Abstract

This research is a test that aims to measure the effect of advertising, perceived quality, and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The number of samples in this study were 77 respondents. Sampling in this study was carried out with a cross-sectional survey design. Data collection was carried out by distributing forms (questionnaires) in the form of online statements to respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the indicators of the items used in this study are valid and reliable, then the hypothesis is tested. Of the three hypotheses proposed, all are supported, but for the first and third hypotheses they are not significant.

Abstract

Competition is getting tougher with the circulation of minimarkets throughout the city, requiring business people to maximize their performance through product quality, price and service quality in order to survive in business competition and be able to create consumer decisions to buy products. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, and service on product buying decisions. The method used in this study was a cross-sectional survey design. The sample in this study we took from 100 respondents who live in the BandarLampung area. The statistical test was carried out using SmartPLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses factor loading, while the reliability test uses the cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After the results of the indicators used are valid and reliable, then the hypothesis is tested. Of the three proposed hypotheses, all are supported. The conclusion of this research is the importance of maintaining product quality, price, and service properly and effectively so that consumer decisions to buy products are high

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, promotion and location on customer satisfaction. The method used in this study was a cross-sectional survey design. The sample in this study were consumers of the cafe inspirational corner with a total of 98 respondents. The statistical test was performed using the PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability test uses the Cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the results of the indicator items used in this study were valid and reliable, then the hypothesis was tested. Of the four hypotheses proposed, all are supported. The conclusion of this research is the importance of maintaining good product quality, price, promotion and location in order to get customer satisfaction

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) the economic learning outcomes of class XI students. IPS 4 is still low, (2) the lack of variety of learning strategies used. The purpose of this study was to improve the activities and economic learning outcomes of class XI students. IPS 4 used a group resume learning strategy in economic subjects in SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2019/2020. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two stages of a cycle which in its application uses a group resume learning strategy. The subjects in this study were students of class XI.IPS 4 SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung, amounting to 34 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests using 40 question sheets and observation sheets. The data analysis technique was carried out to analyze the activity data and student learning outcomes. The results showed the percentage of student learning activities increased from 58.72% in the first cycle to 78.50% in the second cycle. The percentage of student learning outcomes also increased from 67.65% in the first cycle and 85.29% in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that learning activities by applying a group resume learning strategy can improve economic learning activities and outcomes of students in class XI.IPS 4 SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2019/2020

Abstract

Abstract: Problems in this study are 1) economic learning outcomes are still low, 2) learning activities of students that are still relatively low, 3) the learning process that occurs tends to still transfer information from teachers to students, not from the students themselves. and 4) competition in learning is still dominated by active and smart students only. In this study the authors used the learning model inside outside circle (IOC) with the aim of increasing the activity and economic learning outcomes of class X students in economic subjects at Natar 1 High School in 2019/2020 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were students of class X. IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Natar, amounting to 38 students. The research instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 20 questions, if correct it got a score of 5 and if wrong 0, while the observation sheet consisted of 6 aspects of observation with an observation score consisting of 1-4. Mastery learning outcomes in this study reached 80% of the total number of students. The results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes of 5.97. Mastery learning students also experienced an increase where in the first cycle of 63.89% and 86.11% in the second cycle, which obtained an increase in mastery learning from cycle I to cycle II of 22.22%. So it can be concluded that learning activities by applying the learning model inside outside circle (IOC) can increase the economic activity and learning outcomes of students in class X. Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low learning outcomes due to several factors including students being less actively involved in learning economics which requires a better process of understanding lessons. However, the learning method applied by the teacher still does not improve the learning outcomes of students in Economics. The research objective was to determine and describe whether there was an effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) method on economic learning outcomes. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The population in this study were students of class X.IPS, totaling 80 students, where the sample consisted of class X.IPS 1 as the experimental class, amounting to 40 people and X.IPS 2 as the control class, amounting to 40 people. Based on the hypothesis testing and the results of the data analysis that has been done, the writer can conclude that: The results of the calculation of thit = 4.04> tdaf = 2.00, it is concluded that there is an effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) method on economic learning outcomes. The average learning outcome in the experimental class taught using the Think Pair Share (TPS) method was higher than the control class

Abstract

The problems that occur in the field can be identified as follows: The learning outcomes of class XI high school students in Economics subjects are still low, application The online learning cycle learning model has never been used in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the online Learning Cycle learning model on the economic learning outcomes of the odd semester XI class students at SMAN 1 Trimurjo in 2020. In this study the authors used an experimental method. Data analysis using statistical formulas. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMAN 1 Trimurjo which consisted of 13 classes with a total of 466 students. Samples were taken using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a multiple choice test. Data analysis used simple statistical analysis with the formula ttes.Based on the results of the calculation of hypothesis testing that has been done by the author, it is obtained thit = 4.58 and from the distribution table at the 5% level it is obtained ttab = 2.00 and so it is proven that thit> tdaf. Thus it can be concluded that "there is an effect of the Online Learning Cycle learning model on the economic learning outcomes of class XI students in the odd semester of SMAN 1 Trimurjo in 2020"

Abstract

Penerapan metode merupakan cara teratur yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan agar tercapai sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki. Secara harfiah metode berarti cara dalam pemakaian yang umum, metode diartika sebagai suatu cara atau prosedur yang dipakai untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Lesson Study sebagai salah satu model pembinaan profesi pendidik melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan berlandaskan pada prinsip-psrinsip kolegalitas dan mutual learning untuk membangun komunitas belajar.IPS adalah perwujudan dari suatu pendekatan interdisipliner dari ilmu sosial. Ia merupakan integrasi dari berbagai cabang ilmu sosial yakni sosiologi, antropologi budaya, psikologi, sejarah, geokrafi, ekonomi, ilmu politik dan ekologi manusia, yang diformulasikan untuk tujuan instruksional dengan materi dan tujuan yang disederhanakan agar mudah dipelajari.Kemampuan soft skill sangat penting diberikan pada proses pembelajaran. Sehingga lulusan yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi lulusan yang siap pakai di dunia kerja yang tidak hanya mempunyai kemampuan hard skill tetapi juga soft skill. Beberapa kemampuan soft skill, antara lain; kominikasi, kejujuran, bekerjasama, interpersonal, etos kerja, disiplin, motivasi, beradaptasi, berorganisasi, percaya diri, beretika, bijaksana, kreatif, humoris, entrepreunership. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode PQ4R (Preview Question Read Reflect Recite Review) Berbasis Lesson Study terhadap soft skill mahasiswa mata kuliah ekonomi IPS terpadu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

Masalah pada pelajaran Ekonomi yang penulis temui di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung yaitu masih banyak siswa yang hasil belajarnya pada pelajaran Ekonomi belum maksimal dan belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM 70). Salah satu faktor penyebab kurang berhasilnya pembelajaran Ekonomi di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung dikarenakan keaktifan siswa dalam menerima materi pelajaran kurang baik karena siswa hanya duduk diam, mencatat dan hanya sebagian besar siswa yang memperhatikan guru menerangkan. Faktor utama masalah tersebut saat masih belum diketahui secara pasti, namun dari asumsi sementara metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru diketahui kurang meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar dan cenderung kurang efektif. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran MEA (Means-Ends Analysis) terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas X semester ganjil SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Eksperiman untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa. Populasi berjumlah 120 siswa yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Sampel kelas X Akuntansi sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X Perbankan sebagai kelas kontrol, masing-masing berjumlah 40 siswa. Sampel pada kelas eksperimen diambil menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Untuk menguji hipotesis di atas penulis akan menggunakan rumus ttest. Hasil perhitungan hasil thit 7,46 > tdaf 2,00 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian cukup berarti dan dapat menerima dugaan sementara bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran MEA (Means-Ends Analysis) akan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, rata-rata hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran MEA (Means-Ends Analysis) lebih tinggi 73,4 dari rata-rata hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional yaitu 55,7, yang berarti hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran MEA (Means-Ends Analysis) lebih tinggi daripada pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimen, yaitu implementasi pembelajaran cycle. Pemgujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus statistik t test untuk mengetahui nilai t hit 4,30 dan t tabel 2,00 pada tingkat signifikan 5% sehingga hipotesis terbukti. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh metode learning cycle terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMK Yadika Natar tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Dilihat dari nilai rata-rata siswa, kelas eksperimen 83,37 dan keals kontrol memiliki rata rata nilai 71,03. Jadi, rata rata hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dengan menggunakan learning cycle lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode konvensional
