Abstract

This.study.aims.to.determine.the.system and.procedure of drug supply in Dr. H. Moh. Anwar, Sumenep Regency. The research method.used by the author is qualitative.with the form of research used that is descriptive. The results of the data analysis showed.that the drug supply system in the Pharmacy department at Dr. RSUD H. Moh. Anwar of Sumenep Regency is already good enough in providing medicines. This causes the existing system to be said to be complete with the separation of duties and the arrangement of supplies which are supported by complementary documents. Recording that has been done can be said to be good to divert things that are detrimental to the Hospital. Supplies Medicines in pharmacy have been done with good and correct systems and proceduresKeywords : Control System, inventory Management and Inventory.

Abstract

Surabaya is the capital of the representatives in Indonesia second largest, cities with place strict business competition. One of the ways is the culinary business began to get a bit from street vendors five to a restaurant starry five. Tavern the cowboy burger Surabaya is a place of research. The purpose of this study is to find how big the influence of the product quality, the location and facilities to consumer interest in buying.This is kind of research quantitative research. Population research is the consumers tavern the cowboy burger Surabaya. While a total 100 respondents sample by using the method the sampling method of accidental and collecting data on the use of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research indicated that, the product quality, the location and facilities have a strong impact in together – the same against the consumer interest in buying in tavern you see, cowboys burger Surabaya. Based on a conclusion, expected tavern the cowboy burger Surabaya strategic location could pay more attention, to affect the interest of consumers low purchasing.Keywords: quality products, location, facilities, interest in buying consumers.

Abstract

The city Surabaya especially now growing very rapidly culinary business that offers a variety cooking, will of Indonesia and abroad. Stall rawon calculator one culinary business in Surabaya different and unique of culinary business another. Culinary business has been standing 36 years and currently survive. Research is called influence flavor, slogans and quality of service for customer satisfaction (case studies on a stall rawon calculator Surabaya).This study attempts to explain the influence of flavor, slogans, and the quality of service to customer satisfaction in a stall rawon calculator. Research instruments used is a questionnaire to be distributed to 100 customer. Rawon calculator. Next, the data that has been collected using analysis of multiple regression mixed with aid application IBM SPSS 22. The quality of services most dominant their influence on customer satisfaction stall rawon calculator. The result showed that the influence of flavor of customer satisfaction, flavored and slogans simultaneously influential positive and significant. While the quality of services have a dominant influence of customer satisfaction.Keywords: flavor, slogan, the quality of service, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Hedonic Shopping Motif and Utilitarian Utility Motivation on Consumer Satisfaction (Case Study at Carrefour BG Jungtion Surabaya)". This study aims to determine the effect of Hedonic Motifs and Utilitarian Motives Against customer satisfaction in Carrefour BG Jungtion Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers who are shopping at Carrefour Surabaya, aged minimum 18 th, samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The variables used are Hedonic Motives and Utilitarian Motives and consumer satisfaction. Method of data collection using questionnaire method by using technique of Non Probability Sampling that is incidental sampling. The data obtained in the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis is processed with the help of SPSS program application. The results obtained conclusion as follows: 1. There is a positive influence of Hedonic Motives on Customer Satisfaction Partial test results have a significance level value of (<0,05), 2). Based on the results of research, partially Utilitarian Motive variable No effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of (>0,05), 3). Hedonic Motives and Utilitarian Motives are jointly influential and accepted to customer satisfaction, Simultaneous test results (F) are obtained with a <0.000 significance level. Keywords: Hedonic Motives, Utilitarian Motives and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

A tourism must have their own strategy in running business both in terms of attractiveness, price, location, and so forth, so that consumers interested in visiting and satisfied after a visit. It is expected that these consumers can re-puchase and recommend to others to visit.This study aims to determine the effect of Atractiveness, Price, and Location of tourism to Consumer Satisfaction in Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. Population used in this research is all people who ever come to Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. The sample used by 100 respondents who ever come to Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono by using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed by visitors who cameto Agrowisaata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono and interviewed to the manager related to company profile. Data analyze using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicolinierity Test, Multiple Regression Test, Correlation Test, Partial Test (t), Simultaneous Test (F), and Determination Coefficient Test (R2).The results of this study indicate that the Attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Location has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. Attractiveness, Price and Location simultaneously influence on Customer Satisfaction of Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. The Location has a dominant influence on the Customer Satisfaction of Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono.Keywords: attractiveness, price, location, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Surabaya is an area have all kinds of cafe. Among many cafe in Surabaya one angkringan Jogja Mak Joss having decoration using the concept of ethnic Indonesian Java. So as to create a perception of different received by consumers Mak Joss Surabaya angkringan store.The purpose of this study to know the store atmosphere consumer perception of Java.            In this research using samples from 100 respondents with the accidental sampling and collecting data using a questionnaire.This is the kind of research quantitative. An analysis of the data used was the multiple linear regression analysis, correlation, determination, a partial and simultaneous. The results of the analysis shows that store atmosphere and perception buyers in angkringan Jogja Mak Joss Surabaya very attaching with the java and feel calm and comfort, Based on the conclusion of this analysis expected angkringan Jogja Mak Joss Surabaya can increase elements store atmosphere Java as general interior, exterior, store layout, the interior of display capable of influence the perceptions the purchase of those who are good in its implementation. Keywords: Store Atmosphere Java , General Interior , Exterior , Store Layout , The Interior Of Display , Consumer Perceptions

Abstract

In This study to determine to effect of atmosphere stores, product Variation and Price to Consumer buying interest in Food Coma Daily Cafetaria. Where independent variables are Store Atmosphere (X1), Product Variation (X2), and Price (X3) influence Consumer buying interest (Y). in this population are all consumer of Food Coma Daily Cafetaria samples taken as many as 100 respondent. This sampling method used in Non Random Sampling Method. Then done the analysis through data obtained by using data analysis quantitative. This analysis includes: test of validity, reliability, multiple liner analysis, hypothesis test through t test, F test coefficient of determination analysis (R2).Based on the research has fulfiled the validity and reliability test by obtaining the regression equation as follow: Y = 0,047+ 0,157(X1) + 0,419(X2) + 0,414(X3). Testing t test hypothesis shows that variable Store Atmosphere no significant effect on consumer buying interest. based on the results of this study suggested that Food Coma Daily Cafetaria still maintain the benefits of Store Atmosphere is adequate because some consumers decided to buy because Store Atmosphere and still make one of the main goals because it has a major impact on subsequent purchases. And variable Product Variation and Price significantly influence consumer interest. then F test can know that the three independent variables are meticulous simultaneously affect the dependent variable consumer buying interest can be explained by Store Atmosphere, Product Variation and Price while the rest 52,6% . so the rest factora beyond other variables in this study.Keyword: Store Atmosphere, Product Variations, Price and Consumer buying interest

Abstract

This research entiled “ The Influence Factor of Price, Product Quality and Product Completeness on Purchase Decision ( Case Study At Hokky Supermarket in Surabaya ) “. The population in this study were consumers who had been shopping at Hokky Swalayan in Surabaya aged 17 year. Sampel taken as many as one hundred respondents. The variables used are price, product quality, product completeness and purchasing decision.This result can be concludes as follows: There is influence of individual price toward purchasing dicision proven and accepted reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product quality to purchasing decision proven and accepted reality partial test result (t) is obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product completeness to proven purchasing decision and accept reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05.This shows that there are problem with purchasing decisions. The main problem to note is the price factor that still many weakness because is that the lowers level of influence than the factor of product quality and completeness of the product.Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Product Completeness and Consumer Purchasing Decision
