Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengaruh brand image dan brand experience terhadap customer loyalty jasa Go-Jek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengaruh brand image dan brand experience terhadap customer loyalty jasa Go-jek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausatif, yang menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel bebas. Penelitain dilaksanakan di Kota Padang pada bulan Oktober hingga Agustus 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan ojek online Go-jek, dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa, (1) Brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pada pelanggan Go-jek. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung 5,392 yang mempunyai nilai lebih besar dari t tabel 1,96. (2) Brand experince memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pada pelanggan go-jek. Dimana t hitung 2,040 yang mempunyai nilai lebih besar dari t tabel 1,96.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, Enjoyment and Perceived Security on Intention to Use E-Wallet on SME customers in Padang City. The population in this study are SME customers in the city of Padang. The number of samples in this study were 260 respondents. The data in this study were collected through online questionnaires and data processing was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Intention to use on E-wallet. (2) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and insignificant effect on Intention to Use on E-wallet. (3) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Usefulness. (4) Enjoyment has a positive effect on Intention to Use. (5) Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on Trust. (6) Trust has a positive and insignificant effect on Intention to Use. (7) Perceived Security has a positive and insignificant effect on Intention to Use. (8) Perceived Security has a positive effect on Trust.

Abstract

AbstrakPurpose - This study analyzes: (1) the effect of perceived food quality on revisit intention (2) the effect of service quality on revisit intention (3) the effect of quality of the physical environment (4) the effect of price fairness on revisit intention (5) the effect of perceived food quality on satisfaction (6) the effect of service quality on satisfaction (7) the effect of quality of the physical environment on satisfaction (8) the effect of price fairness on satisfaction (9) the effect of satisfaction on revisit intention (10) the effect of perceived food quality on revisit intention through satisfaction (11) the effect of service quality on revisit intention through satisfaction (12) the effect of quality of the physical environment on revisit intention through satisfaction (13) the effect of price fairness on revisit intention through satisfaction.Methodology - This type research is causative research. The population in this study were Padang city people who had been to Cisangkuy, Padang city. By using purposive sampling we us 300 customers as the respondent. This study used online questionnaires as the data collection instrument, This study analyzed the data by using structural equating modeling (SEM) with smart PLS 3.0 as the software package.Finding - he result of his study indicate that: (1) there is no significant effect between perceived food quality on revisit intention (2) there is no significant effect between service quality on revisit intention (3) there is no significant effect between quality of the physical environment on revisit intention (4) price fairness has a significant effect on revisit intention (5) perceived food quality has a significant effect on satisfaction (6) service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction (7) quality of the physical environment has a significant effect on satisfaction (8) price fairness has a significant effect on satisfaction (9) satisfaction has a significant effect on revisit intention (10) perceived food quality has a significant effect on revisit intention through satisfaction (11) service quality has a significant effect on revisit intention through satisfaction (12) quality of the physical environment has a significant effect on revisit intention through satisfaction (13) price fairness has a significant effect on revisit intention through satisfaction.Keyword: perceived food quality, service quality, quality of the physical environment, Price fairness, satisfaction, revisit intention.

Abstract

The UPTD of the Protected Forest Management Unit (KPHL) of Pasaman Raya is one of the regional technical implementing units of the Forestry Service of West Sumatra Province. So it becomes interesting to examine the performance of these employees. This study aims to analyze the performance that is influenced by the variables of leadership and compensation and the mediating role of job satisfaction. The results of this study state that partially there is a significant influence between leadership and positive and insignificant effect on performance, leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, goals work has a positive and significant effect on performance, work goals become an intervention between leadership and performance and have an insignificant effect and work disruption between compensation and performance has a significant effect.

Abstract

The tourism potential in Kapalo Banda Taram has not been fully balanced with the institutional capabilities and members of the tourism awareness groups, especially in managing the Kapalo Banda. It is become interesting to examine the performance of the tourism manager. This study aimed to analyze how performance is influenced by the variables of training, capacity building and reward. The results of this study partially show that there is a significant effect of training on performance, there is an insignificant effect of capacity development on performance, there is a significant effect of giving rewards on performance.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan bisnis kedai kopi dan tingginya tingkat kompetisi di Indonesia khususnya di Surabaya menimbulkan keraguan calon pembeli untuk mencoba sebuah produk minuman kopi baru. Para pengusaha kedai kopi perlu mencari faktor pendukung yang dapat menimbulkan keinginan pasar untuk mencoba sebuah produk. Afterwork Caffeine Coffee shop mengusung gabungan tema coffee to go dan specialty coffee. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh consumer doubt new product terhadap intention to try pelanggan Afterwork Caffeine Coffee shop dengan packaging sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa consumer doubt new product dinyatakan memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to try pelanggan Afterwork Caffeine Coffee shop, sedangkan packaging tidak memoderasi consumer doubt new product dalam mempengaruhi intention to try pelanggan.

Abstract

Nowadays, every governments organizational are supposed to increase their job performance, that use to give excellent service to the custumer/society. In order to achieve goal needed qualified human resources.The research was conduct at the Agam Imigrastion Office. The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of leadership, mutation, and remuneration on employee performance, by distributing qustionare for all 42 civil servants and conduct interviews and observations. Then the data is processed used quantitative analysis methods by using SEM (structural equation models) analysis technique based on Smart PLS variance.   The result showed that leadership has positive effect on job performance, The remuneration has positif effect to job performance and mutation has positif effect to job permance.Keywords : leadership; remuneration; mutation; job performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the saving behaviour model, spesifically we test: (1) the effect of financial literacy on saving behaviour; (2) the effect of  self control on saving behaviour; (3) the effect of personality traits on saving behaviour and (4) the effect of self control on saving behaviour through financial literacy as moderating variabel.  The study uses a quantitative approach using primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed online. The sample for this research  was 125 respondents from middle class society. The research data processing technique using  SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The result showed that (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on saving behaviour, (2) self control has a positive and significant effect on saving behaviour, (3) personality traits has a positive and significant effect on saving behaviour and (4) financial literacy doesnt have a significant effect but has a positive effect to moderate the relationship between the self control on saving behaviour

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of expert power and referent power on repurchase intention with economic satisfaction as a mediation to consumers of Erigo products in West Sumatra. The population in this study are consumers who have bought Erigo products and user of social media Instagram.The number of samples in this study were 240 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Expert Power has a positive and significant effect on Economic Satisfaction, (2) Referent Power has a positive and significant effect on Economic Satisfaction, (3) Economic Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (4) Expert Power has an effect on positive and significant impact on Repurchase Intention with Economic Satisfaction as mediation, (5) Referent Power has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention with Economic Satisfaction as mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cognitive skills, risk preferences, and gender on the profit of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Indonesia. This study uses non-agricultural business data in the fifth Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) wave. A total of 4.232 MSE met the sample criteria and were analyzed using the quantile regression method in 3 locations, 0.25, 0.50, and 0.75. This method offers a novelty analysis not only in the average but also differentiated into three quantiles representing 3 clusters of the MSE scale, the lowest 25 percent, the median, and the highest 25 percent scale of profit. From the analysis results, it can be concluded that the cognitive skills and risk preferences of MSE entrepreneurs only affect the MSE profit at highest quantile (q0.75). As for gender issues, MSEs run by male entrepreneurs generate higher profits than MSEs run by female entrepreneurs, but the difference in profits gets smaller in larger business scale quantiles. Thus, this research practically implies that a different strategy is needed in developing MSE in the future.Keywords: Micro and small enterprises, cognitive skills, risk preference, gender, quantile regression.
