Abstract

The curriculum is one of the important components of an education system. The curriculum must be planned and designed as well as possible in order to be able to direct students to achieve the learning and educational goals that have been set. Students must be directed to become perfect people and comprehensive people. This research aims to find the differences between the general curriculum and the Islamic education curriculum and which curriculum is most suitable for Islamic education. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by reviewing various references about the curriculum. The results showed that, in the Islamic education curriculum, the basis for preparing the curriculum must meet the religious and organizational basis in addition to the philosophical, psychological, and sociological basis. The curriculum model in accordance with Islamic education is an integrated curriculum (integrated) that integrates all subjects to find solutions to human problems.

Abstract

Almsgiving is a teaching of Islam, which when done will be rewarded, even Allah SWT promises to increase His favor. However, the phenomenon seen in the Kalisapu community, they still think that by issuing zakat, the wealth will decrease and run out. Therefore, Pondok Modern International Boarding School has a role in providing an understanding of Islamic Education, especially in giving almsgiving. The purpose of this study was to provide an understanding of the application of the almsgiving method to the people of Kalisapu Slawi Tegal. This research uses a qualitative approach. By interviewing respondents. The results of the study provide findings that the application of the almsgiving method is able to stimulate the community to have a sense of humanitarian concern for others actively. With this, the community consciously and unconsciously has been sensitive to the state of the environment by increasing the attitude of generosity and actively participating in religious activities.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze community participation related to the development of the Krajan Cultural Market, as a tourism based on local wisdom. This participation includes the community in Manyarejo Village, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency. The method that researchers use in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study include the potential of ancient fossils, regional arts as local wisdom including the Buto Balung dance, the Rempeg Balung Buto dance, the art of stringed music made of bamboo, and the klotekan with the name gejog lesung. This study discusses forms of community participation to take advantage of existing potential through the Krajan Cultural Market, using Jim Ife's thoughts on Participation, Jim Ife's Participation through a participatory democracy approach, this approach has four characteristics including decentralization, accountability, education, and obligations. The parties that play a role in the development of the Krajan Cultural Market are the managers as the main stakeholders, the Manyarejo Village government, artists, traders, cultural administrators, and tourists. Keywords: participation, Tourism, and Local wisdom Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis tentang partisipasi masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan Pasar Budaya Krajan, sebagai sebuah pariwisata yang berbasis kearifan lokal yang dimiliki. Partisipasi tersebut meliputi masyarakat yang ada di Desa Manyarejo, Kecamatan Plupuh, Kabupaten Sragen. Metode yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi potensi fosil purbakala, kesenian daerah sebagai kearifan lokal diantaranya tari Balung Buto, tari Rempeg Balung Buto, kesenian musik gambus yang terbuat dari bambu, dan klotekan dengan nama gejog lesung. Penelitian ini membahas terkait bentuk partisipasi masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan potensi yang ada melalui Pasar Budaya Krajan, menggunakan pemikiran Jim Ife mengenai Partisipasi, Partisipasi Jim Ife melalui pendekatan demokrasi partisipatif, pendekatan ini memiliki empat karakteristik diantaranya desentralisasi, akuntabilitas, pendidikan, dan kewajiban. Pihak-pihak yang berperan dalam pengembangan Pasar Budaya Krajan ialah pengelola sebagai stakholder utama, pemerintah Desa Manyarejo, Pelaku kesenian, pedagang, pamong budaya, maupun para wisatawan. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Pariwisata, dan Kearifan Lokal

Abstract

Located the in this area there are a number of tourist destinations, such as mangrove forests, green bridges, mangrove forest monitoring towers that are crowded with visitors on weekends, and a port that has existed since before the colonial period. As a dynasty tourism area, it certainly opens up economic opportunities for the local community. The purpose of this study is to determine the behavior of Kuala Langsa's local community activities toward environmental preservation in terms of social change. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study are seen from the aspect of social change that occurs in the local community of Kuala Langsa. Factors that influence social change are internal and external. Internally includes the desire and awareness, as well as human decisions to be able to change, so it is necessary to change the mindset of the community. External changes include changes in regulations from agencies or governments related to regulations to preserve the environment, and the habits of tourists who come from outside. So, a shared awareness is needed for better social change such as protecting the environment and not allowing the environment to be exploited

Abstract

The increase in education also has an impact on the condition of women today, who are no longer dominant in their domestic corner. However, they have expanded into the job market. One of them works as a lecturer. The purpose of this study is to explain the community's view of women who work as lecturers. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at Cut Nyak Dhien University of Science. The research subjects were three (3) lecturers at Cut Nyak Dhien University of Science. The results showed that the community's perception of the lecturer profession is very positive, especially since the community has its own pride in women who choose to become teachers. Because according to the community, the job of educating is a very noble profession.

Abstract

The fast-moving conditions and development of the times and the easy access to mass media at every level requires that parents provide their children with an education. The education aimed at is sex education for children of an early age. The increasing problem of sexual deviancy behavior in Indonesia is that one is the result of a lack of understanding about sexual education. Sex education should be applied early to have good morals and not be prone to promiscuity. Premature age is a golden phase for children, treatment of them can affect their life into adulthood. The research aims to learn the importance of sexual education in an early-age child's morals based on Islamic religious views. A research approach uses a qualitative approach for case study methods. Studies reveal sexual education should be given concurrently with a religious basis. Child sexual education needs to be implemented by family members as protection for their children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' numerical ability on learning achievement in terms of the student achievement index at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were second semester students from various departments at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. Many samples used in this study amounted to 80 students. In collecting data used documentation and test instruments. To determine the influence used simple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis obtained a significance value of <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence on students' numeracy literacy skills on learning achievement. As for the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.215 is obtained, which means that the effect of the independent variable (numerical ability) on the dependent variable (learning achievement) is 21.5%. linearity test obtained sig. deviation from linearity > 0.05 or 0.517 > 0.05, meaning that the data has a linear pattern with the regression equation Y = 3.061 + 0.008 X. The correlation coefficient of the research data is 0.465, thus the magnitude of the contribution of numeracal ability to learning achievement is 46.5% , while the rest are influenced by other factors not observed in this study.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the concept of caring for millennial students in modern Islamic boarding schools. Along with the changing times experienced by Indonesian society, education in Islamic boarding schools has also developed. The research method used is literature review with a qualitative approach. From this research, it can be concluded that globalization in this millennial era has made their generation inseparable from the use of technology, the internet, social media and so on. This makes Islamic boarding schools modernize to meet the needs of this millennial generation community. Islamic boarding schools exist to provide better care for their millennial students. Various developments were carried out, including the integration of formal education and Islamic boarding schools, mastery of foreign languages, entrepreneurship, the use of information technology, various kinds of competitions and other training. This certainly has a positive impact on millennial students in dealing with changing times. Besides that, Islamic boarding schools must provide parenting support for students by giving freedom to students to act or be active in positive ways. Caregivers also provide supervision and direction and provide awards such as giving praise and motivation and even prizes, so that students continue to carry out activities that are even more developed. The rules and prohibitions on caregivers of students are also given a written explanation that is firm in nature, but their implementation is still flexible or is still tolerated. Furthermore, caregivers can also give freedom to students to do activities and make friends with anyone, but caregivers also carry out supervision and monitoring through senior students. Finally, caregivers provide motivations and advice and do not always comply with the wishes of students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of students' speaking activities and skills through the use of YouTube media. On the material of fiction stories. The type of research used is class action research. Conducted in two cycles, the stages are: planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of MIN 2 Langsa. Data collection techniques through: tests, observation sheets of student activity, and teacher activity. The results of the first cycle research obtained teacher performance scores reached (75.00%) and the second cycle increased to (100%). The results of the student speaking skills test in cycle I who reached the KKM score were 14 students and those who did not reach the KKM were 5 students with an average class score of (73.69%). And in the implementation of the second cycle test, 18 students completed and only one student did not complete with the class average value increasing to (94.73%). From this discussion it can be concluded that there is an increase in the speaking skills of fourth grade students of MIN 2 Langsa with the utilization of YouTube media

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the inquiry learning paradigm affects students' learning outcomes in math class IV SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat 2022/2023 Academic Year. The experimental technique was used in this study, and there were 195 students in grades I through VI at SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat who made up the study population. Using a purposive sample, 31 pupils from class IV make up the sample. According to the study's findings, the average of 86.19 and a correlation test score of 0.855 place the student learning outcomes employing the inquiry model in the very good category. If rcount 0.855 is greater than rtable 0.355, then the hypothesis is accepted. As a result, the inquiry learning methodology has a significant impact on students' learning outcomes in math class IV SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat. According to the findings of the T-test study, where tcount ttable is 8.861 2.045, Ha is deemed to be acceptable. This demonstrates that the application of the inquiry learning paradigm had a considerable favorable impact on student learning outcomes in math class IV SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat in the 2022–2023 academic year.
