Abstract

Education has an important role in improving the quality of human resources to become reliable and competent. There is a negative and significant effect between job demand on technostress. There is a positive and significant effect between the implementation of technology on technostress. From the results of hypothesis testing conducted that there is a negative but not significant effect between job demand on performance. There is a positive but not significant effect between the implementation of technology on performance. There is a positive and significant influence between technostress on performance. There is a negative and significant effect between job demand on performance and technostress as a mediating variable. There is a positive and significant effect between implementation of technology on performance and technostress as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This paper is a conceptual framework that was created as a result of earlier scholars' work. It is suggested that the moderating variables perceived risk and profit and loss sharing, which have received little attention from prior researchers. The objective is to gain a deeper understanding of the elements that influence people's views and behavior toward Islamic banking. Examining journals from Emerald Insight, Routledge, Sage, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier/Science direct, and Willey was the strategy utilized to create the conceptual framework. Next, categorize the work by theme and assess it in light of your research focuses. The conclusion of this study includes comments and suggestions for upcoming research topics.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adalah lahirnya Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa yang didalamnya mengharuskan pelaksanaan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan desa dilaksanakan secara transparan, akuntabel, partisipatif, tertib dan disiplin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dan masuk pada jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua desa di Kabupaten Agam dengan teknik pemilihan sampel secara cara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam bentuk dokumentasi literatur, survey, dan pengisian kuisioner dengan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan desa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses pengumpulan data (collection), kemudian seleksi data (reduction), selanjutnya penyajian data (display) dan terakhir adalah pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan desa di kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat berdasarkan indikator Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 sudah terlaksana dengan baik oleh aparatur desa dan pihak lainnya yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan desa tersebut. Untuk itu disarankan supaya pemerintahan desa di kabupaten Agam supaya dapat mempertahankan pelaksanaan manajemen pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan ini. Apabila diperlukan maka pemerintah desa dapat membuat peraturan teknis tentang pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan di masing-masing desa sehingga akan memudahkan setiap aparatur yang melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of transformational leadership on sharing knowledge (2) the effect of sharing knowledge on innovative work behavior (3) the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior (4) the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing. This research is a causal research. The population of this study are all employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) Witel West Sumatra with a total of 58 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples is equal to the total population, namely 58 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) Witel West Sumatra (2) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) Witel West Sumatra (3) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) Witel West Sumatra (4) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior through sharing knowledge with employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which E-wom, usefulness, and ease of use on Attitude Towards Using the PLN Mobile application through the rust variable as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all users of the PLN Mobile application. The sample in this study was 385 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that e-wom, usefulness, and ease of use provide a significant direct influence on the trust variable and the attitude towards using a variable. The results of this study also found that trust has a direct and significant influence on attitude towards using. The results of this study explain that the trust variable is able to provide a mediating role on the effect of e-wom and its usefulness on attitude toward using. However, trust cannot be a mediating variable on the effect of ease of use on attitude toward using.
