31. From the study there was an increase in learning completeness as much as in the first cycle of 46% and in the second cycle was 88%. Student learning activities increased to 73.00%, while teacher performance increased to 87.50 Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of classroom action research through the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) cooperative learning method for learning English in order to increase learning motivation with itself can improve learning outcomes for students of Class XI Science. 3 SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Baru.
