Abstract

Abstract - The era of industrial revolution 4.0, the progress of companies to achieve their vision and mission goals, is largely determined by the role of information technology, especially banking companies such as BPR PMM, the problem is that BPR PPM has not fully realized the importance of managing a business change, in order to maintain the company's existence. To determine the maturity level of the application of information technology in a company, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation. In this study, there are seventeen processes in Cobit 4.1 that are solved on an internal balanced scorecard perspective. Cobit is a framework that is very well used in measuring the effectiveness of the application of information technology, while the balanced scorecard (BSC) is a framework that is very suitable to be applied to measure or assess the performance of a company. The combination of the two frameworks can provide a clear picture of internal perspectives that can be used by company leaders in improving information technology governance. This study resulted in a conclusion that the company maturity level in terms of business change management based on Cobit 4.1 and the internal balanced scorecard perspective has an average value of 2.90 at level 3 with defined categories.

Abstract

Abstract—In cyber community towards the Society 5.0 era, the use of industrial technology 4.0, especially communication media technology plays an important role. The information era causes digital communication media technology to develop very rapidly and encourage the birth of digital media that have real time capabilities and create new media. Currently mass media institutions that are not innovative are experiencing a fall. Then the existence of the construction of reality is also increasingly obscured by the mixing of life in the real world with the virtual world. Therefore, the study wants to criticize the existence of reality in the midst of the development of communication technology that is so fast. This study uses the interview method in collecting data and analyzing it using the narrative method. The results of this study are that in society 5.0 and industrial technology 4.0, a pseudo social reality constructed by communication technology media causes mass media to die, social harmony is confused and even lost, and hoaxes are attacks on harmony.technological advances in industry 5.0 increase above 70%.

Abstract

Abstract—Management Information System is an organized series of a number of parts/components that jointly function or move to produce information that is used in company management. Therefore the company needs an adequate system to produce valid information. As with UD Asri, the company is engaged in trading, whose company's activity is to sell various types of basic ingredients so that the company is overwhelmed in dealing with customer demands. With these problems, the company needs a system that can overcome the problems. Before there was a new system the company used a manual system which was very laborious, therefore the company needed a new system that would solve the problem. Finally, the company uses a cashier application system. So in this final project, we will discuss how the system in the cashier application works so that the company's activities can run. A cashier application is an application used in an office or business location where goods/services are sold to customers. With this application, all sales transactions can be stored properly. The research was conducted at UD Asri. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and literature study. In making this report, of course, it cannot be separated from data analysis starting from planning to system testing. The model used in this application is the PIECES model (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). The cashier application uses Visual basic programming language and the database used is Microsoft SQL server 2000. In this final project also provides information related to the company that is the object of research. This study shows the results of (1) knowing what is in the system so that the system can run, (2) knowing the process the system works, (3) the benefits obtained by the company from the application.
