Abstract

The micro, small and medium-sized enterprises sector in Indonesia has been increased but the level of financial literacy is still low, as a consequence financial education is needed. With the financial education provided, businessmen can manage finances, credit, savings, and investment, and risk management. This study aims to analyze the differences in financial literacy before and after receiving financial education in the district of Waingapu. The sample of this research is 150 respondents. The result found that there were significant differences in financial literacy before and after receiving financial education.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (TL) on employee performance (EP) through work motivation (WM) on engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. The data collection of this research was primary and secondary by using structural equation modeling with partial least squares method. The total respondent of this research was 106 who were the employees from selected engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. TL had a significant effect towards EP. TL had a significant effect towards WM. Lastly, TL had a significant effect towards EP through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of using a selebgram as an endorsement on purchase intention (2) the effect of consumer attitudes on purchase intention. This type of research is a causative descriptive study. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. The population in this study were students of Padang State University who have an Instagram account. The sample used was 150 people using purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study is primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that: (1) endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (2) consumer attitudes have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Keywords:  Endorsement, attitude, intention

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world, including Indonesia, has destroyed the order of life in all fields, especially the economic sector. Various corporations have experienced a decline in income due to decreased purchasing power, as a result of which there have been layoffs everywhere and many companies have collapsed. This incident automatically increases the unemployment rate sharply. After the COVID-19 pandemic or so-called new normal, economic activity has not returned to normal, but this can be an opportunity as well as a challenge for those who are sensitive and dare to take risks to become entrepreneurs. Students as educated young people are prepared to be able to face real world challenges with the provision of knowledge, freedom and a supportive environment and lucrative income expectations. This study aims to determine the faktors that influence student interest in becoming young entrepreneurs after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is multiple linear regression and the sample is students of the University of Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya semester 5 who have received entrepreneurship courses. The results of the study can be concluded that the faktors of freedom, environment, entrepreneurship education together influence the motivation of students to become young entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, the income expectation faktor has no positive effect on student motivation to become young entrepreneurs after the COVID-19 pandemic t test result < t table (1.442 < 1.960).

Abstract

This research analyzed: (1) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur (2) the influence Leader member exchange on employee engagement at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur (3) the influence of employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk (4) the influence of Leader Member Exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Employee Engagement at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur. The study is causal research. The population were all non-managerial employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur, totaling 101 people. The number of samples determined using Slovin collected samples obtained by 78 people taken using proportional cluster random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM use SmartPLS analysis. This research found that: (1) Leader Member Exchange has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur, (2) Leader Member Exchange has positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur, (3) Employee Engagement has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Teluk Bayur, (4) Employee Engagement has significantly mediate the relationship between Leader Member Exchange on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of distributive justice on employee engagement with perceived organizational support as a mediating variable. The research was carried out on the employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch, amounting to 125 people who were selected using proportional random sampling formula. The analytical method used is path analysis. In the testing phase it was found that distributive justice did not have a significant effect on employee engagement, while the perception of organizational support had a significant effect on employee engagement, besides that in the test results it was also found that distributive justice had a positive effect on employee engagement with perceptions of organizational support as a mediating variable for employees of Bank employees. Abstract

The first Covid-19 vaccination event given to Mr. Joko Widodo as President of the Republic of Indonesia is an important event during the Covid-19 pandemic, and this event is considered to contain information that can affect the capital market. This information can provide a signal to investors in making their investment decisions. The signal can be a positive signal and sometimes it can be a negative signal. These two signals can certainly make the stock market react. To find out how the market reacts to these events, it can be seen from difference in abnormal returns and trading volume activity in the capital market. The event study in this research was conducted by observing the abnormal return and trading volume activity on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And the samples in this study are companies listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Because this research is based on event studies, it requires issuers that are liquid, so that measurements can be carried out immediately and produce relatively accurate results. Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Kreativa Surya Pratama Bandung. The type of research that was tried was listed as the type of research quantitatively. In collecting information, it was tried by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 70 respondents taken from a total population of 237 people using the Slovin equation. The calculation process used in this research uses SPSS v26. The method of analyzing information uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research prove partially or t-test and simultaneously or F-test motivation and work discipline affect employee performance by proving a significant value. As well as the results of the coefficient of determination obtained at the adjusted R square value of 0.920. Abstract

Generation Z and Millennials become the population that dominates Indonesia dominated by productive age. 90 percent of goods sold online are imported products from foreign countries, there are three marketplace platforms that are most often used by online buyers of Indonesian citizens, namely Alibaba and Aliexpress from China, and Amazon from the United States. Data collection techniques that are secondary and primary, the data used in this research is through kuisoner / questionnaire and literature studies. The data taken is crossection data. In this study the data analysis technique used is the Validity Test, a Realibility Test to test the given custody of a predetermined indicator. The results of the study here state that the product quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, so Hypothesis 1 is rejected. While the price affects the customer satisfaction variable so that hypothesis 2 is accepted. Product quality and price simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The General Affairs Division of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Taxes has a Budget Monitoring System to help monitoring budget which is its responsibility in accordance with its duties and functions. However, in its application there are still some features that are deemed insufficient to provide satisfaction to users, thus affecting the individual performance of Budget Monitoring System users. This research aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction and individual performance in the application of the Budget Monitoring System at the General Affairs Division of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Taxes using the Delone & Mclean information system success model. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Research data analysis using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3.29 software.
