Abstract

One indicator of sharia financial management is funding made by students. However, not all students manage their finances well. This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic financial literacy and lifestyle variables on students' Islamic financial management. The authors utilized a cross-sectional survey. The sample size used was 104 students of class X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency and census as the sampling technique. As for determining the size of the questionnaire using google form through the student's WhatsApp group and having tested its validity and reliability. The author utilized a logistic regression model for testing. The results showed that sharia financial literacy was a significant determinant in improving Islamic financial management. In other words, the higher the student's financial literacy, the better the possibility to manage finances in a sharia manner for students. This showed that the higher student knowledge about finance, managerial ability in sharia would increase. Likewise, students' lifestyles were also a significant determinant in improving students' sharia financial management. The lifestyle in question was that students carry out positive activities, had high interest in learning, had a positive opinions, allocated money appropriately, and utilized money according to their needs. Student lifestyle had a higher influence than financial literacy in determining sharia financial management. The findings of this study provide scientific contributions, especially in the field of education and help students to have good attitudes and behavior in managing finances inside and outside school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the distribution of zakat to the ulemas on the welfare of the community in Astambul District, Banjar Regency. The majority of people in Astambul District, Banjar Regency, distribute zakat to scholars compared to other mustahik. This of course will have an impact on the welfare of the clergy and the poor and can ultimately result in inequality of welfare. This research is field research conducted in Astambul District, Banjar Regency. By observing the description of the activities, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method to try to gather information and solve problems. The description is then analyzed to find out how zakat is distributed to the clerics in Astambul District, Banjar Regency. Analysis can also be used to find out how the impact of the distribution of zakat to scholars has on mustahik who live in the vicinity. This study produced many first findings: the distribution of zakat to scholars is carried out personally. Second: the community distributes zakat to scholars in the hope of getting the blessings of a scholar and repaying teachers who have taught them knowledge. Third: the majority of scholars who receive zakat from muzakki do not keep it for themselves, but distribute it back to those who need it most in the form of alms so that this distribution does not affect welfare inequality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety to the employee’s performance at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang Utility Division IB which amounts to 52 employees. This study used saturated sampling techniques. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection technique used is through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is sample linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the occupational health and safety had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang Utility Division IB. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Incentives, and Working Hours on the Performance of Kumon Puskopad Employees. Probability sampling is the method used for sampling. There were 20 people who participated in this study's sample. The Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 29 Program was used for the multiple linear regression analysis that was used in this study. Workload, incentives, and working hours all have a significant impact on employee performance, as demonstrated by the research, as does partial workload, which has a positive and significant impact on on Kumon Puskopad Employee Performance. Meanwhile, incentives and working hours have no significant effect on the performance of Kumon Puskopad employees. Companies need to pay attention to Workload, Incentives, and Working Hours which will improve the Performance of Kumon Puskopad Employees.

Abstract

Dengan adanya era digital saat ini maka clout computing sangat familiar di kalangan perusahaan. Istilah yang sering kita dengar adalah komputasi awan yang terkenal dengan bagian data yang disimpan secara virtual kapan dan dimanapun pemakai dapat menyimpanan dan mengaksesa data . Dari data yang dirilis bagian rekomendasi ditahun 2022 adanya 5 rekomendasi perusahaan penyedia layanan cloud computing, misalnya Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Amazon Web Services. Seperti database, dalam jaringan internet layanan penyimpanan akan menyediakan sumber daya yang lebih inovatif, cepat, dan fleksibel kepada para penggunanya. Dari yang dirujuk dengan Undang-undang (UU) No. 28 Tahun 2008 ,usaha menengah bagian dari ekonomi produktif yang berdiri sendiri dilakukan perorangan atau badan usaha terdiri dari perorangan atau badan usaha yang bukan anak perusahaan atau cabang perusahaan yang dimiliki. Metode penelitian yang penulis digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan studi literatur, dari jurnal , sumber lain ataupun buku data akan dikumpulkan. Dalam kegiatan bisnis adanya manfaat cloud computing dengan Pendekatan metode ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan terkait dengan fitur-fitur. Hasil dari analisis peper ini adalah Banyak pelaku sektor usaha ekonomi rakyat yang belum menerapkan teknologi informasi ke dalam proses bisnisnya yang dinyatakan dengan surve, Menset pelaku sektor usaha ekonomi rakyat dengan menggunakan cloud computing menggunakan biaya yang mahal , Pemahaman pelaku sektor usaha ekonomi rakyat dalam perangkat server sulit dalam pengoperasiannya.

Abstract

Training is an activity to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with what is desired by the institution concerned. Every training as an effort to achieve an increase in the work productivity of a company cannot be separated from influences, both from within and from outside the agency. This influence requires every organization to improve services so that it can meet the increasing needs of society. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at PT Tempo Tbk Palembang. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a total sample of 90 people. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that training has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Tempo Tbk Palembang. This means that the employees at PT Tempo Tbk Palembang really need training so that they can be better in terms of performance at the company, the better the training provided the higher the employee performance. Abstract

In order to achieve stable and sustainable economic growth, it is necessary to support solid macroeconomic and financial system stability. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are getting serious attention to the government and the community's disability. Indonesia is progressing from year to year which cannot be underestimated. However, Indonesia must be more persistent in improving quality in all sectors of the economy, increasing competitiveness by utilizing advances in information and communication technology that are increasingly advanced as they are today. Why do Indonesian MSMEs have the right to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people and national economic growth, especially in the face of the ASEAN free market? And how are possible strategy efforts to be implemented for the government and Indonesian MSME business people? This study aims to provide an explanation of the form of efforts to Increase the Competitiveness of MSMEs in Facing the ASEAN Economic Community. This study uses a descriptive analytical research method to provide a complete picture of the current power of MSMEs. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach through critical appraisal. The ability of MSMEs to face the flow of global competition does need to be further thought about in order to survive for the stability of the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, physical work environment, and organizational culture on employees' affective commitment to the permanent employees of UST Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative method. The population in this study were all permanent employees of UST. The number of samples was determined using the Solvin formula while the sampling technique employed accidental sampling technique. The gained data were analyzed using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The research findings show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 0.039. The physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 0.043. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 2.699. Simultaneously work discipline, physical work environment, and organizational culture affect the affective commitment of employees.

Abstract

One of the economic goals is economic development. This can be done through strategy MSME. Empowerment MSME is a strategic step improving and strengthening of the economy. With the existence of MSMEs, the government strive to support MSMEs financing programs. In this study the financing program institution studied was Syariah's financial institution of BMT UGT Nusantara, Pegadaian Syariah, and KSPPS Nuri Jatim Socah Bangkalan. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. The method used by researchers in collecting the required data is: observation (observation), interview (interview), and documentation. This research uses triangulation method. Researchers recheck findings of various sources. So the drug is the result obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. In this study the result obtained is the factor that undertakes the UMKM customers in choosing the financing product in the Sharia Financial Institution is a cultural factor, social, personal, psychological and from these three financial institutions to compare the reason for customers choosing financing in the financial institution is the product, service, trust and price. This above all affects the UMKM customers in decision-making choosing financing in three syariah financial institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants that influence individual behavior in paying taxes and or zakat, as well as examine the service quality of management institutions and the satisfaction of tax or zakat recipients. These factors are reliability, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness and adherence to stakeholder satisfaction. This research was conducted in the city and district of Magelang with a sample of 40 people. This research method uses a mix method, namely a quantitative approach (regression test), and a qualitative approach (case study). The results of the study show that only reliability has a significant positive effect on the level of satisfaction of zakat payers, while the other hypotheses have no positive and significant effect on both the satisfaction of zakat paying stakeholders and taxes.
