Abstract

This research can be carried out to carry out the shipping process to avoid accidents caused by accidents caused by the use of discharges and solutions by using the approach. This auxiliary system works for purposes. The auxiliary system in this research is in the form of optimization that can overcome the problem of ship's overnight in making the voyage. Test the eligibility of ships in a good and optimal shipping to avoid fatal accident is not possible without using a good data management system and realtime. With the auxiliary system, data processing and feasibility parameters become faster and produce decisions with a high degree of accuracy. Through this research, we are able to improve the quality of ship's eligibility in shipping well in strategic and operational aspects. The research was conducted by using survey method, model and system development. The expected result is a prototype and a vessel assistive aerial system for carrying out shipping that can be implemented to address and reduce the number of marine accidents in the voyage.

Abstract

Education is the right of every citizen, even government makes program to promote the compulsory education of 12 years. Drop out of school has become an obstacle to the government program where the dropout is caused by many factors, including economic factors, geographical conditions, and students' own desires. ID3 is able to generate a decision tree from a very large data set. This decision tree can be used as a reference for possible drop out of students. In order to be a good reference then the resulting classification must have a high accuracy. PSO is known to increase the accuracy of various kinds of data mining classification. ID3 in this study yielded 72.5% accuracy while after optimized with PSO then ID3 will yield 85% accuracy.

Abstract

Assessment of lecturer's performance so far is done by excel calculation and still very subjektif. This study discusses and makes an Application Decision Support System Assessment Performance Lecturer Islamic University of Kalimantan MAB Faculty of Information Technology Using AHP and SAW Method to obtain results that accuracy and validity high computerized. The calculation of student quesioner, peer, leader and self using SAW method, then its value becomes new criteria combined with internal academic calculation that is learning, research, dedication and guidance using AHP method result is final decision 8.

Abstract

Air conditions in the environment where the living has begun polluted by pollutants such as land-burning smoke, cigarette smoke, motor vehicle fumes and many other sources of pollutant.We designed a Microcontroller based tool that serves to detect Air quality campus environment of UNISKA Banjarbaru.Sensor used is DSM501a as a sensor measuring levels of pollutants PM10 ,CO2, Smoke. The used is Arduino Uno.

Abstract

Orchid plants is one component of the aesthetic aspect and become a part of human life. Diagnostics system for classification orchid pests were attack plants still using the manual model, it’s result difficulty identifying pests orchid that has a variety of symptoms are almost the same. As to distinguish the symptoms of damage to the leaves, roots and flowers caused by pests. ID3 able to generate a decision tree of large data sets. This decision tree can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of pests on orchids. In this research, pest classification of orchids do with ID3 method with the highest level of performance accuracy is 78.06%.

Abstract

Cloud computing are admired for excellence, flexible benefits, and can be used together in various aspects and areas of business. According to Arbor Network that cloud technology is very vulnerable to DDoS attacks and the frequency of attacks has increased sharply in recent years.This research is the result of cooperation with AWN University and Indonesia Honeypot Project (IHP) Ministry of Communications and Informatics. The results suggest that honeynet as a way to protect and monitor the security of public cloud computing networks, and analyze its datalog through the k-means method approach to recognize cyber profilling DDoS attacks based on the timestamp recorded in the data.

Abstract

Bahasa isyarat tangan merupakan bentuk komunikasi utama bagi penderita tuna rungu, sedangkan untuk orang awam mempelajarinya akan memerlukan banyak biaya dan menghabiskan banyak waktu. Penelitian ini melakukan pengenalan isyarat tangan dari citra peragaan isyarat tangan menggunakan segmentasi YCbCr yang mampu memisahkan objek tangan dengan latarnya dengan cepat sehingga cocok untuk diterapkan pada pengenalan real time, kemudian untuk klasifikasi digunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) yang sudah dikenal sebagai classifier yang mampu menghasilkan klasifikasi yang baik pada kasus citra.Tahapan penelitian ini diawali dengan pengolahan awal pada data citra, kemudian dilakukan segmentasi dengan YCbCr, pemotongan citra otomatis, dilanjutkan dengan proses klasifikasi dengan SVM. Pada akhirnya metode segmentasi yang dipilih adalah YCbCr yang mampu dengan cepat memisahkan antara objek dan latar sehingga cocok untuk proses klasifikasi real time.

Abstract

Pola konsumsi masyarakat akan produk hasil ternak semakin meningkat, tak terkecuali konsumsi ayam potong (broiler). Tingginya tingkat konsumsi masyarakat akan ayam potong otomatis akan memicu para produsen ternak untuk meningkatkan produksinya. Produksi ayam potong dapat diprediksi, salah satunya menggunakan Fuzzy Time Series. Perkembangan metode peramalan data time series yang cukup pesat mengakibatkan terdapat banyak pilihan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meramalkan, salah satunya yaitu metode Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain Model. Konsep Markov Chain digunakan dalam proses prediksi jumlah produksi ayam potong dengan menggunakan matriks transisi. Dengan Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain Model, yang merupakan gabungan dari konsep metode fuzzy time series dengan model Markov, diharapkan dapat mendatangkan hasil analisis prediksi yang lebih akurat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses analisis prediksi, sehingga proses analisis prediksi dapat dilakukan secara lebih efisien, teliti, mudah, dan praktis.

Abstract

Skizofrenia adalah gangguan kondisi medis atau disebut dengan gangguan kejiwaan yang mana mempengaruhi kemampuan otak pada manusia, mempengaruhi fungsi normal kognetif, emosional serta tingkah laku. Gangguan jiwa Skizorfenia terbagi menjadi lima jenis yaitu Skizofrenia Paranoid, Skizofrenia Simplek, Skizofrenia Katatonik, Skizofrenia Hebrefenik, dan Skizofrenia Residual. Salah satu cara untuk menentukan diagnosa jenis skizofrenia terhadap pasien adalah dengan cara konseling. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu keputusan seorang ahli kejiwaan dalam menentukan diagnosa jenis skizofrenia terhadap pasien dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode forward chaining dan certainty factor. Forward chaining berfungsi sebagai mesin inferensi aturan di dalam sistem sedangkan certainty factor sebagai pemberi nilai kepercayaan pada sebuah aturan. Dalam membangun sistem ini dilakukan pengumpulan basis pengetahuan, resprentasi nilai certainty factor oleh pakar dan implementasi sistem berbasis website. Presentase dari hasil ujicoba sistem terhadap pakar adalah 93% sesuai.

Abstract

Peramalan tingkat inflasi menjadi penting untuk bisa membantu pemerintah dalam membuat kebijakan sebagai upaya menjaga stabilitas inflasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Support Vector Regression (SVR) menggunakan input inflasi umum serta inflasi yang diukur dengan IHK yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan kelompok. Hasil model prediksi yang paling baik dari percobaan terhadap data inflasi menurut kelompok komoditi dengan menggunakan metode SVR (Support Vector Regression) yaitu model dengan kombinasi parameter C sebesar 0,37, epsilon (ε) sebesar 0,001 dan gamma (γ) sebesar 12,5365 dengan nilai RMSE terhadap data validasinya sebesar 0.0011, dan nilai RMSE terhadap data testingnya sebesar 0.0477 dengan nilai terhadap data validasinya sebesar 0.9999.
