Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, terhadap kinerja guru (2) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru,  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi   yang dipakai di penelitian ini adalah guru-guru madrasah ibtidaiyah se-kecamatan leces kabupaten probolinggo sebanyak 30 orang. Keseluruhan dari populasi digunakan sebagai sampel untuk menghindari kesalahan yang relatif kecil atau disebut dengan sampling jenuh.. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana, menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y), dengan kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 2,54 %. Pengaruh positif tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik motivasi kerja (X2), maka kinerja guru (Y) juga semakin baik. Pengujian regrcsi sederhana antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 28,2%. Secara simultan (pengujian dengan uji F) menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru (X2) dan kepemimpinan kepala sckolah (X1) secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru (Y), dimana nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (a=5%) menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan "terdapat pengaruh positif yang sinifikan antara motivasi kerja guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar diSekolah MI di Kecamatan Leces", terbukti kebenarannya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is  find out the Application of Scientific Approach   Improve the Student Learning Outcomes of the    English Subjects for  Congratulations and Praise to X IPA -1   Grade at  SMA NEGERI 1  in Academic Yearat    2019/ 2020 This study uses an action research as much as two cycles. Each round consists of four stages namely action planning, action implementation, action observation, reflection and action refission. The target of this research is the Students of  X-IPA 1 Grade of SMAN I Maron in Academic Year 2019/2020. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities, student achievement has increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The conclusion of this research is the Use of Scientific Approach can improve the student learning outcomes of  X-IPA 1 Grade  of SMAN I Maron  in   Academic Year 2019/2020 . It was found that classical completeness in the first cycle was (66.7%) and in the second cycle (93.3%) from the analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of demonstration methods and group discussions to compare the mathematics learning outcomes of students whose learning uses demonstration methods and group discussions in class V in Lubuk Pakam. This type of research is comparative research. The population in this study were all class V students in Lubuk Pakam, amounting to 2 classes. Sampling was done by random sampling technique. The sample in this study were class VA and VB, totaling 40 students. The data analysis technique used is the t test.The results showed that the completeness of KKM 70 was 74.77% of the 27 students in Cycle I. In Cycle II, students who reached KKM 70 increased by 85.19% with a class average score of 82.59.From the data analysis with t test at the significance level α = 0.05 and dk = 60, it is obtained tcount (2.914) <ttable (2.000) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the statistical test it can be concluded that there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes in the two-grade class V building subject, where learning using the group discussion method with the demonstration method can improve mathematics learning outcomes in Lubuk Pakam.So, it can be concluded that learning using demonstration methods and group discussions can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics.

Abstract

There are many graduates of Islamic religious universities who have not been able to read Qur’an, even, it is stated in the statistical data center that 54 percent of all Muslims in Indonesia cannot read Qur’an. Therefore, this study investigates the patterns of Qur’an Learning and the obstacle factors during the implementation of the program.In obtaining the data, this descriptive qualitative research uses observation, interviews, and documentation which are analyzed as the results of the study.The results of this study indicated that the learning patterns implemented in Al Qur’an Literacy Program at Muhammadiyah University of Malang are the patterns of teacher and media. In other words, the teachers make use of various learning media as the learning sources. Although not all patterns are not fully applied by the teachers, the patterns which have been carried out by the teachers were quite well by arranging better plans during the implementation of the program. Meanwhile, the obstacle factors of this program are the students are not able to learn individually due to the lack of meetings which requires personal awareness of students who learn Qur’an to increase literacy through inquiry learning. Besides, no institution can back up the program after the completion of Al Qur’an Literacy Program as the balancing and evaluation of achieving the target of graduates in the program of Al Qur’an Literacy.

Abstract

Supervision in education is known as administrative supervision and academic supervision. Academic (instructional) supervision is carried out by supervisors or principals, the aim is directed at improving the quality of learning, therefore the assessment is more qualitative directed at improving the quality of learning. Academic supervision contributes to the teaching performance of teachers so that the quality of learning produced is expected to increase.Based on the description of the results of the School Action Research (PTS) and Analysis of the results of coaching by streamlining Academic-based classroom supervision at the SMP Negeri Kota Probolinggo  Fostered School it can be concluded that through the Supervision of Friendly Classes can Improve the Quality of Teacher Learning at the SMP Negeri Kota Probolinggo  Fostered Schools. The score of the Learning Implementation Plan increased 27.9% from the first cycle with an average of 3.4 to an average of 4.4 in the second cycle, while the score for the implementation of the learning implementation increased 16.8% from the first cycle with an average of 3.7 to an average of 4.3 in the second cycle.

Abstract

Abstract                       Teaching and learning activities are formal activities, therefore an evaluation must be carried out even in a pandemic situation. One of the media that can be used by Arabic language teachers at MAN 3 Hulu Sungai Selatan in conducting evaluations for students is using e-learning. This study aims to determine the use of e-learning in MAN 3 Hulu SungaI Selatan as a medium for evaluating Arabic learning.                       The research design uses the form of research and development (R&D). This research is a qualitative research design with research and development to produce certain products, and to test the effectiveness of these products.                       The results of this research are E-learning is a web-based education system that uses internet facilities and electronic media to operate it, which is useful for facilitating educational activities. Based on its type, e-learning consists of instructor-led, learner-led, embedded e-learning, facilitated, e-coaching and telementoring. The benefits of e-learning are for educators, giving a positive impact on educators in carrying out their obligations in the world of education. For students, students can easily use study materials any time in repeating the subject. Students also can interact with the teacher any time, when the e-learning is accessed. The advantages of e-learning that can be accessed anywhere and anytime and the website pages can be used via PC, laptop or smartphone. The shortcomings of e-learning include reducing the intensity of communication and face-to-face between teachers and students as well as students and students, and teachers are required to further explore or master the learning system using electronic-based learning. Learning Arabic at MAN 3 Hulu Sungai Selatan Kalimantan Selatan uses e-learning media in the form of E-Learning MAN 3 Hulu Sungai Selatan. The purpose of e-learning is to make it easier for students to access evaluation questions in learning Arabic in an interesting way and at the same time being able to see feedback from the teacher to find out learning outcomes.

Abstract

The development of teacher pedagogical competence in schools is a must, considering the teacher as the spearhead in learning. While the principal as a leader who has a function as a manager and supervisor has a strategic role in utilizing the teachers in the school. This research produces the following: 1. Principal supervision strategies to improve teacher pedagogical competence through the effective application of academic supervision with (a) conceptual skills; (b) interpersonal; and (c) technical. 2. Principal supervision approach to improve teacher pedagogical competence. The approach used (a) Directif Approach; (b) Non-directive Approach; and (c) Collaborative Approach. In this case, the core pedagogic competencies covered include: First, Mastering learning theory and principles of learning that educate with Second, Developing a curriculum related to the subjects being taught. Third, Utilizing information and communication technology in learning. Abstract

Academic supervision behavior is directly related to and influences teacher behavior. By using academic supervision, supervisors influence teacher behavior so that their behavior is getting better in managing teaching and learning. Then, it can influence students to become good students. Therefore, academic supervision used by the headmaster can increase learning when it is done under principle certain. Thus, the headmaster as a supervisor is required to be competent as a person who guides teachers in improving the learning process. We take the title for our research is Improving The Quality Of Learning Through Supervision With Visit Techniques IN SDN Banyu Urip II/363 Surabaya.        The procedure for implementing academic supervision consists of the following steps: (1) preparation stage, namely (a) prepare instruments and (b) prepare a joint schedule; (2) the implementation stage, namely the implementation of the principal's supervisory observations; (3) reporting stage, namely (a) identify the results of observations during classroom observations, (b) analyze the results of supervision, (c) evaluate together the principal and teachers, and (d) make notes on the results of supervision which are documented as a report; (4) the follow-up stage, namely (a) discussing and making solutions, (b) notifying the results of class visits, and (c) communicating to teachers.Our results show that the process of academic supervision can increase the quality of learning with the percentage of success achieved is 96%.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that designed to uses the class action research (CAR). This research was conducted in the ten grader the students of Senior High School I Maron Probolinggo unnecessary to make the teaching and learning programs that have been designed. The researcher is the teacher of the ten grader the students of Senior High School I Maron Probolinggo. Therefore, besides the teacher as researcher, the teacher also as observer. However, to overcome the limitations of the teacher they do observation, they asked their friends and colleagues to become an observer also serves as a collaborator.The main problem of this research is the “How to improve the writing description skills of ten grader the students Senior High School I Maron through inquiry strategy ?” the problem break down into three things, (1) how did the improvement process of learning to write the description of the ten grader the students of Senior High School I Maron Probolinggo through inquiry strategy? (2) how do you learn to write the description of the results that is increase in the ten grader the students of Senior High School I Maron Probolinggo through inquiry strategy?                     The results showed as follows. (1) there has been an increase in the process of learning to write description through inquiry strategy. The activities that may include the pre-write stage, To develop the outline of, revision, and editing. The implementation of this class action is recorded and observed by the researchers but before the execution of the cycle I course of research had not reached yet the desired goal because the achieved results is not perfection yet. In the Cycle I, the process of learning to description writing through the inquiry strategy has been good and interesting but still found that need to get attention with regards to the class action research. While the processing of learning to description writing cycle II through inquiry strategy has been very good, (2)    The improvement in the achievement of learning to write the description appears that if before the application of cycle I the students who have not achieved completion or who obtained a score below 70 as many as 21 children or 61.8%, in cycle I that decreased to 8 or 23.5% , and in cycle II the student's score was above 70. The completion increased from 13 children or 38.2% at the first reflection to 26 children or 76.5% in cycle I, and it is increased to 34 children or 100% in cycle II. The lowest value at the first reflection and cycle I is the same as 60 and in cycle II it is increases to 70. The highest score is increased from 75 at the first reflection to 85 in cycle I and it is increased to 90 in cycle II. The classical average is increased from 66.6 to 71.5 and it is also increased to 76.2 in cycle II.

Abstract

Strengthening character education in the Formal Education Unit is carried out by optimizing the function of the trip-center education partnership which includes schools, families, and communities. The implementation of KDP which optimizes the function of the education trip center is carried out with a class-based or integrated approach through learning activities, school culture, and the community. Research Type This research is a qualitative descriptive research type. Descriptive research is research that is intended to investigate circumstances, conditions, or other things that have been mentioned, the results of which are presented in the form of a research report. Based on the results of research and data analysis conducted by researchers regarding the strategy for implementing character education at SMAN 1 Maron, it can be concluded that the implementation of character education at SMAN 1 Maron is carried out in an integrated manner in every school activity through three main channels, namely 1) integrated through learning activities , 2) integrated through extracurricular activities, 3) integrated through cultural and habituation activities
