Abstract

This study aims to design a digitalization system for managing village funds. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The village fund management digitization system was developed using the Waterfall model. The data collection technique consists of 3, namely interviews, observation and literature study. the method used is the PIECES method (Perfomance, Information, Economic, Control, Effience, and Service). The needs analysis of the system to be built is grouped into three parts, namely hardware requirements and software requirements. system design with UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used to develop applications is the PHP programming language. In addition, MySQL Database Management System (DBMS) is used for data storage. The test model implemented in the development of the village fund management digitalization system is the Black-box. the results of testing using blackbox on the features work properly and run well, it is proven from the test results that all are successful, there are no failed test results. Abstract

The internet is a communication tool that we often use. The internet itself has brought many benefits. However, some people misuse it, for example, individuals or a group of people who spread hoaxes or fake news to incite and lead the publics’ opinions to their desired side. When COVID-19 spread in Indonesia and the government implemented mandatory vaccine obligations, the total of hoaxes on vaccination increased rapidly. Due to a large number of hoaxes on the Internet on COVID-19 vaccinations, As for several studies on the creation of a hoax detection system with various methods to try to overcome this problem, one of the studies with a system that detects hoax news and uses several methods, one of these methods is Levenshtein, getting a fairly low-performance result of 40% compared to other methods used. Therefore. Researchers are motivated to develop a hoax detection system with a similar method by adding Feature Extraction which aims to improve system performance from the previous research. In this study, 2 main experiments were conducted using Levenshtein distance as the main classification method, the results showed the best results in experiment-2 with an f1-score of 70.2% which was an increase compared to previous studies due to adding feature extraction using tf-idf.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the optimal grouping from the comparison of the two methods in grouping fresh milk production using the K-Means algorithm and the K-Medoids algorithm. To find optimal grouping, the authors compare the grouping results by looking for the smallest DBI (Davies Bouldin Index) value. The data used in this study is data on fresh milk production in Indonesia which is sourced from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics for 2018-2020. Evaluation of the DBI value for the K-Means Clustering algorithm is 0.094 and the DBI value for K-Medoids Clustering is 0.072. Therefore, grouping fresh milk production using the K-Medoids algorithm has better results than using the K-Means Clustering algorithm, because the K-Medoids Clustering algorithm has a smaller DBI value of 0.072. The benefit of this study is to obtain optimal clusters in classifying fresh milk in Indonesia to provide information to the government in increasing fresh production in Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

PID control is used in the tool to determine the accuracy of a combined system with the feedback characteristics of the system, based on the error values ​​obtained from the Kp, Ki, and Kd values ​​that respond to the dimmer. The dimmer functions to adjust the brightness of the lamp, then it will be controlled by Arduino UNO. This experiment is devoted to testing P, PD, PI, and PID control as practicum learning modules in the electrical engineering study program, at the Sumbawa University of Technology. This controlled trial obtained 200 recorded data with the same set point value of 2 and in a very fast time of 200 seconds. P control with increased or decreased Kp value resulted in 10% system stability, PI control with increased Kp and Ki values ​​resulted in 20% system stability whereas when Kp value was increased and Ki decreased the system was unstable. PD control does not get stable system performance at all. PID control with increased Kp and Ki values, and lowered Kd values ​​resulted in 75% successful system stability, whereas when Kp and Kd were increased, Ki values ​​were lowered resulting in 50% system stability. So in this study, the PID control would be very suitable to be used as a control that stabilizes system performance.

Abstract

Robot World Cup (RoboCup) is a federation founded in 1993 to support researchers in soccer robot research. The purpose of the RoboCup is to push the latest developments or advance the technological level of society in all fields. In this research, the problem is how RoboCup can do object tracking. In recognizing objects around the robot requires an image analysis process that involves visual perception. Image processing is an image processing and analysis process that involves visual perception, the characteristics of the image process in the form of input data and output information in the form of images. This process is a way for robots to see objects around them and then assisted by computer vision to make decisions. In this research object tracking with HSV color filtering on the world cup robot is used to find objects in front of the robot with the front camera. This research for front vision robot uses HSV color filtering using various test values ​​to determine the thresholding value and the results show that the ball can be identified up to a distance of 1000 cm with a minimum illumination of 0 lux. The percentage of the success rate of the camera detecting the HSV color filtering reaches 100%.

Abstract

The demands of internet networks are ever increasing. This is caused by a huge number of applications that use the internet as their basic service and more affordable equipment that can connect to the internet. These conditions are raising a way to measure the quality of network services to see how well it could serve its user, especially regarding the internet. In this study, the parameters used to determine QoS (Quality of Service) are throughput, packet loss, delay and Jitter. Locations of measurement are wired and internet networks at the selected institute which is the shanti buana institute, bengkayang regency. The measurement method used is Quality of Service (QoS). This method is applied when analyzing the quality of the internet network. The results are very satisfactory, while the result of throughput methods are85.95 Mbps, and the amount of packet loss has a very small percentage, namely 1%. The amount of delay obtained is 46,741 ms, while the Jitter is 42,716 ms.

Abstract

In the application of information technology today, a lot of technology is developing rapidly to facilitate human work activities. Similar to an information system in the transportation sector, it has now been transformed into a more practical one. One of the Grab applications, which is an application to serve the community in carrying out daily activities such as delivery, delivery of goods, or ordering food. However, in its application to the community, the level of community satisfaction with the use of the application is unknown, it is necessary to analyze the level of satisfaction in using the application, especially the Grab application in Palembang City. This requires a system testing method that can measure the level of user satisfaction with the system used, this method is the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which is a method of measuring the level of user satisfaction with this Grab application and uses quantitative research in data collection of respondents as well as analysis. The respondents of this study are users and drivers who use the Grab application in Palembang City. The results obtained from this study are how the level of satisfaction of Grab application users in Palembang City which is based on the results of the partial test on the variables Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Used, Timeliness, Security, Speed ​​of Response has an influence on the End User Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Cayenne pepper is one of Indonesia's mainstay horticultural crops, so the government continues to encourage farmers to maximize chili yields, aiming to achieve chili production targets. In Jayapura City, there are several areas that produce chilies, including in Koya Timur District, where most of the residents are farmers. The problem that occurs in the village of Koya Timur is the frequent crop failures due to pests, bad weather, or improper fertilization, with these problems farmers must be more selective in choosing seeds, so that the cayenne pepper plants that have been planted can survive until harvest. To select chili seeds, DSS was designed using the SAW method. The simple additive weighting (SAW) method is very suitable to be applied in a decision support system for selecting superior chili seeds, because the recommendation or the final result of the SAW method is in the form of rankings so that the selection of alternatives or chili seeds to be planted is very easy. Second, based on the results of testing the system's functionality using the blackbox method, the accuracy and suitability is 100%. Third, based on user acceptance test (UAT) testing, it shows that this system is feasible to implement.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is a global pandemic, has resulted in trillions of losses for Indonesia. Even though the right treatment for COVID-19 can help improve the quality of life again, reduce health and economic problems for the community and the country. Handling/clinical management of the prognosis of a disease can assist doctors, medical teams and researchers in finding patterns of progression of a disease, allocating resources and helping patients and their families to understand more about the patient's condition. Prognosis is a prediction about the development of a disease will improve or vice versa based on the history, diagnosis and clinical management that the patient has gone through. This study builds a COVID-19 prognosis tool and its level of accuracy with intelligent technology based on artificial intelligence, namely an expert system using a forward chaining algorithm. Through the stages of knowledge representation, process modeling, system design, coding and system testing. The result is that the accuracy of the COVID-19 prognosis expert system is 80%, which means that the prognosis expert system with the forward chaining algorithm is effective as a learning tool for health or medical students in studying the prognosis/management of confirmed COVID-19 patients based on available data.

Abstract

Barokah Shop is a retail store that sells various basic necessities for daily needs. Too much inventory will result in losses such as storage costs and the possibility of a decrease in the quality of goods. On the other hand, a small amount of inventory will reduce a larger profit. This study aims to build a web-based Unilever sales prediction system using a simple linear regression method. Testing the accuracy of the prediction results of sales of Unilever products using MEA and MAPE to see the level of error in the prediction results. The dataset uses Unilever product sales data for 15 months, from January 2021 to March 2022. The dataset is divided into 12 months as training data and 3 months as testing data. Prediction results in the next 3 periods of each type of product produce the same value between the system results and the results of manual linear regression calculations. Testing the error rate on the prediction results for 3 periods, namely January to March 2022, each Ax Deodorant, Bango Kecap, Buavita, Citra Lotion, Citra Soap, Clear Shampoo, Sariwangi, Sunsilk Conditioner, Vixal and Wall's Ice Cream products belong to the category of very accurate forecasting results. With the smallest MAPE value in Sunsilk Conditioner products of 1%. Thus, the linear regression method is very accurate for predicting sales of Unilever types goods.
