<![CDATA[The objectives of this service activity are: 1) To increase the knowledge of the participants, namely students, the importance of the Mendeley application as a reference management of library resources in research. 2) To improve the ability of the participants, namely students, to be able to operate the Mendeley application properly and correctly. The stages of work carried out by the implementing team in this community service program are providing training and providing assistance in managing reference sources of libraries in scientific works and being able to operate the Mendeley application properly and correctly. This activity was attended by 7th (seven) students of the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Accounting, UNG, who were preparing proposals and theses. The expected result of this service program is that it can improve the skills of students as young researchers to manage references to library sources or citations so that the writings in scientific works are presented properly and correctly in accordance with the procedures for writing scientific papers that are applied.]]>

<![CDATA[Lobuto Village, Biluhu District, Gorontalo Regency has a lot of potential that needs to be developed and preserved. In order to accelerate the development of Lobuto Village in accordance with Law No. 25 of 2004 concerning the national, regional and village development planning system, strategic steps are needed as an effort for the sustainable development of Lobuto village, namely through the village development program in achieving the SDGs.Therefore, through the Community Service Program the Thematic Village Community Service Program, it is hoped that it can help analyze work programs that are right on target and really needed by the Lobuto Village community to be implemented with the development of the latest innovations and technology so that they can be used directly for the community to improve the economy , community welfare, socio-cultural improvement and health to support the Village Build program in achieving the SDGs. Based on the results of the analysis and assessment in the field, a program of activities that are very urgent and considered appropriate to the needs of the Lobuto Village community are formulated, namely: (1). Coastal tourism development, (2). Management and marketing of fishery products, (3). Planning for making village libraries, (4). Construction of a Waste Bank and supported by several other additional programs such as (1). Tumbilotohe implementation and (2). Entertainment activities for the community. The program of activities will be included in the development work plan (RKP) of Lobuto Village, Biluhu District, Gorontalo Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The development village paradigm allows villagers to determine their own development priorities and visions because the decisions are made in village deliberations. Another advantage of the village development movement is that rural communities are encouraged to be independent in formulating their steps to build village welfare. Residents also become much more enthusiastic about carrying out the development of their village because they have the right and authority to determine what their village needs. The Thematic Community Service Program by LPPM UNG in 2021 is oriented to improve the quality of the number of UNG lecturers who have been implemented and are able to be efficient for the community according to the mission of the Ministry of Villages PDTT (1) Accelerating sustainable rural and rural development; (2) Develop the economy and investment in Villages and Rural Areas, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration areas. The development of productive skills for rural communities in coastal areas is one of the strategic programs to support the implementation of Thematic Community Service Program. This is important because the coastal area is a priority program for universities to intervene both in terms of educational policies and efforts to accelerate economic resilience which has an impact on increasing income and welfare of the community. The target of developing productive skills for coastal communities through the Thematic Community Service Program is to participate with village communities to provide support for productive skills, especially for people in need as an educational effort on the one hand, and as an alternative solution to developing skills that have economic value to meet the needs of increasing income. and the quality of life of rural communities on the other hand. The achievements of this activity are the implementation of the development of productive skills of the target community, among others, (1) Development and training of tourism awareness groups, (2) BUMDES management, (3) the use of organic waste, (4) training on processed fish products of Sunglir (sulo-sulo), ( 5) katinting machine maintenance skills, and (6) IT public relations training for youth organizations. The level of community participation in this activity is relatively good, it is recommended that such a program be continued as an effort to empower the community to be able to manage their potential independently which in turn can create high efficiency for village development.]]>

<![CDATA[Scientific work is the result of writing that presents opinions, observations, reviews and research in a particular field by paying attention to norms and ethics for writers. participants in determining the title and making the introduction properly and correctly according to the guidelines for writing scientific papers. The target audience in the service activities are students in the Faculty of Economics, especially the Accounting Study Program who will be in charge of the proposal proposal seminar. The methods used in this training activity are as follows: Lecture method, discussion method, and exercises. Evaluation in this activity is carried out in three stages, namely the activity planning stage, the stage during the activity process, and the final stage of the activity. The results of this activity provide great benefits for the training participants who in this case are students in the process of making scientific papers starting from determining the problem, formulating titles, writing introductions as well as references and research data, so that scientific works produced by students become quality scientific work.]]>

<![CDATA[Supervision of the conservation of bat animals in ensuring the preservation of bat animals and economic stability for the beneficiary groups. The purpose of the service is to implement independent supervision of bat conservation. Conservation monitoring activities are carried out in the Bat Conservation area in Olibu Village, Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency. The target group is the Bat Utilization Group and the community. Service activities are focused on increasing group and community understanding of supervisory understanding (1). Designing an independent conservation monitoring model focused on monitoring the fishing process and monitoring conservation areas (2). Monitoring line (3). The initial assessment illustrates that the group's understanding of the importance of supervision is still low at 9.95% before receiving material delivery. The final assessment illustrates that there is an increased understanding of knowledge about the self-monitoring model that will be applied in conservation areas by 82.93%. Supervision activities on the management of bat animal capture are comprehensive supervision, starting from the time the catching is carried out until the bats are marketed. Supervision during capture is needed in order to stabilize the protection and survival of captured bats, especially for animals that are not fit to be caught and traded. Supervision of Conservation Areas is the right step to take in preserving bat animals and economic stability for groups using bats, in addition to existing conservation areas, they can develop into tourist areas. There are 2 bat control lines and a conservation area, namely land and sea routes. The monitoring model for bat conservation independently can be realized by involving groups of users, the village community as the object of supervision over the activities of monitoring the capture management process and supervision of conservation areas, while the Olibu village government as a supervisory control through implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[The success of “Developing Villages” is very much determined by a careful planning that is able to answer problems and anticipate opportunities and challenges that arise carefully and in the process carried out in a participatory manner by involving all stakeholders including the community and village officials/apparatus.The method used in the implementation of the Thematic Village Community Service Program is mentoring. At the end of this activity, a village planning document was obtained in the form of a Village Program Work Plan (RKPD) with the village priority program being the provision of clean water. In addition, students carry out additional activities in the village, namely Takraw Competitions between hamlets as an effort to strengthen the sense of brotherhood among residents.]]>

<![CDATA[Permainan tradisional identik dengan permainan yang multigerak, anak-anak akan dituntut lebih banyak bergerak dalam melakukannya. Permainan tradisional merupakan sarana untuk mengenalkan anak-anak pada nilai budaya dan norma-norma sosial yang diperlukan untuk mengadakan hubungan atau kontak sosial dan memainkan peran yang sesuai dengan kedudukan sosial dalam masyaraka Pengenalan permainan tradisional atau kata lain sosialisasi, mengaktualkan kembali permainan-permainan yang kaya akan gerak di dalamnya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menitik beratkan pada pengajaran baik berupa materi maupun moril untuk meningkatkan kemampuan afektif, kognitif dan psikomotor anak-anak untuk melestarikan kearifan lokal khususnya di Panti asuhan melalui permainan tradisional asli Gorontalo. Hasilnya, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini memperoleh antusias yang tinggi dari tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat yang berjumlah 9 orang dan juga peserta yang berjumlah 22 anak. Luaran dari Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini telah memotivasi anak untuk mengenal kearifan lokal masyarakat Gorontalo, dapat berfikir kreatif dan bergerak dengan perasaan riang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this program to provide knowledge and skills to the SP3 Saritani community in utilizing agricultural waste of corn cob as the basic ingredients of charcoal briquettes as an alternative energy. External targets of this program include opportunities for students to learn with the community about village development (learning society). To implementation in this activity used Focus group discussion (FGD) between students and partner groups. Direct observation and excavations together with partners and document the potential resources that will be developed with the assisted community. Designing scenarios for the implementation of the program, conducting training and mentoring for the processing of agricultural waste of corn cobs for raw materials of charcoal briquette production as an alternative energy potential. The result obtained is the existence of charcoal briquette products made from corn waste. Charcoal briquettes produced have physical characteristics that are ideal enough as an alternative fuel. The physical shape of charcoal briquettes in the form of cylinders with a height of about 3 cm and a diameter of about 5 cm and hard enough with a type of starch adhesive with a percentage of 5%, 10% and 15% respectively. The test results concluded that the process of ignition of briquettes into coals that are ready for use takes only one minute. The impact obtained is the value of products produced to provide economic independence to the SP3 Saritani community. This devotional activity has also supported the application of innovations and technologies that are directly useful in achieving SDGs on the 7th goals (clean and renewable energy villages) and the 15th goals (villages care about the land environment).]]>

<![CDATA[Dental health problems are a common problem for the entire world population, including Indonesia. The incidence of dental caries worldwide has a fairly high number, namely 80-90% in children under 18 years. One of the main factors causing dental caries is the presence of caries-causing bacteria, namely Streptococcus mutans which is a normal flora of the oral cavity. The type of business that will be made is the production and marketing business of mouthwash with the composition of extracts from the waste of the matoa fruit peel as a solution in overcoming dental caries. Based on research by Kai (2021), where the results of the potency test of matoa fruit peel extract against Streptococcus mutans bacteria showed concentrations of 25%, 50%, and 75% with the resulting inhibition zones of 11.75 mm, 15.82 mm and 18.75. This mouthwash formulation consists of Matoa Fruit Peel Extract, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Aquadest, and Pipermint. This product has promising business prospects because there are no similar products on the market, the basic ingredients are easy to get and in terms of financial analysis and business feasibility, an overview of the planned business can get promising profits]]>
