Abstract

This study aims to develop dice media that has been developed by previous researchers, the development of previous media has not been effective in its use and there is no Islamic nuance and creativity skills in the learning media, so this research develops dice media based on Islamic nuances on the theme of growth and development of living things. to train the creativity of third grade SD/MI students. This research is also to find out how the expert opinion on dice media based on Islamic nuances on the theme of growth and development of living things to train the creativity of third grade elementary school / MI students and find out the response of educators to dice media based on Islamic nuances on the theme of growth and development of living things to train student creativity. From the research conducted, the opinions of experts on the dice media with Islamic nuances on the theme of growth and development of living things to train the creativity of students got very valid and practical criteria, with an average assessment of media experts of 90.12%, linguists' assessments of 86 ,6% and material/content expert assessment 87,13%. The response of educators to the dice media with Islamic nuances to train the creativity of students received an assessment of 91.36%. The results of this study indicate that the dice media based on Islamic nuances to train the creativity of students on the theme of growth and development of living things in class III SD/MI can be used as learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the skills of teachers in managing low grades in Indonesian subjects at SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I city of Pariaman. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative type of percentage. The subjects in this study were 6 low grade teachers at SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I. The object of this research is the skills of classroom teachers in low class management in Indonesian language subjects. Data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive percentage analysis method. From the results of the overall study regarding the skills of teachers in managing low grades in Indonesian subjects at SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I City of Pariaman is categorized as very good, although there are some aspects that are still good or not good. Low grade teacher at SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I Kota Pariaman is very professional in managing classes and can overcome unfavorable classes and maintain them.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Youtube media in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in third grade students of SD Negeri 25 Pegambiran, Padang City. In the teaching and learning process, especially in online learning, various types of media can be used, one of which is Youtube. Youtube is an application that is a place for various videos that can be accessed and uploaded and downloaded by users using network access. The use of Youtube media is expected that students will be interested and understand the material being taught well. This study also aims to find out the obstacles that occur in the use of Youtube in online learning in third grade students of SD Negeri 25 Pegambiran, Padang City. This research method is a qualitative description with a descriptive type with the research subject of class III teachers. Research data obtained in three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed by collecting data, sorting data, displaying data and then drawing conclusions. This research was conducted in the third grade of SD Negeri 25 Pegambiran, Padang City. The results showed that the features used by teachers from the Youtube application were video descriptions, Thumbnail adjustments, playlists, schedules, Share Links, and end screens. The steps taken by the teacher in utilizing Youtube in online learning consist of two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. Constraints faced when using Youtube in online learning systems are (1) Internet quota (2) Unable to interact online. The solution is (1) Opening the link directly without moving to Youtube (2) Using the comments and Live Streaming features. Keywords: Utilization of Youtube Media, Online Learning.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the important components in the learning process, the teacher plays a role in creating a process of interaction in all directions between students, teachers and learning resources so that learning objectives are realized. Although the current learning system is no longer a teacher center, a teacher still plays an important role in guiding students. To improve the performance and insight of teachers in learning at SD Negeri 016/XI Talang Lindung, schools carry out action research related to the problems above. Due to the limitations of the researcher, this research is only focused on educative supervision, so the title of the action research is "Improving Teacher Performance in Classroom Learning Through Periodic Collaborative Educational Supervision". Based on the background of the problem above, the general problem formulation in this action research is: Can collaborative educational supervision periodically improve teacher performance in classroom learning? The subjects in this study were the teachers of SDN 016/XI Talang Lindung Sungai Bungkal District, Sungai Penuh City, where the researcher was assigned to be the principal of the 2019/2020 school year. The action is carried out in 2 cycles. The research time is from August to October 2019 in the 2019/2020 school year. In the implementation of the action, the design is carried out in 2 cycles which include; (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. During the research, the researcher collected initial data, developed a supervision program, carried out supervision, analyzed, and followed up. In data collection, the technique used is to use observation and questionnaires. In this action research, it turned out that almost all of the 6 teachers were able to carry out learning well. This is evident from the results of supervision. Based on the improvement in teacher performance, both lesson plans, implementation of learning, assessment of learning outcomes, and implementation of follow-up on student assessment results, it turns out that it affects student test results in 2019. Thus, the hypothesis proposed above can be accepted

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to produce scientific-based science learning Modules for fifth grade students at SDN 36 Gunung Sarik, Padang City, which meet the valid, practical and effectve criteria. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). Based on the theory proposed by Sugiyono (2013), the development research model used is 4-D, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Due to time constraints, the research only reached the development phase (3-D). The research instrument includes a validation sheet which is validated by 3 lecturers and a practical sheet for 1 educator and 26 fifth grade students at SDN 36 Gunung Sarik, Padang City, and a pre-test and post-test test of effectveness by 26 students at SDN 36. Mount Sarik, Padang City. The results showed that the Module produced was categorized as very valid by the validator with an average value (3.61) both from the aspect of material feasibility (3.71), design aspect (3.8), and language aspect (3.33). The resulting Modules are categorized as very practical by educators with an average percentage (92.08%). And categorized as very practical by students with an average percentage (96.39%). And the results of the study on the effectveness test were categorized as high with a percentage (0.71). From the results of the study, it was concluded that the development of a scientific-based science learning Module for class V SDN 36 Gunung Sarik Padang City was valid, practical, and effectve so that it could be used in the learning process in class V SD (Elementary School).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari motivasi belajar sebagai faktor untama yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani. Pembelajaran afektif dilaporkan menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam pencapaian hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani selama masa pandemi covid-19. Sebuah desain korelasi dengan mengunakan metode asosiatif causal telah digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari sampel 35 kelas V SD Negeri 24 Parupuk Tabing Kota Padang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Selanjutnya, untuk memeriksa pengaruh dari studi ini, kami memanfaakan IBM SPSS software. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat perbedak korelasi anatara laki-laki dan perempuan antara hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dari prediktor motivasi belajar. Kekuatan pengaruh langsung mengidentifikasi bahwa secara signifikan perpengaruh positif motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Oleh sebab itu, komponen motivasi belajar menjadi faktor utama dalam hasi belajar pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

Text book is the important component in learning process, it is caused by the content of the text book will be delivered to the students in learning process. Recently, found that the teachers do not develop the textbook which is based on thematic integrated. In teaching the teachers are still be guided by teachers’ and students’ handbooks which are provided by Kemendikbud. There are some weakness in the teachers’ and students’ handbook that used in learning process, and need development. Based on the problem above, the researcher wants to develop the textbook of thematic integrated based on Problem Based Learning. The purpose of this research is to develop the textbook thematic integrated based on Problem Based Learning for fifth grade. The validity, practicallity, and efectiveness of this thematic integrated book for the fifth grade. This research used Four-D model. The subject of this research were teacher and fifth grade students in SDN Percobaan Padang and SDN 05 Padang Pasir. The technique of data analysis was analysis of validity,practicality and effectiveness. The data of validity obtained from the validity of textbook. The practicallity observed from the learning, questionaire of teachers’ response, questionaire of students’ response, and interview. The effectiveness conducted from observation of activity and the learning outcome of the students. The result of this research were: in definition stage it produced curriculum analysis, needs and students. The cover, acknowledgement, the book guidance, standard of competence and core competence, table of content, chapters and stabdard competence mapping, sub chapters, indicators, purposes of the learning and the steps of Problem Based Learning were the result of textbook design stage. The development stage for the average validity was 3.81 which is valid. The practicality of this research in learning process was 94%, the questionaire of teachers’ respond was 86.11% and for the questionaire of students’ response was 90% and they are included to very practicallity. The disseminate stage for the effectiveness was 87.81% for the percentage of the students. Generally, The learning outcomes of the students was very good. The conclusion was the textbook based on Problem Based Leaning which is thematc integrated and developed had been valid, pracitcal, and effective to use as one of textbook for teaching in fifth grade in elementary school.

Abstract

Peran utama pendidikan ialah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, baik melalui lembaga pemerintah maupun non pemerintah. Salah satu solusinya ialah melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) sebagai pengelolaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Sekolah diberi wewenang langsung terkait pelayanan di sekolah baik pelayanan secara internal maupun secara eksternal. Hal ini sejalan dengan kebijakan desentralisasi yang mendorong sekolah untuk mengambil keputusan secara transparan, akuntabel dan partisipatif dengan melibatkan warga sekolah seperti kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, orang tua dan masyarakat. MBS adalah solusi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui kerjasama semua pihak mulai dari kepala sekolah, guru, orangtua, dan stackholder lainnya, sarana prasarana, dan motivasi, konsep diri, minat serta kemandirian belajar. Dengan demikian, akan memunculkan keunggulan dalam hal perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan hingga monitoring berupa evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui literatur online dan dari kumpulan jurnal-jurnal terakreditasi yang relevan.

Abstract

Kenagarian Kapau Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang Kabupaten Agam terdiri dari 3 sidang yaitu sidang Induring, sidang Pandan Basasak dan sidang Pasia Parak Maru. Masing-masing siding memiliki satu Sekolah Dasar. SD 01 terletak di siding Pandan Basasak, SD 07 terletak di Sidang Induring dan SDNegeri 21 terletak di Sidang Pasia Parak Maru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pelaksanaan pendidikan Sekolah Dasar yang ada di Kenagarian Kapau Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang Kabupaten Agam. Meode penelitian yaitu, observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat baik, iklim sekolah sagat baik, kinerja guru sangat baikkepengawasan sekolah kategori baik, partisipasi orang tua kategori baik.Simpulan ditemukan adalah bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan di sekolah Dasar di Kenagaraian Kapau Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Dongeng sebagai salah satu genre sastra dewasa ini sudah mulai ditinggalkan oleh para pencinta sastra, apalagi di tengah-tengah arus modernisasi dewasa ini. Semua lini kehidupan sudah berbasis teknologi dan digital, tidak terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Dewasa ini, sudah jarang anak yang suka membaca dongeng karena anak-anak disibukkan dengan gadget. Jika dibiarkan tentu saja kondisi ini akan membuat dongeng sebagai salah satu sarana dalam mengembangkan karakter anak-anak akan punah. Dongeng seyogyianya dapat mengembangkan literasi sastra anak terutama pada aspek membaca dan menulis, yang merupakan titik tolok untuk mengukur literasi sastra siswa. Dongeng sebagai salah satu bagian sastra anak, berfungsi memberikan hiburan dan sebagai sarana untuk mewariskan nilai-nilai yang diyakini kebenarannya oleh masyarakat. Dongeng dipandang sebagai sarana untuk mewariskan nilai-nilai kepada anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus. Sesuai dengan keberadaan misi tersebut, dongeng mengandung ajaran moral. Melalui dongeng, diharapkan dapat membentuk manusia-manusia Indonesia yang memegang teguh nilai-nilai budaya dan karakter bangsa. Dengan demikian, pendidikan budaya dan karakter siswa harus ditanamkan sejak dini melalui berbagai cara dan di mana saja, termasuk di sekolah dasar.
