Abstract

PT Pegadaian (Persero) is engaged in the business of providing credit services with pawn, non-pawning and gold investment products. One of the right marketing strategies to survive today's high competition is to maintain customer loyalty, researchers use several data variables available in the MIS (Management Information System) in the form of customer transaction frequency, how many products are taken by customers, customer satisfaction and direct interviews. to predict customer loyalty of PT Pegadaian (Persero) by implementing the c4.5 algorithm. The c4.5 algorithm is the algorithm used to create a decision tree. Decision trees are a very powerful and well-known method of classification and prediction. The decision tree method converts very large facts into a decision tree that represents the rule. Rules can be easily understood in natural language. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the C4.5 algorithm to predict customer loyalty of PT Pegadaian (Persero) and the most influential factors in loyalty. The results of the experimental application of the c4.5 algorithm show that the level of accuracy generated in predicting customer loyalty is quite high, namely 89.94% in data testing 1 and 94% in data testing 2. The application of the c4.5 algorithm in predicting customer loyalty of PT Pegadaian (Persero) can be well applied.

Abstract

Abstract - PT.I is a company that produces synthetic rattan furniture on an export scale. The various products at PT.I are an attraction for consumers, such as classic and modern weaving models. However, the number of defects produced is higher than the tolerance limit company. Based on data from the weaving section, it shows that there are 5 types of defects that are not in accordance with the standards and quality that have been determined by the company. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of defects that often occur in PT. I and identify the main factors causing product defects using the SPC method. The seven tools consist of a check sheet, histogram, stratification, scatter diagram, p control chart, Pareto diagram, and fishbone diagram. The results showed that the number of defects in October and November exceeded the limit set by the company. The highest level of disability occurred in October. The higher the number of production, the higher the number of product defects. Based on the results of the p control chart, it can be seen that the product is outside the control limits that it should have. The process is in a state of uncontrollability or is still experiencing deviations. To suppress or reduce the number of product defects that occur in production, 3 types of dominant defects can be applied, namely the woven model (254 units), loose woven (122 units), and nail-looking woven (119 units). Factors causing defects in production are derived from human factors/workers, methods, materials/raw materials and work environment.

Abstract

Abstract - The film Footsteps 2 Ulama produced by LSBO Muhammadiyah in collaboration with Ponpes Tebuireng Jombang is a semi-documentary film that tells the journey of Kyai Ahmad Dahlan and Kyai Hasyim Asy'ari. At the time of the production of the film Jejak step 2 Ulama in its implementation there were several problems such as delayed production schedules, human resources that were not as needed, scheduling errors, and also production defects in several scenes so that they had to be re-take or it could be said to be re-production to get maximum results, where these problems tend to result in waste or waste. Therefore, a study was conducted to analyze what kind of waste occurs and the most dominant using a lean approach. Based on the results of the study, it was found that waste waiting is the most dominant waste with a weight of 27.11%, then followed by waste over production and excess processing with the same weight of 20.33%, waste defect 13.55%, waste transportation 11.86%, motion 5.08% and inventory 1.69%. From the mapping using process activity mapping, a total of 32 types of activities were obtained, of which 12 were value added activities with a percentage of 50.36%, then 9 of them were necessary non-value added activities with a percentage of 13.13%, and 11 activities included in the non-value category. added with a percentage of 26.49%.

Abstract

Abstract - The ‘kerem’ production process is the earliest process of the entire process in iron casting. The brake itself is a mandatory thing in an iron foundry company because it functions as a limiter of the inner diameter of an iron casting product or more simply as a hole in iron casting products. With the analysis carried out using seven tools, it is expected to be able to obtain actual data to improve the quality of brake production, look for factors that affect brake quality, control the number of rejects, countermeasures, repairs, and standardization. The biggest problems with defects in the production of brakes are porous, broken, cracked and not full sand. From the aspect of 4M + 1E, the Man factor is the dominant cause of brake defects. Meanwhile, the number of rejects outside the 2.5% AQL limit was 6 times, namely on 8 July 2021 as many as 16 pcs (AQL 2.5% was at 10 pcs). Then on July 17, 2021 as many as 15 pcs (2.5% AQL at 13 pcs) on July 18 2021 as many as 30 pcs (2.5% AQL at 2 pcs) on July 20 2021 as many as 25 pcs (AQL 2.5% was at 12.63) on 27 July 2021 as many as 20 pcs (AQL 2.5% was at 19 pcs) and finally on August 5, 2021 as many as 30 pcs (AQL 2.5% was at 12.6 pcs).

Abstract

Companies need a control over their products in maintaining the quality and quantity, to be able to always meet the demands and needs of consumers. CV. XYZ is a digital printing company which is located at Jl. Sunan Abinawa, Patebon District, Kendal Regency (in front of SMP 2 Patebon). Raw material inventory control in CV. XYZ still uses the manual calculation method. With the Economis Order Quantity (EOQ), the inventory of raw materials can be kept to a minimum, the cost is as low as possible, and the quality is better. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that the application of the EOQ method in CV. XYZ can produce inventory cost efficiency. This means that the raw material procurement policy carried out by CV. XYZ so far has not been efficient and has not shown minimum costs. While the inventory costs that have been issued by the company are still greater when compared to companies implementing raw material inventory control using the EOQ method. The total cost of inventory issued based on company policy is Rp. 14,899,999, while by using the EOQ calculation method the total inventory of paper raw materials can be made smaller, namely as much as 45.4 with orders 4 times a year.
