Abstract

The basic and chemical industry has the characteristics of being a pioneer industry that has the opportunity to get a reduction in the tax burden. This study will examine whether the company's financial factors, namely assets, profitability, leverage, fixed asset intensity, and inventory intensity can be used as predictors of tax management in basic and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The source of the data for this research is the company's financial statements which are accessed through the idx.co.id website. The observation period is 2016-2019. The criteria for selecting the sample are having been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period, not experiencing losses and using the rupiah currency for financial reporting. The results of data collection obtained 88 (eighty eight) data from 22 (twenty two) companies that meet the sample criteria. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression found empirical evidence that profitability, firm size as proxied by total assets, and fixed asset intensity can be used as predictors of tax management variables. Leverage and inventory intensity cannot be used as predictors of tax management by basic and chemical industrial companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and the Covid-19 pandemic with excellent service as an intervening on the productivity of vocational high school education in Bogor Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique involving 100 educational activists such as educators, students, vice principals to principals at 20 public and private vocational high schools in Bogor Regency. The instruments used in this research are the organizational climate scale, the Covid-19 pandemic and the excellent service scale and the education productivity scale. Analysis of the data used is analysis. The analysis test in this study will test normality, linearity, and simple regression using intervening or path analysis. The correlation coefficient value generated based on the analysis of the results that have been carried out shows the significance value of Variable X1 (Organizational Climate) of 1.00 greater than 0.05 and X2 (Covid-19 Pandemic Regulations) and Variable Z (Excellent Service) of 0.000 more smaller than 0.05. This means that X1 has no significant effect on the Y variable (Vocational High School Productivity) while the X2 and Z variables have a significant effect on the Y variable (Vocational Productivity).

Abstract

Work characteristics are important aspects of work that can have an impact on employee welfare. The characteristics of work are divided into two, namely job demand and job resources. The JD-R model is a refinement of two previously developed job stress models, namely the demands-control model (DCM) (Karasek, 1979) and the effort-reward imbalance model (ERI) (Siegrist, 1996). This study uses a literature review approach. It is hoped that this study can be used as a study or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in job demand and job resources models. Job resources and job demands can be distinguished by their respective roles. In job resources, for example, autonomy can help employees to organize and complete work comfortably and feedback can help employees improve work performance. Then social support from colleagues and mentors from supervisors can increase motivation and emotional support at work. On the other hand, job demands, such as workload, emotions, and physical demands, are things that exist in a job that can be tolerated by the role of job resources.

Abstract

The consumer journey is one of the marketing techniques that must be considered by business owners. From the customer journey, business owners can develop 2 outcomes, including the conversion of marketing activities to sales, and also advocates from advocates who have purchased or even only seen reviews of the consumer journeys they have experienced. The application of computer technology as a tool that is absolutely used as the main support in business competition and the support of good human resources. To support this achievement, it is necessary to have an information system that can assist in facilitating all processes required by the company. The problem with Coffee Frequency is how to design a sales information system that is appropriate and needed by Kopi Frequency. With the aim of research to create an application that can process sales data on Frequency Kopi computerized and provide a customer journey strategy for the owner of the Coffee Frequency Coffee Shop. The data collection method used by the author is qualitative with a case study approach by applying Research and development (R&D). This study resulted in a sales information system design to process data, in the form of goods data, supplier data, incoming and outgoing stock data, so that the sales process can run more precisely and quickly and provide a pleasant customer journey.

Abstract

Dalam setiap transaksi perdagangan saham, investor atau manajer investasi dihadapkan kepada pilihan untuk membeli atau menjual saham. Setiap kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi investor. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis yang akurat dan dapat diandalkan untuk dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan investasi. Ada dua macam analisis dalam dunia investasi saham yaitu analisis fundamental dan analisis teknikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen positif vaksin covid-19 dengan Analisa teknikal pada saham sektor kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat enam saham yang memiliki kinerja terbaik dengan perdagangan saham yang tinggi. Pada penelitian ini juga peneliti merumuskan beberapa pertimbangan teknikal yang perlu dipertimbangkan investor dalam buy or hold suatu saham.

Abstract

Birokrasi atau prosedur berbisnis di Indonesia sangat kompleks dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta biaya yang besar, hal ini menghambat calon pelaku usaha. Secara internal terdapat permasalahan dalam perusahaan yang berdampak pada kebangkrutan yang berkaitan dengan degradasi moral di kalangan pelaku bisnis, di mana kurangnya tata kelola perusahaan yang baik menyebabkan rendahnya kualitas laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan, sehingga mendorong perusahaan untuk melakukan manipulasi akuntansi. Dampak dari hal tersebut, secara eksternal, birokrasi yang kompleks dan internal, laporan akuntansi yang meragukan menyebabkan kurangnya kepercayaan investor untuk berinvestasi, sehingga dapat menurunkan daya saing baik secara nasional maupun global. Penelitian ini menganalisis kemudahan berusaha dan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik untuk menciptakan daya saing global dengan menggunakan metode Literature Review ke dalam berbagai laporan tahunan, jurnal dan data sekunder pendukung lainnya. Hasilnya sejak tahun 2017, kemudahan berusaha dan tata kelola perusahaan di Indonesia semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya dan daya saing global menunjukkan peringkat yang semakin baik hingga tahun 2021 (data terkini). Abstract

Perusahaan yang baik akan tercermin dari nilai perusahaannya. Semakin baik suatu perusahaan, maka perusahaan tersebut semakin bernilai. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Net Profit Margin dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimoderasi dengan penggunaan Enterprise Resource Planning. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dan menghasilkan 23 perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin dan Enterprise Resource Planning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Total Asset Turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Enterprise Resource Planning juga tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Net Profit Margin terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

A quantitative study that aims to look at the level of teacher job satisfaction and its relationship to the work culture that is practiced in secondary schools. A total of 305 teachers serving in secondary schools in the Hulu Kinta area have been involved in this study. The inquiry form related to teacher job satisfaction was used to collect the desired data and analyzed with the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0. The results of the study found that the teacher's job satisfaction stage was at a simple stage with a min score between ±3.34 to ±4.27. This study also shows that there are differences in the stages of job satisfaction between gender and age variables (F = 2.735, p = 0.044), education stage (F = 2.679, p = 0.047) while marital status factors (t = -.856 and p value = 0.392 ) and work experience (F= 2.014; p=0.112) also showed no difference in teacher job satisfaction. However, this study concludes that there is no difference between school bands and work culture among teachers who work in secondary schools in the Hulu Kinta Perak area except in the aspect of 'communication style' with a p value of .022. This study found that work culture factors in the 'guarding' aspect and the 'innovation' and 'taking risks' aspects were the most significant predictors of work culture that influenced the job satisfaction of the sample teachers of this study. Therefore, several suggestions have been suggested, such as the awareness of the management to improve the practice of a more positive work culture, interventions to increase the motivation and virtue of teachers. The role of students, parents and the community is also important as an effort to help the school achieve a high level of job satisfaction and then help students' academic brilliance and school success.

Abstract

This study analyzes the queuing system at the Madura Nor Aini Spicy Duck Rice Business. The analysis uses data on the speed of customer arrivals and data on the speed of customer service to get a queuing model and characteristics at the Madura Nor Aini Spicy Duck Rice Business. The research method used is quantitatively based on primary data and uses a stopwatch to record service time data. The results of this study are the queuing model, namely (M/M/1): (FIFO/~/~) with the arrival of people while waiting for the average is 2 people, the average number of people while waiting and queuing is 3 people, the average time while waiting is 19.2 minutes, the average time while waiting and queuing is 13.2 minutes, and the level of busyness is 70%. So, it can be concluded that this situation can be said to be quite ideal for the queue system at the Madura Nor Aini Spicy Duck Rice Business. However, the business needs to be increased again, so that the owner's level of activity increases to reach 100% and his popularity and profits also increase. Keywords: Queuing, Arrival, Service
