Abstract

Competition in the business world has recently experienced very rapid development in line with developments in the globalization era. This can be seen from the increasing level of competition in the business world in marketing its products and services to consumers. Business people compete in marketing their products to be known and in demand by their consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the intention to repurchase Crackers Rambak NSR Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research uses probability sampling with simple random sampling technique with the study population consisting of 100 respondents determined using the slovin formula. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Repurchase intention is descriptively considered not good, descriptive quality is considered not good and price is considered not good. The results of the verification analysis of Product Quality on Repurchase Intention have a strong correlation, a determination value of 21.3% and Price has an effect on Repurchase Intention. Product Quality on Repurchase Interest has a very strong correlation value. The determination value is 51.7% and product quality affects purchase intention. Simultaneously Product Quality and Price affect Repurchase Intention, have a strong relationship and contribute 70.0%.

Abstract

The objective of this research to test the influence of Murabahah and Istishna Financing Risks on Financial Performance of KB Bukopin Sharia. Samples were Financial Statements of KB Bukopin Sharia listed BEI period 2018 until 2022. Variable in this research are Murabahah and Istishna Financing Risks as independen variable and Financial Performance as dependen variable. Measured of Murabahah Financing Risks variable used Non Performing Finance (NPF) of Murabahah. Measured of Istishna Financing Risks variable used Non Performing Finance (NPF) of Istishna. Whereas Measured of Value Financial Performance variable used Return on Assets (ROA). The regression model explores the relationship between Murabahah Financing Risk and Istishna Financing Risk and its contribution to the Financial Performance of KB Bukopin Sharia. The result reveal that Murabahah Financing Risk effected nagatively and insignificant to Return on Assets, Istishna Financing Risk effected nagatively and insignificant to Return on Assets, as well as Murabahah and Istishna Financing Risks effected nagatively and insignificant to Return on Assets of KB Bukopin Sharia.

Abstract

The condition of financial distress is a condition that precedes which a business will run in condition of incapacity or business failure and will eventually lead to the worst condition in business, which is bankruptcy. Bankruptcy and business failure are a scourge and common in a competitive business environment. The problem of financial difficulties arises when the company can no longer fulfill its payment commitments or cannot fulfill its debts (Michael, et al, 2020). Within the company, the bankruptcy analysis can be useful to anticipate as an early warning of bankruptcy conditions and for business continuity or sustainability. So that the risk of bankruptcy can be minimized and improvements can be made immediately. There are several models that can be used in analyzing a company's Financial Distress, the most widely used is the Altman model. The study aims to analyze and identify the influence of fundamental factors represented by ratios such as Sales Growth Analysis, ROA Ratio, Current Ratio, and Activity ratio on Financial Distress conditions. This research was conducted on financial statements of oil and gas mining sector company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Data was collected using data panel with multiple linear regression technique analysis. Data was proceed using Eviews 12. The result show Sales growth, ROA, Current Ratio and TATO ratio have a partially significant effect on Financial Distress. Sales growth ROA, Current Ratio and TATO ratio together and a simultaneous have an effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

In terms of attracting of public funds as one of the functions of financial institutions needed the right strategy, if the concept of strategy is not clear, the decision will be subjective and based on intuition and ignore other decisions. The aim of the research was to determine the ratio and advantage of conventional marketing strategy and syariah marketing strategy. The research was a descriptive qualitative study conducted in BPR Prima Sengkang and BMT As’adiyah Sengkang. The data were analyzed using IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, and SWOT Matrix methods. The results of the research indicate that IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix of BPR Prima has a score of 2.81 and 2.80, while IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix of BMT As’adiyah Sengkang has a score of 3.41 and 3.38. This means that the strategy implemented by BMT As’adiyah Sengkang to attract public funds is more effective than the one implemented by BPR Prima is in quadrant IV, while BMT As’adiyah is in quadrant I. This indicates that syariah marketing strategy implemented by BMT As’adiyah is more superior than conventional marketing strategy implemented by BPR Prima Sengkang.

Abstract

The e-commerce and marketplace markets continue to grow rapidly in this digital era. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition, an effective marketing strategy is the key to maintaining existence and competitiveness. Promotion and branding are two important aspects of marketing strategy that play a key role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. This research aims to analyze the influence of promotional activities and brand image on purchasing decisions of marketplace application users. Data is collected from consumers who make transactions via e-commerce applications in Indonesia. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used to test the relationship between promotional variables, brand image and purchasing decisions. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between promotions and purchasing decisions of marketplace application users. However, brand image does not have a partially significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. However, simultaneously, promotions and branding have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in marketplace applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Euity Ratio, Return On Equity,dan Return On Terhadap Return Saham (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perbankan yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016 - 2021). Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2021 yaitu sebanyak 5 populasi. Sampel yang akan digunakan penelitian ini sebanyak 5 sampel perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sample jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sample apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan dengan jenis data sekunder, yaitu data yang telah diolah atau disajikan dan telah dipublikasikan di situs BEI. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software EViews versi 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham dan Return on Assets dan Return on Equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham.
