Abstract

Loans to employees can be assessed as a form of support to foster loyalty and work enthusiasm, but on the other hand employee cooperatives entrusted with managing mandatory savings funds must be able to take into account the credit worthiness value without being subjective in order to minimize the possibility of bad credit risk so that the goal long-term member welfare can be achieved and business can run well. Comparisons using the SAW, Topsis and Weighted Product methods in determining the granting of credit to members of cooperatives employees play an important role in providing fast, precise and accurate information to determine credit granting decisions.

Abstract

Leadership in an organization is the ability to influence others. In school institutions, the Principal must be able to lead himself by having emotional and spiritual skills so that the Principal can run his school well. The principal must also be able to lead his team, namely teachers, employees and other school residents. Finally, the Principal must also be able to lead the organization, must be able to understand the vision and mission of the school well and have responsibility for the school he leads. The research method used in this study is a literature study. In this study, researchers search for data and information on various written sources including through archives, magazines, books, articles, news, journals or documents relevant to the problem studied. By conducting a literature study, researchers can have a broader and deeper deepening of the problem to be researched. In this study, researchers aim to determine efforts to improve the quality of schools and the quality of educators through transformational leadership. Main Duties and Functions of the Principal, which include planning and implementing work programs, supervising and evaluating, implementing leadership and implementing school information systems. All the main duties and functions carried out by the principal above, have the aim of improving the quality of the school. The principal as a transformational leader is someone who helps the organization and the people under his supervision to make good and positive changes in school activities. Change in an organization can occur slowly and also quickly. A teacher who works hard, will produce excellent work and results, and the quality of a good teacher can be seen from optimal work. Principals with transformational leadership will improve the quality of the school and also the quality of educators or teachers.

Abstract

The presence of a teacher is highly expected for the benefit of effectiveness and efficiency of Guidance and Counseling services in schools. Teachers can also act as mentors for their students. To assist the educational process and the quality of human resources, one of the policies of the government is to promote guidance and counseling in schools in accordance with the Ministerial Decree dated January 15, 1975 No. 008d/1975 and 008e/1975, this is further confirmed by SK and No. 84/1993 and No. 118/1996, and finally contained in the 2013 curriculum is specialization. The purpose of this service "want to know teacher participation in carrying out training on the use of the game "what falls" through information services at SMA NEGERI 1 KURUN, KUALA KURUN ", The sample consisted of 51 teachers at the school. The main data collection tool uses the Check List technique, namely: a way to obtain data by making a list of questions addressed to all teachers at SMA NEGERI 1 KURUN, KUALA KURUN. How to analyze data to test the reality that there is teacher participation in schools in the implementation of group guidance services, servants use percentage calculations. The results of the service show that almost all components of the goals in the service are carried out with a fairly high percentage of 100% by teachers at school. This means that teachers really participate in and support information services at SMA NEGERI 1 KURUN, KUALA KURUN.

Abstract

A doctor is required to carry out his obligations and be responsible for every effort in medical action against patients. However, some doctor's mistakes occur due to negligence or negligence. Errors or omissions made by doctors when treating patients are known in medical science as Medical Malpractice. Errors or omissions that cause harm to the patient. The relationship between doctor and patient seen from the perspective of civil law is an engagement relationship that originates from agreements and laws, where the relationship between the health service provider (medical service) as a medical action and the recipient of health services, namely the patient. The method used in this research is normative juridical research method. With a legal approach, a case approach and a conceptual approach. Data collection techniques with library data and laws and regulations. The results of the research limit doctors are allowed to take medical actions that are not within their competence, the medical profession must first have STR and SIP as stipulated in Article 29, Article 36, Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practitioners, doctors are not allowed to take medical action those who are not competent as long as they do not have a competency certificate for the recognition of what they have obtained during the educational process, and receive additional training to obtain these competencies, and carry out the referral process if they are unable to carry out patient examination and treatment. second, the settlement process is carried out first to MKDKI to determine violations of medical disciplines and forward to MKEK to determine ethical violations and impose ethical sanctions, Article 29 of Law Number 36 of 2014 Concerning Health, provides an alternative settlement through mediation, and if it is suspected of committing a crime the crime is forwarded to the competent authorities Article 66 paragraph (3) of Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practitioners. Therefore, doctors must always be guided by professional standards and standard operating procedures in carrying out medical practices.

Abstract

In the current era of digital technology, in Indonesia, there are many applications that can be used as tools to facilitate the daily lives of its users. These applications consist of various kinds, including artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and Machine Learning. With these various applications, users are also equipped with devices that are tailored to their needs. In this regard, the study discussed relates to the benefits of digital minimalism for the digital era for its users. The method used is qualitative analysis based on phenomena with data collection based on literature review. Thus, it is hoped that the result is that digital minimalism has positive benefits for users of technology applications in the digital era. In addition, research results can be developed in further research and implemented in society.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism industry, including in the city of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The city of Bandung, which is famous for its cultural wealth and natural beauty, has previously become a popular cultural tourism destination for local and foreign tourists. However, after the pandemic, the number of tourist visits has decreased significantly. This study aims to analyze the effect of the commodification of cultural tourism products on the number of tourist visits to the city of Bandung after the Covid-19 pandemic. Commodification refers to the process of converting culture and cultural tourism products into commodities that are traded for economic purposes. This research will focus on how changing culture into a commodity impacts the tourist experience and how it affects the number of tourist visits to Bandung. This research method will use a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observations of tourism industry players, local communities, and tourists visiting the city of Bandung after the pandemic. These data will be analyzed thematically to identify changes in cultural tourism products, tourist perceptions of cultural commodification, and their impact on the number of tourist visits. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how the commodification of cultural tourism products affects the number of tourist visits to the city of Bandung after the Covid-19 pandemic. The implications of this research can be used by tourism stakeholders and local governments in formulating sustainable strategies to return the number of tourist visits to a more optimal level. It is hoped that the results of this research can also provide guidance in maintaining cultural sustainability and maintaining the authenticity of the tourist experience in the city of Bandung. It is important to ensure that tourism in Bandung can serve as a vehicle to support local economic growth while preserving valuable cultural heritage for the local community and visiting tourists.

Abstract

COVID-19 has caused many difficulties around the world, from productivity to educational problems. This research aims to disseminate research trends on digitalization of education and welfare in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through a systematic review, all the most research works on this topic in English, context, which were published between 2020–2023 in international high-impact journals, were analysed. After analyzing 201 articles, the results show the most frequently used keywords arehuman covids digitalization education sustainability. Research that directly discusses the transformation of digitalization on welfare was not found. This is transmitted to the points above to achieve the impact of digitalization of education on welfare.

Abstract

Being able to speak in public, become an MC, and do icebreaking activities are skills that are needed now. These three activities are often used in various events, both formal and informal events, such as seminars, art performance, training, birthdays, inauguration, company gatherings and others. In those activities, people who can speak in public are definitely needed to give speeches, become MCs or do icebreaking, but many people feel less confident about speaking in public due to nervousness, or lack of practice, not used to it, or other reasons. Basically, the ability to speak in public can be learned and trained, the more often we do it, the more skilful and courageous will appear confidently. One form of public speaking activity is the Master of Ceremony (MC), which is an activity to guide an event, including several kinds of Programmes of formal, semi-formal, entertainment, birthday events, talk shows and so on. The opportunity to become an MC or the MC profession is currently very large and can be done by anyone, including students who are still in SMK. Therefore, it is necessary to provide training for students at Said Naum Vocational High School, Central Jakarta with the theme: Public Speaking, Master of Ceremony (MC) and Icebreaking Training in order to increase the self-confidence of Said Naum Vocational School students, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Technology has a very close relationship with the business world. processing accounting data with the help of a computer is familiar both within small companies and large corporations. The development of information technology is evolving so quickly, especially computer technology provides many advantages for us. Particularly in the field of business can contribute to the activities of companies that run efficiently and effectively. One of the benefits that can be felt is the use of accounting data processing software as an application program Zahir Accounting version 5.1 that can help the process in a firm's accounting data processing. The weakness of the accounting data processing can arise when manually, resulting in errors occur errors in the recording process, so the lack of accurate reports generated. In this occasion the author gives an example of the data processing of accounting at TokoYennyDepok previously done manually, the authors propose to do computerized using Zahir Accounting application program version 5.1. Zahir Accounting application version 5.1 in processing accounting data is a good solution to solve the existing problems in the company so that the company's goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to explore tourist perceptions of accessibility aspects when visiting the Orchid Forest tourist destination in Lembang. Accessibility is an important factor in determining the level of comfort and convenience for visitors during a tour. Orchid Forest tourism is one of the popular destinations in the Lembang area, but it still needs further study on how tourists perceive aspects of accessibility at that location. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a single case study. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with a number of tourists visiting the Orchid Forest. Interviews were conducted to gain an in-depth understanding of their perceptions regarding the accessibility of facilities, transportation and infrastructure at tourist sites. The results of this study are expected to provide a more in-depth description of how tourists perceive aspects of accessibility in Orchid Forest. These findings can provide valuable information for tourism managers and related parties in improving facilities and services that can improve accessibility for tourists. In addition, this research can also provide recommendations for better infrastructure improvement and development in order to increase the positive experience of visitors while traveling in these locations.
